Right behind the main entrance are shopping arcades. Lot. The range is like everywhere else, bargaining is also like everywhere else. The spa center on the territory is good, everything is done with high quality, but expensive. The rooms are decent, cleaning och. good.
Disadvantages:

Animation - six animators could not cope, although they tried to do something (perhaps due to the beginning of the season - they had not yet dispersed), at the reception - extortion, the feeling that the hotel staff focuses on German-speaking citizens, English and Russian are not quoted, the bartender in the bar by the pool, even German was difficult to understand (apparently it was necessary with him at all in Turkish). Behind the beach weakly watched - for nine days they cleaned it once, two days before that algae lay on the shore in a hill, and in the sea of ​ ​.20 meters you had to go knee-deep in them (they apparently gather here, because the entrance is very gentle - almost like on the Sea of ​ ​ ​ ​ Azov ). As a result, the floor of the holiday was swimming on the beach of the neighboring hotel. The huge disadvantage of the hotel is guest relations - blonde Valentina. It can be rude. You approach her with a problem - and she’s like: “Why is your mood spoiled today? You didn’t eat something wrong at dinner! Everything suited you yesterday. ” Disco - no. They said that it was flooded with water and could not be dried and repaired in any way. On the open terrace (where you can eat with a view of the sea), cats often operate - they try to steal food from you or sit on you and look....It's pathetic. Apparently tourists taught them to come here for food.
Review:
In general, the holiday is not bad, but it is not "five-plus-ultra-all-inclusive". Worked more personal relationship with the staff (good attitude towards them / tips) and their own cheerful company. Holidays are more likely to be designed for families than for youth. Children will be fine there.

Check-in: a room with a sea view costs 30 USD, or you can do the same for free, but with Pts. big scandal. Without baksheesh, you run the risk of being in a room on the ground floor without a balcony overlooking the wall. Pleasure is unpleasant.

The balcony is small, only two plastic chairs fit (or three people - one standing). The dryer is nailed to the wall. There are no free sockets in the room. The only one is in the bathroom. If you want to turn on the hairdryer and dry yourself not in the bathroom, but in front of the mirror in the room, you have to turn off either the TV or the mini-bar.
Room cleaning: change of linen every three days, everything is cleaned well, towels are left according to the number of beds taken apart after sleep. Because one of my friends didn’t spend the night in the room from time to time, then they didn’t leave towels for her soul that day. The maid is a fetishist. Animation Entertainment: like a half-empty hotel, six people animators, but still boring. In the morning exercises, darts, children's animation. Sometimes water polo, beach volleyball. Coffee game. PS I hope my review will dispel the gloomy mood of people who read reviews and think that the hotel is really terrible. There are cons, but in terms of price-quality ratio - this hotel is not even bad)))
