I am from Rostov-on-Don. We rested at Aska Costa Holiday from 06/26/12 to 07/03/12 with my family, only 6 people. I will say right away - a hotel for families or for those who want a relaxing holiday. During the rest there were no fights, no drunks like "Tagil rules". Russians - 80%, the rest of the 20% - Turks (from the management class), Germans, Poles, Ukraine.
PROS: inside the territory is very beautiful, two-story houses, a lot of greenery, palm trees, flowering beautiful shrubs, there are peacocks and ducks - they walk around the territory (well, of course, not in crowds). The pool is cool, slides for children, adults can also. The food is very good, a great variety, but there was no lamb, fish three times and then fried horse mackerel. There are many fruits: watermelons, melons, apricots, apples, fruits, cherry plums. Complimentary drinks: one kind of beer (good Effec), red and white wine (medium), local Rakka anisim vodka and other local alcoholic beverages. drinks, tea, water, coffee, yupi juices, sprite, coca-cola, fanta. imported alcohol. drinks - for a fee, fresh orange juice 2 euros. A lot of sweets. Money goes both dollars and euros without a difference, but dollars are better. Outside the territory there are shops cheaper by 30-50 percent than inside. In the evening, animation for children, then some kind of performance for adults (a fire show is simple, they chose Mr. and Miss Aska costa - it was very cool, Turkish night - a show - a dance ensemble and a type of belly dance - cool). Animation is mostly in Russian. The beach on the sea is 150 meters away, the passage is under the road, there are no problems with sunbeds. the staff is good, polite, not intrusive, rudeness was never. There are no queues for food, there is always enough food in regardless of when you come at the beginning or end of the meal. I can say for lunch and dinner you come before you have time to get hungry.

The rooms are clean, tidy on a solid four. Cleaning every other day (at the beginning of the holiday I gave the maid two euros and in the middle, so I cleaned it all week, filled it up, constantly added water in the refrigerator). Sauna and Turkish bath for free (for a fee if you want. To get steamed in Turkish - about $ 50)
Cons: do not settle in block 9 - it stinks of dampness. There are some delays in resettlement. The pebble beach is inconvenient to enter. You can buy rubber slippers, or from the pier.
Table tennis - two rackets are broken, asked to be changed, they did not change it. Fish restaurant - once free. but so-so. It's all.
Tips - for shopping - in 10 min. drive towards Alanya -Alara Bazaar. You can get there by minibus, walks along the nearby motorway every 15 minutes (travel $ 2 per person) or a taxi $ 10 (if you bargain) can be for $ 8). Turkey is a big bazaar, everyone wants to deceive a tourist. There are no price tags anywhere except supermarkets. If you buy something in the markets or private stores, bargain. Discount up to 50%. Tour representatives. firms will offer trips to the textile shopping center and leather houses. I will say right away that they receive interest from your purchases there, so the prices there are inflated twice. It is better to go to the market yourself. Have a good rest.
