A few hours ago I came back from vacation and immediately decided to write a review. Rested with my husband and 15-year-old daughter from June 5 to June 15. True, the air carrier extended our vacation for a day, but more on that later. We arrived at the hotel with a decent delay (thanks again to the air carrier). They settled right away, for $ 30 they gave a good room with a sea view. We rejoiced like children, everything was fine, I liked everything. The bed linen is clean, if I'm not mistaken, it was changed every 3 days, the cleaning was every day, they cleaned well, there were no complaints, well, of course, they laid out swans with flowers from towels)). Tipping was left every day, just in case. Our room was on the 5th floor, during the day the balcony was in the shade, it was not hot to sit. For us, the room had everything we needed and nothing superfluous, the furniture was quite solid, nothing came off, did not break. Drinks were put in the bar every day.
Nutrition. Well, here you can write endlessly! Everything was there! Of course, even just trying it was unrealistic. Potatoes in all forms, rice, all the vegetables that exist were also presented in different forms. Everything is fresh and undeniable. Meat: lamb, beef, chicken. Everything is amazingly prepared! Prvada I don’t eat lamb at all, I don’t like it, but they really liked my ate. To whom the meat seems a bit dry - let me remind you that they eat it with cooked vegetables and with the most diverse sauces, do not be too lazy to go to the tables with side dishes and sauces (not those in bottles). The pastries are always fresh, very appetizing, the variety is huge. Kiwi fruits, bananas, oranges, strawberries, cherries, apricots, plums (were not ripe), watermelon and some other fruits, I don’t know them, they said the name, I don’t remember, but very tasty. For breakfast, dried fruits are all there are, jams, jams. For dinner, cakes, pastries, mousses, creams (quickly figured out)). For dinner, there were several times manti, dumplings (this is our way) and dumplings. In general, there is no point in listing - you won’t remember everything right away. In the middle of the day - ice cream in bars and on the beach. In general, it is impossible to stay hungry there around the clock.
Territory. In my opinion, for such a large hotel is too small. Although there is everything that is possible, there is not enough space. People are constantly crowding, it's tiring.

Beach. He's kind of unkempt. The awnings on the beach are very comfortable, but the beach itself is dirty. A lot of garbage, grass (a wave threw). The tractor levels the sand in the morning, but no one cleans up the garbage. I counted 2 litter bins on the beach. Somehow not enough. People, according to an old Russian habit, throw cigarette butts, glasses into the sand on the beach. Although during the day, the cleaners clean up the dishes and large debris throughout the day.
Animation. Shows in the amphitheater every evening. At 20-30 children's (this is not even a show, honestly, the dregs are somehow monotonous and terribly loud). The point is this. During the day, children are taken to the mini club. There, almost from the doorway, they are handed brushes, paints and small pillows, and in my opinion there were still T-shirts. On these pillows-shirts, children draw something. And in the evening they are handed their works on stage. I don’t know if the kids liked it, but I heard a lot of dissatisfaction from the parents of the children - an expensive pleasure, and the parents learned about the price of entertainment after the fact. Of course, the mini-club is not limited to this. They have children's excursions and various entertainment - children like it. At 21-30 the show for adults began. Very spectacular, beautiful. I asked the animators how many shows they had, because in 11 days there had never been repetitions. They said - 14. After 2 weeks, everything repeats. Except for the Turkish night - I liked everything. We watched in one breath!!
Excursions. We were on two. Day yacht with foam disco and Pamukalle. An excursion to the yacht was bought from a tour operator (teztour). Everything was fine, my daughter liked it. But with Pamukalle they made a terrible mistake. We wanted to save money. This is not the first time abroad and they have done this before - everything was fine. Bought a tour on the street. 2 times cheaper than the hotel guide. On the way to Pamukalle, it turned out that you still have to pay extra for lunch, for the entrance to Pamukalle, for mud, for Cleopatra's pool)). In general, the price turned out to be the same as that of the hotel guide. Okay, we took the money with us! )) We didn’t pay for the mud and the pool - everything was done for free. The Turks showed us. Yes, and it wasn't worth it. You can still play for free. Unfortunately, none of our friends bought a tour from a hotel guide, so I can’t say which package was paid for by them. But in words, both the hotel guide and the street guide assured us that all services (except for the mud and the pool) are included in the price.
We went to Side on our own, watched the local sights that the guide talked about, to Manavgat to the market and to the Alar Bazaar. We bought everything we wanted (we wanted textiles) in Manavgat at a state-owned store with fixed prices, not far from the market. On weekends there is a market in Kyzylot (go a couple of kilometers by minibus towards Side). There we bought fruit, bought pomegranate sauce.

In general, we were very pleased with the rest, minor flaws were not allowed to spoil the mood. The hotel is worth the money we paid.
And finally, the most important muck from... I don’t even know who. As we returned from vacation. As expected, on the eve of departure, we found out the time of the transfer from the hotel to the airport. Planned the day, handed over the room. We rest on the beach. Things are good. Departure at 19-50, transfer at 16-50. In the evening it suddenly turns out that the flight is postponed for 2 hours. After 30 minutes, the flight is transferred to 23-55. Well, okay, well, we continue to live and rejoice, we have time to go to dinner)). On the way to the airport, it turns out that the flight is delayed for another 2 hours! Then a couple of times the guide's phone rang. but he didn't tell us anything. Dropped us off at the airport. Already in the "clean zone" I go to the scoreboard and find out that our flight is postponed to 4-40 !!!! ! The result - a departure delay of 12 hours, a day without sleep. One third of the passengers are small children! I always take food to the airport with me - you never know. We call the representative of the teztour - they refer to the air carrier and to the fact that at the time of our arrival at the airport the departure was scheduled for 2-00, so the flight delay by 2 hours 40 minutes is not criminal. And they don't give a damn that little children from Alanya hotels left 3 hours before us. That the whole night they have nowhere to sleep, and they already need something to eat. Deal with the air carrier, we have done our part. as if the air carrier is chosen by the passengers themselves! Well, maybe we ourselves are to blame, we will be smarter in the future. We will never fly with the airlines of Tatarstan. I wonder why we suddenly fly from the Urals with the airlines of Tatarstan? And where is the guarantee that others are not like that? And how do you know which are good and which are not? I always relied on the tour operator and chose him first of all! I thought that Pegasus was rather careless in his duties, but even they never had such a thing. Now it turns out that you need to choose an air carrier! But as? When they paid for the ticket, Ural Airlines was listed in the contract, and when they received tickets a day before departure, it already turned out to be Tatarstan)) with its favorite departure delay of 2 hours, plus the flight was delayed at the airport for another 40 minutes. It's a pity for the kids who fell from fatigue right on the suitcases while their parents stood in line to check out the luggage! As they slept on armchairs in the icy room (because of the air conditioning) of the departure hall, the parents took off everything they could so that the kids would not freeze while sleeping on metal chairs.
