We were at the end of May 2021. The main criteria was the water park and the sandy beach. Everything matched. The food is excellent, the room is clean. They gave a standard for 4 (cramped), I think it was designed for 2 + a child, but we were given a bed 1-ku, 2-ku and a folding chair. mini bar updated every day (water, tea). Near the pool and on the beach there were always enough places and sun loungers.

There are no complaints about the staff, I was upset that they did not know Russian at the reception (this was the first time), considering that there are a lot of Russian and Ukrainian speakers in the hotel. The woman at the a la carte restaurant was very upset. We never got there. Of the declared, only Italian worked (once a week) and Turkish (several times). Italian did not have time, they came to reserve Turkish for the day, by the way, the time is from 9:30 to 12:00 (when everything is mostly at sea). It’s very convenient ((. They came - the base hung up, said she’ll write it down tomorrow (by the way, she doesn’t speak Russian either). We come the next day, she says - no, you need to write in advance for today. And pretends that she doesn’t understand that I I explain. A very unpleasant woman. They didn’t argue - they didn’t really want to, they left. The sediment remained.

And so everywhere there are small nuances. Savings everywhere. The room was cleaned, but the bedding was changed 1 time on the second day after check-in and that's it. Water park by the clock, not all slides worked, the water was screwed up, they even stopped when they went down in the middle of the slide. The bus schedule is also not very convenient, and if you miss 15-20 minutes on foot in the heat, it’s a dubious pleasure. The room was given with a view of the wasteland (later I found out that there are only 5-6 of these rooms out of all). The blinds are broken. We stopped, we were tired, we wanted to wash with the children - while they went down, they explained, they called the repairman, while he twisted it, explained through an interpreter, went for the detail, but did it. In general, nonsense, but unpleasant.
Due to quarantine, there is no animation, during the day it’s still somehow, and in the evening there is a disco for kids and that’s it. Sat and played cards. Boring. Many shops are also closed, many do not work, everyone wears a mask. Sadly. Lots of closed hotels. They say it's good that ours works. Either the quarantine is so knocked down or I don’t know. In general, the hotel is good - clean. convenient with children, much thought out, the food is excellent. We had a good rest, but we will not go to this hotel again.
