There was always water in the fridge, replenished daily, despite the fact that water can be taken freely both in the hotel and in the beach bar. The staff who clean the rooms are friendly and can always provide water, soap, etc. , if necessary, and help you.
A shuttle takes you to the beach. Not a very convenient schedule, we managed to convince the administration to slightly adjust the schedule - every hour.
We went to the beach by shuttle according to the schedule, if on foot, then about 15 minutes at a calm pace, under the smell of pines and the music of cicadas and past a small shop)

The third room - 3rd floor of the main building and "sea view". The problem is that there is no double bed, there are two odnushki next to each other. But it didn't bother me at all. And as if they had not said before - there is a view of the sea, albeit through the pool. Initially, I was afraid that it would be noisy, but my fears were not confirmed, the windows are very good, the whole vacation we slept better than at home, and this is no exaggeration. Thanks to the girl at the reception, she was polite and tried to solve all the problems. It was very pleasant to communicate with her.
Sea. Far from the sea, the minibus goes quite often. We went only once - it was very cold there, although I said that the water was 24C : ( The sea is shallow, my husband did not like it. We spent all the time in a large pool.
Swimming pools: there are two. The main one seemed cold on the first day, and a day later I splashed there with pleasure. For all the days I never came across a broken sun lounger, there were always places, except when a crowd of tourists from Marmaris settled in the hotel, whose flight was postponed. The second pool is small, behind the restaurant. The water is warmer there and it is a little deeper than the main one. But we managed to swim there once, then the sun loungers were removed from there. The water is clean everywhere, it smells a little like chlorine. I didn’t find any broken tiles, no damage : ) There are a lot of ants around the pool, I had to shake them off the sun loungers, but after laying the towels they go somewhere and don’t interfere.
Food: so we didn’t have time to try everything. Surprisingly, everything is fresh and almost everything is edible, but this is a matter of taste. My husband ate what I didn’t eat, soups, for example. The bars make quite normal cocktails, there are 4 types of alcoholic and 2 without, but you can ask to mix something of your own. Everything is served in glass.
Entertainment. Sauna, hammam, billiards, darts - free of charge and in any quantity. We didn't go to the disco. During the day there is animation in the pool, but the guests are reluctant to respond to this, everyone is lying down : ) In the evening until Friday there is karaoke, the animator girl sings great. Of the excursions, we went to Dalyan (did not like it) and 12 islands (excellent) from Coral Travel. The price is expensive, but you can take excursions from the representative of Intourist at the hotel, they are much cheaper, he cooperates with the Panda Tour in Sarigerme. Our guide Julia said that the price difference is due to different routes. By the way, the guides at Koral, Yulia and Olya, are very good, they will tell you everything, show you and help you.
Cleaning. Well, everything they say is true. This is the biggest minus. But we did not pay attention to this, did not litter, and "ordered" cleaning only twice. They didn’t notice much difference, the towels were changed 1 time, the second maid asked if the bed needed to be remade. But the soap is not reported, forgot, apparently. The balcony is not cleaned at all. At the same time, towels and linen are clean and white, we came across without any stains. The exception is beach towels, it would not hurt to replace them.
General impression. The hotel grounds are chic and well maintained, wherever guests go. Wherever you look, everywhere is beautiful! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the reception speaks pure Russian, the animator speaks at least three languages, and the waiters and bartenders try to speak something in Russian, it looks nice. Alcohol is delicious, relaxing, but keeps you firmly on your feet. The weather also pleased with its hospitable warm sun. The sea is magical, clean and azure. The sand is fine, pleasant to the touch, you want to dig into it. It is not for nothing that Sarigerme Beach receives its blue flag of quality. The contingent of the hotel is different, on the very first evening we found a company for the whole holiday. Animators start different games and entertainment. At the entrance and exit, they explained it “on the fingers”, in the bars there are also staff who will not understand you, unless you speak Turkish. 2-3% of visitors are Turks, and a special attentive approach is given to them. They may not respond to you when serving their fellow countrymen. They clean up on request (and even then not always), they just won’t come to you to clean up, only if you put a sign on the handle asking for cleaning (and they didn’t always respond to it), they cleaned it 2 times during the week of stay (they threw out the garbage, put soap). The bars periodically ran out of alcohol (ALL) and the same situation with the bar by the sea (they offered beer, which periodically ran out in the middle of the day and wine, which is not possible to drink), despite the fact that the hotel positions itself as "5 stars / ultra ol" , a fairly limited amount of alcohol was offered (2-3 types and beer), cocktails that you can ask the bartenders for a separate problem, the bartenders have their own vision. Very limited food in the main restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner, the snack bar offered was french fries, boiled pasta and cucumbers with tomatoes, which again were not very fresh (leftovers from lunches/dinners) and ran out a couple of hours after start of submission.
3. Animation - it was basically absent. If you want a week of silence, you will love this. The only employee Diana tried to entertain visitors (working 2 through 2), she did yoga in the morning, and aqua aerobics in the pool at lunchtime, and met guests at the entrance to the restaurant for dinner. By the pool there were 2 old speakers with a remote control (with protruding wiring), where the same flash drive with music played, or a Turkish radio, and they were turned on apparently only by Diana (in her absence, everyone enjoyed the silence). On Sunday, a miserable attempt at a “disco” was made - at dinner they brought equipment (speakers, light music), installed it in front of the main restaurant and played old hits in the lounge processed with color music, on this the possibilities ran out.

The pool is small, but with constantly cold water (we assumed that the water is not worth it, but is constantly spilled, because it did not heat up at all during the day + local cats drank from the pool, which would hardly drink chlorinated water). Chips on the tiles, a darkened grate at the pool drain broken in places (fell in with a foot on the first day when inspecting the territory). Interesting wooden, but old and broken sun loungers, fixed in one horizontal position (who had time, occupied, respectively, not broken). All this is traumatic.
There is no desire to visit this hotel and would not recommend it, unless some investor takes it on and brings it into proper form for a 5-star hotel, while pulling on a 3. The location of the hotel is excellent, but this is not the merit of the current administration.
Pros:
1. Location - Dalaman has its own airport, much smaller than Antalya Airport. Less crowded, quick passport control, quick baggage claim, quick, non-fatiguing transfer (about half an hour from the airport, with a stop at another hotel).
2. Views - the hotel is located between the rocks, on a hill from other first-line hotels. Very beautiful views from the hotel to the sea (from the observation deck, it is also a pool bar), from the rooms to the picturesque rocks (if you are offered a sea view from the rooms - do not believe it, there are none). Squirrels, guinea fowls, beautiful birds.
3. The sea is a clean transparent sea, a bit shallow in places, but it didn’t stop at all to go a little further into sufficient depth. Clean beach (a young man was cleaned a couple of times a day), a sufficient number of sun loungers.
Minuses:

The condition of the hotel is an old crumbling hotel that requires investments for repairs and restoration (a large territory, its smaller part, located at the entrance and exit to the pool, is well-groomed). The lawn and greenery are well-groomed only at the entrance to the hotel and next to the main restaurant bald spots, dry yellow greenery requiring regular watering, old shabby furniture from which fresh paint peels off, wallpaper in places is pasted in three layers, each of which looks out from under the new one, chipped tiles around the territory and in the pool, fresh wiring laid directly on the ground / roofs / columns ).

The hotel was chosen on the vacation portal. com, excellent portal. We chose this hotel because of the nature, the territory was average in size, but beautiful. We checked in at 12.00, arrived in the morning, waited a bit. There was everything outside the hotel: shops, restaurants. Food, service, rooms - everything is fine, no problems.
