When we bought a tour, the agency scared me a little - budget 5, but everything is just fine. The hotel was about 10 hours, check-in after 14 hours. Wear bracelets. left things at the reception and went to eat, returned to us already provided a room. The kitchen is good, we were not hungry, although there was not enough soup, like borscht or okroshka, cream soup, somehow not very good. The pastries are good. In the Italian a la carte restaurant, they could not eat to the end, my apologies to the chefs. The staff at the main restaurant is beyond praise. The room is cleaned quite well, although no tip was left. The mini-bar is replenished daily. Daughter liked the mini club, although the evening children's animation is a bit poor - the same dances. I read a lot of reviews and advice before the trip, but one hell stepped on the same rake - we bought excursions from a guide at the hotel. People! do not do that! pay twice as much. In general, the hotel is very satisfied (though quite a lot of Germans). The holiday was great!
