Upon arrival at the hotel, they immediately gave 20 dollars and we were settled in the main building, and not across the road. They brought me to the room, and there is one large bed, we have 2 adults + 1 child (6 years old), they say in 15 minutes they will bring for the child. But they did not bring it not after 15 minutes, not after an hour, not after a day. My husband went to the reception, they nodded their heads - everything will be fine, just wait. Three of us slept on one - fortunately it was large and spacious. Only after 1.5 days they brought us a full-fledged baby bed, although they had an attempt to fit us a crib for a baby))). The room is very old, shabby, saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke, we are non-smokers - very unpleasant.
The cleaners clean badly, even leaving a tip does not help.
Service - a somewhat dismissive attitude towards the Russians, but the Germans are licked one place.

Bartenders work reluctantly, slowly, create queues, constantly talking to each other and giggling. They don't pay attention to us.
Meals are monotonous: breakfast - scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, the next day - scrambled eggs and pancakes, alternate every other day.
dinner - grilled chicken legs, the next day - wings, on the trail. - brisket. Very tasty cooked - but for 4-5 days - it seems that you will soon begin to crow.
They also create huge queues for hot and fruit. You just stand in line. Horror.
Not once in 10 days did a lifeguard work or a man with a whistle or whatever it is called on the water slides. The result is a lot of injuries in children. They go over each other's heads. I had to stick around there myself in the heat and regulate the flow of children. So that the child can ride the slides and not guess in the hospital. There are also "wise men", a cat. manage to swim under the slides, and adults???!!!
Mini disco is in German, despite the fact that 80 percent of Russians, and they themselves say so. They work out very dryly, like robots, looking somewhere into the distance.
Of the pluses - a very beautiful and large territory of the hotel, a lot of greenery, palm trees, flowers, mowed lawns. Purity!! ! The beach is sandy, gently sloping, children and adults build sand castles, very good with children. There are always free sunbeds.
In general, we had a good rest, because. We tried to notice only the pluses and not spoil our mood. But in the review I wrote everything so that people know where they are going, what they will have to face and decide for themselves whether they need it. And the second time in this hotel we will definitely not eat!
