We rested at the hotel from September 5 to September 12, we heard about the hotel from other tourists during our previous flights to Turkey, we decided to look at the hotel with our own eyes. I won’t talk about the transfer flight - everything is standard and normal, except for the unforeseen adventures during the flight in the form of the wildest screaming two children aged one and a half, from whom everyone just went crazy - two hours of loud hysterical yelling, but this is not a question for the carrier or tour operator , and to the parents themselves, who are not too good with their heads (apparently), since they decided to fly on vacation with children who cannot endure the flight at all (by the way, the flight back took place under the same sound accompaniment... ), the road to the hotel didn’t bother us at all, although the accompanying guide didn’t tell us ANYTHING about the history of Turkey, or about which area we were passing through, etc... The first impression of the hotel was excellent - Ottoman style, a lot of greenery, we were nicely registered and sent to breakfast - we arrived very early, the flight was at night; I am telling the story further - the breakfast was excellent (as in all hotels in Turkey), but after breakfast there were surprises with the settlement. Everything is clear - well, the check-out time, the check-in time, they simply asked to check in early, they explained that the flight turned out to be very difficult due to the impossibility of taking a nap for at least half an hour, i. e. more than a day without sleep and even the prospect of waiting until 14 on the sofas of the reception did not smile in any way, to which the reception manager Olga (they thought that she was a Turkish woman, turned out to be a Russian woman), answered angrily that you signed the tourist questionnaire, everything is written there... I had a little to explain that the first impression can no longer be corrected, the loyalty of us as customers has fallen, that we will not recommend the hotel, etc... As a result, we were settled after 11 hours and without additional payment.
We lived in a bungalow, the room was small, but for two it was not crowded, everything worked, they cleaned perfectly, changed towels, made beauty out of bedspreads.
The food at the hotel is very good, the variety is huge, the drinks were also enough.

Animation is something like that, half an hour like aqua aerobics with animator Olga (dé jà vu with names), they thought that she was German or Czech, because she didn’t sing along with Russian versions of songs, but she also turned out to be from Russia, in the evening the animator spent half an hour with children at a children’s disco and then some type of adult games. It was interesting only in the last days, when the Eid al-Adha holiday began, evening entertainment became better.
SEA - the cleanest and warmest, the entrance and exit is a little difficult because of the pebbles, but there is a pier from which you can enter the sea.
In general, everything is very good.
CONS - laziest guides; we took an excursion to Alanya on a yacht from the hotel guide Bakhtiyar, so on the way to the port we learned something not from our guide Sergey, but from the guide that led the Polish group (fortunately Polish is not foreign for Ukrainians). The guide that accompanied us to the airport was even cooler - when asked by a tourist why you don’t tell anything - I’m not a historical guide, I had to go on excursions !! ! Just a marvelous answer - he is silent as a dumb one, this (goat) snaps !! ! A lot of questions to the Odeon - why do they need such guides?
Another minus - everyone smokes brutally, so they always sat down in the closed part of the restaurant, and both Turks and Germans smoke wildly, but it got worse when some charters were resumed - this is no comment at all, not only are all the fruits on the plates a kilogram of each they don’t even know how to read - it’s written: don’t take plates out of the restaurant, don’t carry them to the rooms, don’t go into the restaurant and bar in wet clothes - this is not for them... ; they drank godlessly from lunch to closing, climbed through the balloons into other people's rooms, occupied sunbeds near the sea and the pool with towels in the morning and slept after a drunken night in the rooms until dinner, and the sunbeds were empty... Nothing has changed, all the anecdotes from life.
Another minus - there is practically no Internet, sluggish.
From the advice - there is no need to go to the textile market (he comes once a week on Fridays, the landmark is the Botanik Hotel, walk 1.5 km, or drive a dolmush - $ 1), they bring all sorts of nonsense, they ruined the essence of the national textile market.

Sweets at the bazaar across the road are more expensive than in Migros (grand bazaar opposite Botanik), or you can take a dolmush to Konakli (5 lira per person from Kula bazaar to Migros in Konakli, do not speak from the hotel, otherwise some drivers take it as if from the very Manavgat, and this is already 9 lira per person), or to Alanya - 7-9 lira per person. There are a lot of different shops with all sorts of goods - from textiles to fur coats.
Conclusion - relaxing in Barbaross Pasha Beach is good, if you do not pay attention to such things as broken umbrellas on the beach, an evil receptionist, busy sunbeds, drunk and greedy tourists, lazy guides, but we are unlikely to come to this hotel again if the policy does not change hotel.
We prefer to rest in principle where there are minimally annoying-thumping tourists, in hotels where it is forbidden to smoke throughout the territory and where favorite tourists are accommodated within half an hour with a smile.
Thanks to the hotel staff for their colossal work!
