The worst thing is that it is slippery in the dining room, people fall, there were cases of fractures (I learned this after I fell in the morning too). Workers - only one expressed concern that I was flattened, covered in yogurt and with two bruises. The second one, showing his closed autumn boots, proved to me that he was not slippery, then I told him a couple of pleasant ones in my native language... My shoes are good, I don’t suffer from extreme sports, they were sober and adequate, they just slipped and fell, it’s good that the bones are intact and not carried boiling water. I was struck by the attitude of the staff - fell - well, *** with you!

The food is delicious, but monotonous, the hotel does not pull on 5 *, fruits are often green, sweet ends quickly when many people form long queues, the restaurant is small, the service in the restaurant is very slow, the tablecloths are dirty, there are a lot of chipped dishes.
Bus to the beach very often, the sea is gorgeous. Walking distance to the sea, 15-20 minutes.
The room in the new building was good, vacationers in the old building complained. Dirty dishes were collected in the corridors, probably in other rooms cleaning was also done every 4 days. The cleaning time was always different, so they often hung a do not disturb sign. Towels then lay down 4, then three....(we were 2 adults and 2 children). They didn't give a baby bed, there is no kettle in the whole hotel. . .
I would have put a higher score, but before leaving (we were picked up at 6 in the morning), I asked at the reception for WATER for children, ordinary water....But they refused me in a very rude manner, like the bar is closed, and I have no water HERE! Those who are obliged to make the rest comfortable raised their voices at me, I was dumbfounded and did not even find what to answer him. I ran to the restaurant, broke in and begged for water while the whole bus was waiting for us.
The Internet is only in the lobby, the bar in the room was poorly replenished, but we are not proud, we took everything in the restaurant or at the bar. They smoke a lot. Alacat - food in the morning bar behind a tablecloth from the main restaurant, did not risk it. For children, a playground near the bar, there is one children's slide.
A contingent of Turks, Poles, Arabs, Ukrainians, few Russians, few Israel. Animation - songs on minidisco in English and German. Mini disco - 5 songs and finish....Will I go to this hotel again? NO, even if they pay extra.
