We drove from Natalie Tours along Fortuna to Kemer 4 *, only after 30 km the guide said that all the hotels in Kemer were busy and we were being taken to Side. Once in the hotel, we felt a shock: the hotel is located in a lowland, the view from the windows is a pile of construction debris, gravel heaps in front of the hotel entrance, the hotel area is fenced with a chain-link (as if I had arrived at the dacha), dead wood in the middle of the yard, the lobby bar is dirty, self-service (coffee, beer, 2 types of yuppies), on the reception the clock showed 12 hours all day, the staff didn’t bother much, they didn’t respond to requests willingly, every other time they pretended that they didn’t understand. The battle to move to Kemer lasted almost all day. During this time, tourists complained about dirty towels, lizards running around the rooms. A twenty-year-old Peugeot bus takes tourists to the beach of the hotel, twice a day (vacation by whistle)...
Returned to Moscow with tourists from this hotel. This is not the worst thing, but the fans will appreciate it: during the World Cup final there was no beer in the bar!
