Ужасный отель. Terrible hotel.

We were in this hotel with 2 small children. It used to be called First Beach (and even earlier Mir Club Kizilot 3 *) 4 *. It changes its name all the time. We arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, but we were only checked in at 6 pm, due to the lack of free rooms!! ! We were given a room on the first floor, in which there were tiles on the floor, and only one piece near the toilet was covered with a rug. Everything was dirty, the furniture was old. Only one curtain was hung, the second was hung by the husband so that passing people would not look into the windows. There were no hangers in the closet, there was a huge fungus on the ceiling, insects crawled everywhere, there was no hot water and something was constantly buzzing to such an extent that it was impossible to open the door. This room was designed for 3 people (although there were four of us !!! ), in order to solve the problem, they brought the youngest child instead of a bed or a folding bed - a playpen!! ! They gave me a towel instead of a blanket.
We covered ourselves with sheets, we were not given blankets. An hour later, the child in the arena, in which he could barely fit, froze, as cold was drawn from the tiles. Dinner didn’t work either, there was a queue for 20 minutes for the main dishes, as they explained to us - you have to come early and borrow. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this hotel.
