The water in the sea is about 21 degrees C, warmer in the afternoon.
The beach is sandy and very clean. The sea is shallow at first, then deeper, again shallow to the waist and then - depth, then - buoys about 300 m from the coast. You can swim left and right for at least 10 km. You can also walk on the sand along the sea for long distances. The sand is coarse-grained and dense, it does not fall under your feet.
We did not swim in the pools (not pool lovers).
The hotel was about 50% full.

About 1 km. to the east from the hotel beach begins a 3 km palm park-alley along the sea, along which you can walk (run) until the morning. Theoretically, you can walk on the sand to Side (10 km).
There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. To Side 4.5 lira or 1.5 bucks. The course was 4 lira per dollar. It's a little cheaper to pay in lira.
Entrance to the amphitheater in Side cost 20 lire.
You can walk around the ruins of the old city of Side for free.
I liked everything except:
1. the room was economy on the 3rd floor with windows on the road, the noise of the cars was a little annoying.
2. but the pool rooms are also not better, the whole day is music.
3. at 5 am in a nearby mosque, they turn on the "Turkish alarm clock" - prayer.
4. It is advisable to come to the dining room on time, all the tasty treats (grill, cakes, etc. ) are taken apart, and a new one does not appear.
