Why choose this hotel? We planned a vacation for the May weekend, so the choice for the region of Turkey was such that the sand is fine, maybe a vacation with small children, so that the pool, green area, and the level of service and food 5 stars were previously in all regions of Alanya, Belek, Kemer, except for Side. Our choice has always been 5 stars, so there is nothing to compare this hotel with. Bought by early booking in winter. Noooo!! ! What a disappointment upon arrival! I'll start from the very beginning.
1. Settlement. We flew from AnexTour. We arrived early in the morning at 7 o'clock, met at the airport, put on the bus, the bus is good, as always, with air conditioning. The guide talked all the way about local customs, about ongoing events, which is quite interesting, even for those who have often visited Turkey. Our hotel was 5 out of 6, the road took about 2 hours. In the hotel itself, there was already a huge queue at the reception, plus our family and another one from Russia from our flight. The staff does not pay attention to Russians at all, because the main contingent is the Germans, so they settled in the first place. Finally, they reached us, as a result, they gave us a card to fill in, and in Latin letters, about 8 years ago they filled it out in Russian letters, but here it’s like international standards. Well, OK. Filled, and what, go wait 14:00. We are not Germans, they were settled immediately. And they don’t even settle for money. The hotel is not full! There are plenty of rooms available. We put on bracelets and we went to look at the territory.
2. Territory. It's loud. She doesn't exist at all. The hotel building is 7 floors, swimming pool, 3 slides, and all. Across the road is a paved road to the beach. 300 m. The road passes through the shade, it is comfortable to walk. Coniferous trees are growing, trying to grow palm trees, and also everything, there is no declared landscape.

3. Beach. The beach is small. Sunbeds free of charge. Bar on the beach. Works from 12-16. Refrigerators have water. And that's all. No juices, no mineral water, no ice cream. Food on the beach is exclusively fast food and greens. Fruit apples and oranges. There is no animation on the beach. The sand is fine, the entry into the sea is gentle, the water is clean, the sea is sooo beautiful azure. On the beach, everyone smokes on sunbeds, although there is a ban! No one makes comments from the staff.
4. Numbers. The room was paid for by the family, but in fact it is the standard. 1 large bed and 1 single bed. There was an armchair, but we did not dismantle it. No housekeeping!! ! For all 8 days, they never washed tables, cabinets, sinks, or plumbing!! ! They gave baksheesh to the maids, but in the end they took the money and did nothing. All their cleaning is pulling up blankets and that's it. The minibar was never filled. 1 time they themselves caught them and gave 2 bucks, as a result they brought 1 phantom and 1 cola. And that's all too! We got a room with a view of the neighboring hotel. And right up close. All day shade, nothing dries. The room has a musty smell of mold from the bathroom, so the door to the balcony must always be kept open. The key was given 1. For a family of 4 people. This is also the first time I've encountered this. Even for the money the second key is not given. Therefore, it is always necessary for all 4 to walk together. This is not always convenient. 4 cards for beach towels. There are no complaints here. Everything is clear.
5. Service. There is no service. At the reception they pretend that they do not understand the Russian language, although in the evening we ask where the mini-disco takes place and then they answer in pure Russian. In the restaurant, in fact a canteen, the waiters did not run away especially to clean, serve, nooo, you will also call and with such a look do a favor. Not to mention bringing water!! ! Or wine for dinner! The guests themselves eventually come up and pour the wine. The maids already wrote... The only plus is the bar in the lobby. Here, yes, all the bartenders are friendly, smiling, pour what you ask for and how much you ask for. If a child asks for a milkshake, then they will make it beautifully, respect to them is simple, well done!!!
6. Animation. We rested in May, maybe that's why it's weak, but there is no mini club !! ! In the evening, 20 minutes of mini disco and too, with 1 girl in a clown costume, who herself dances in a circle. There is no such thing as standing forward, showing every movement to the children. Children are different in age, they need to be interested. Okay, my, she will teach anyone you want. In the evening after the mini-disco, either a disco of the 80s, or contests Miss Zhador, Mr Zhador, or invited belly dancers. Not spectacular, not interesting, monotonous.

7. Nutrition. It's horrible. A long time ago, 11 years ago, I was in 3 stars. Here is the same. French fries, spaghetti, ketchup, sausages, and chicken. Everything!! ! No lamb on a spit, no beef. Every day it's the same. Breakfast - fries, eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cookies, different breakfast cereals. Lunch - greens, fries, spaghetti, chicken. Dinner is the same as lunch, except for pastries and cakes. Of course, you will not stay hungry, but if 5 stars are declared, then you need to comply, for such money. There were strawberries for dinner a couple of times. Yes, super tasty fragrant berries.
8. What we noted for ourselves is the spa!! ! sauna, salt room, cloud room and hammam. Here every day after the beach we spent 1-2 hours. It was impressive! Everything you need and for free!
The hotel is NOT recommended!! ! Or lower the price to 3 stars.
