1. Settlement. We flew from AnexTour. We arrived early in the morning at 7 o'clock, met at the airport, put on the bus, the bus is good, as always, with air conditioning. The guide talked all the way about local customs, about ongoing events, which is quite interesting, even for those who have often visited Turkey. Our hotel was 5 out of 6, the road took about 2 hours. In the hotel itself, there was already a huge queue at the reception, plus our family and another one from Russia from our flight. The staff does not pay attention to Russians at all, because the main contingent is the Germans, so they settled in the first place. Finally, they reached us, as a result, they gave us a card to fill in, and in Latin letters, about 8 years ago they filled it out in Russian letters, but here it’s like international standards. Well, OK. Filled, and what, go wait 14:00. We are not Germans, they were settled immediately. And they don’t even settle for money. The hotel is not full! There are plenty of rooms available. We put on bracelets and we went to look at the territory.
2. Territory. It's loud. She doesn't exist at all. The hotel building is 7 floors, swimming pool, 3 slides, and all. Across the road is a paved road to the beach. 300 m. The road passes through the shade, it is comfortable to walk. Coniferous trees are growing, trying to grow palm trees, and also everything, there is no declared landscape.
3. Beach. The beach is small. Sunbeds free of charge. Bar on the beach. Works from 12-16. Refrigerators have water. And that's all. No juices, no mineral water, no ice cream. Food on the beach is exclusively fast food and greens. Fruit apples and oranges. There is no animation on the beach. The sand is fine, the entry into the sea is gentle, the water is clean, the sea is sooo beautiful azure. On the beach, everyone smokes on sunbeds, although there is a ban! No one makes comments from the staff.
4. Numbers. The room was paid for by the family, but in fact it is the standard. 1 large bed and 1 single bed. There was an armchair, but we did not dismantle it. No housekeeping!! ! For all 8 days, they never washed tables, cabinets, sinks, or plumbing!! ! They gave baksheesh to the maids, but in the end they took the money and did nothing. All their cleaning is pulling up blankets and that's it. The minibar was never filled. 1 time they themselves caught them and gave 2 bucks, as a result they brought 1 phantom and 1 cola. And that's all too! We got a room with a view of the neighboring hotel. And right up close. All day shade, nothing dries. The room has a musty smell of mold from the bathroom, so the door to the balcony must always be kept open. The key was given 1. For a family of 4 people. Many Russians even swam in the sea, but we did not dare.
The hotel has a spa complex and a nice heated indoor pool! There are many sunbeds nearby.
About the spa complex, in my opinion modestly, there is a Russian steam room, but the Germans constantly asked to lower the temperature : ( There is also a hammam, it is quite spacious, and there is also a salt cave.

By the way, the hotel is suitable for those who like walking, as it is remote from cities and different villages.
Nearby are large areas for both hiking and cycling (there is a bike rental)

About the beach, since we were in the winter, nothing naturally worked there.
There is a large playground on the grass, a summer bar, a stage for animations and, apparently, discos.

The staff is friendly, smiling and willing to help.
The rooms are cleaned regularly and well.
As for food, there seems to be a lot of things, but somehow I didn’t really like everything, I got used to it in the middle and understood what to eat, I think the quality of the food will depend on the season.
Sometimes they fried beef, so it was really very tasty.
Fruit was, but not a rich selection.
Juices and coffee in the common dining room do not recommend all of the powder.
At the entrance they sell natural freshly squeezed juices, by the way, the cola there is very cool, they drank it!
And yes, once you can go to a restaurant, they say you can eat well (for free)
The lobby, the bar and the building itself have a beautiful appearance, everything seemed to be clean everywhere.

Good welcome, friendly hotel staff. The rooms are decent, but they were cleaned there terribly (they just pretended to be cleaned). Almost no animation. Thanks to a very nice woman who played the violin. On December 25, my sister, my friend, and there was another guy with us, we decided to go to a disco. There was practically no one at the disco except us. Another 2-3 people were there. The music was put on by 2 DJs. I don't know their names. We behaved decently, just danced and did not touch anyone. When I was next to one DJ, he hit me on the pope. I was shocked. And I didn’t even know how to react to this, because I didn’t expect such impudence. I told the guy who was with us about it. He expressed a desire to talk to him. I said don't do it, I don’t want conflicts and I don’t want to spoil the mood for myself or anyone. We danced a little and got ready to leave the disco. We headed to the exit in the fourth, but my friend liked the song that started again and she and her boyfriend decided to dance some more. And my cousin and I went to the exit. In the corridor we met this DJ again, who was standing and smoking (although smoking is prohibited there). Passing by, I stopped and told him about my indignation, and specifically, I said that I believe that he had no right to slap me on the pope. Moreover, I did not give him a reason for this. I didn't even look in his direction. To which, he began to insult me, behave inappropriately, tell me in a rude manner that I was a buzzing woman. (as the employee of this hotel later told me that at that moment this DJ was drunk). He began to beat me, I began to defend myself, pulled out a tuft of hair, a hematoma on my head, a bruise on my neck with a bruise, etc. My Sister screamed, everything was in front of her eyes and lay down for help. Everyone else came running and dragged him away from me. They called the police. Hotel workers immediately began to remove everything from video cameras. At that moment I was just in a state of shock. I will not write all the details, but I stayed at the police until 6:00 in the morning. Terrible attitude and understanding that you were in a foreign country, in general, sheer lawlessness. The hotel management reacted badly to this situation. Firstly, the senior manager of this hotel set the conditions for us that he would only speak English. Although we all flew from Germany, we know Russian and they have a lot of staff in the hotel who speak Russian and German. Secondly, he postponed our meetings (not only was I in a state of shock, I also had to stubbornly wait for someone to talk to me). Nobody brought any changes. The next day, after the incident, I went to the first-aid post (on the territory of the hotel), told the symptoms, the doctor decided that I should go to the hospital. My friend and I went to the hospital in an ambulance, they examined me there, gave me an injection, and for this I paid 321.18 € (+ interest for transfer from the card). The general manager of the hotel, Zhador, told us that not only moral, but also material expenses) they are not going to reimburse. He said that my health insurance company should return this money to me. All these negotiations were long and unpleasant, I will not write all the details. In general, dear tourists, if something happens in this hotel, I realized that no one will protect you. In the end, he offered to pay me for 2 massages, in exchange for the fact that I should not tell anyone about what happened and sign some papers. I refused. We also called our tour operator, who told us that he couldn’t help either and that he only offered excursions. In general, the holiday was ruined. I think that I will not go to Turkey again, although before the last trip I had a completely different impression.
