We arrived at the hotel at 9:00. Checked in at 15:00. But they made sure that we had time to eat before 10:00, gave a number from the locker room and put on a bracelet. The room was given on the 5th floor, but we were with 2 children, so we asked for a replacement, then they replaced it the next day with a 2-room suite with 2 bathrooms. In the room water, juices, cola, fanta. Slippers, soap, cotton swabs. Some people had bathrobes, but we didn't need them. Cleaning and replacing everything every day. Everything in the kitchen was delicious. In the morning: scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, salads, a variety of olives, a couple of days there were figs, dried apricots, Turkish delight - every day. Very pleased with the fang with croissants and nutella. Lunch: a lot of pastries, a couple of types of meat, fish. Dinner: basically the same as lunch, plus something was added to the presentation - caesar, chips, exotic seafood - once there were very small shrimp in sauce, sort of canned, didn’t like it. From baklava and Turkish delight - 6 types and every day the same thing.
It was possible to overeat, but there was nothing outlandish and impressive.
The territory is huge, beautiful and all green (well-groomed trees of olives, grapefruit, bananas, quinces, tangerines were conspicuous). The bar gave a mix of nuts without restriction. The alcohol was normal, they drank like Baileys, very nothing, but with their name. Beer is okay. Beach walk 10 min. Minibuses went to him, but we never went. On the way to the beach there were ducks, it was nice to walk around. The sea was clean and warm. Children swam often, despite the constant waves. But the beach had a snack bar - from 12 to 16, then we often did not go to the main restaurant, as we could eat both the 1st and 2nd and sweet.
The main restaurant was open from 18:30 to 21:00. We once came from Side at 21:15. (We thought that, like everywhere else, it works until 22:00 to 23:00) hungry children ran into an empty restaurant, frustrated gathered at the exit, as the head waiter approached us and offered to eat.
Brought us 4 servings of rice, fish, chicken and potatoes. It was very nice. We left him $ 2, so he treated us for the next 2 days as if we were his best friends))). The animators saved parents and children very much - they played different games with them all day long, drew, ate some pigtails, but we did not use their services more than once because we were wallowing all day on the beach.
The only negative is that the weather was about 27 degrees and the pools obviously did not warm up and even the children's water park was not heated. Therefore, there were no people in the pools. They visited a bathhouse, a gym, but they recorded half an hour for each family, but still someone was always there for a while. I bought myself peeling, foam wrapping and massage, in time 40 minutes at a price of $ 50. There was little satisfaction or satisfaction. Compared to an Egyptian body wrap and massage, this is heaven and earth, but perhaps everyone has their own pleasure.
We were in the hotel for 10 days and of course went to Side and Manavgat for shopping. Of course, Novomol and Athlete have a huge choice. Prices pleased. We bought 6 pairs of shoes, 4 down jackets and about 15 pants and bobs for $1.000 (and these were not consumer goods, but Zara, bershka, polo, benneton, Levi's).
We are satisfied with the rest, the hotel is excellent, but for $ 1700 I would have tried another hotel. Wouldn't come back here a second time but would definitely recommend!
We rested from July 17.2021 to July 26.2021. We went through an agent who booked a hotel with Coral Travel.
What is really good in the hotel is a green well-kept area. The greenery is bright and there are many interesting locations for beautiful photos.
Only in the evening, the greens are watered with fertilizer from feces, which gives the hotel a unique aroma, which then follows everywhere. But the greenery is fragrant and it is pleasant to look at the beauty.
- [ ] Food: It doesn't taste good! She is uniform. French fries for breakfast, dinner and lunch every day. Lots of sausages. There are almost no fish products - the fish is cooked tastelessly. There were fish cakes, but when cut, there were a lot of bones inside. They sometimes gave squid, mussels.
There is rice, mashed potatoes, always fries, overcooked pasta (not pasta), daily chicken - but it is dry, there are many bakery products of the same type, there are limited cheeses, standard tomatoes, cucumbers, greens. Baklava is bitter, other sweets are very sweet, but there is no memorable taste. There are watermelons, green melon, orange, plum, nectarine, pear, apple. Morning orange juice.
- [ ] The children's restaurant is only a name, because it contains food from the main restaurant. The difference is small sausages, bitter oatmeal in the morning, there is a good soup. That's all! No yogurt, no baby food either.

- [ ] Rooms: the rooms are old, the corners are broken, the doors are skewed, there are already scuffs above the bed.
- [ ] Cleanliness: Children's tables and chairs are dirty. The rooms are well cleaned. But they do not immediately put cotton pads, a toothbrush and paste, as well as bathrobes. If you don't remind them, they won't bring it.
There is dirt above the bed, in the toilet the flush element has a green coating. In the foyer at the main entrance, the furniture is not the first freshness. Some waiters put food without changing gloves, and as a result, the plates are greasy from their hands.
- [ ] Attention to the guest: If you want to be congratulated on your birthday, then you need to go to the smile service and beg to do it, although as was the practice, the hotel has a staff that keeps track of birthdays and congratulates the guest with fruit and a bottle of wine plus decorate the number with flowers, and if the child is a postcard. So, if your birthday is tomorrow, then today you should go and warn. Otherwise, the next day you will have to call many times and ask, as well as approach. In our case, the representative of Coral travel helped with the organization of the gift.
In our case, no one cleaned the room before lunch on the birthday, did not congratulate.
After talking with smile service, they promised to congratulate, but they came only with flower petals when the child was sleeping, and the management was told that they were not allowed in with a gift. But no one brought a gift. The gift was brought only after 9 pm. However, the next day in the morning the festive room was decorated with flowers and already cleaned before 12.00) Although it was the next day, their efforts were pleasant.

- [ ] Sun beds on the sea: you have to get up early from 7 to 8.30 to lie on a sunbed, otherwise look for sunbeds in a pile next to the bar on the beach and either ask the hotel staff to put a sunbed, but there will be no places under the cover.
Booking a tent 14 euros 1 day. And they are usually fully occupied))) But we were able to book 3 days. The mattresses in the tents are dirty. Only sand on the floor and dirty dishes are removed.

- [ ] Lunch box: you collect the lunch box when you check out. We took sandwiches with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Upon returning home, my son and I were hospitalized with an intestinal infection. The husband and youngest daughter did not eat sandwiches and they are doing well. And here we just ate them. Now we are in the hospital.
Bottom line: the hotel is not really a 5 star hotel. Complete disappointment. The quarantine may have had an effect, but my money was paid for as for a 5-star hotel, with excellent food, a children's restaurant and, of course, laudatory reviews were bribed on various sites. And the hotel took this day for itself, and the service provided was much lower in quality.
If you evaluate the hotel on a scale of 10, then it is 4.
I will not recommend the hotel to anyone, because it simply does not correspond to the declared status.
The staff tries very hard to serve everyone so that there are no queues. Our room was spacious. Cleaning daily, in the morning. Cleaned up well and quickly. The staff solves the issues of vacationers promptly and sympathetically. There is a sense of customer focus. Wi-Fi is connected throughout the territory, the connection is good! Conveniently.
The only caveat of the hotel is not the first line. Walk for about 10 minutes. But under the sun, there is no shade at all. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, a great option! Every 15 minutes to the beach and to the hotel. The system works well.
There is no pier/breakwater on the beach, hence the waves every day. The sea is quite rough. The coast is sharp, almost immediately becomes deep.

3) the water in the shower on the beach is too cold for an adult to wash, not for a child
4) check-in should be at 14.00, we were settled at 16.15.

Baklava is delicious, the rest of the pastries are nothing special.

We rested at the end of May, the sea was warm, but often stormy and the water was not always crystal clear, as it is in Turkey (last year we were in Belek, I liked the sea more).
The Eco Club didn’t like the room a bit - the air conditioner was poorly located - it blew directly on the crib with the child (it’s impossible to regulate - it was blocked), the hair dryer and the safe were broken - but everything was quickly repaired and changed on a call. The food is excellent, many types of meat and fish (there were evenings of Mediterranean, Japanese cuisine - respectively, crayfish, shrimp, mussels, various rolls, dorado, sea bass, trout were consistently grilled), in the evening they were met with champagne. Whiskey was not bad, wine and beer (Efes) is also very good. On the beach there is a bar with drinks and snacks, you could walk nearby (50 meters) to the Seven Seas bar, where food is like in a full-fledged restaurant - hot, grills, Gozlem. Ice cream for kids anytime, anywhere. The children's restaurant is always open. In a word, for food, you can say the hotel also pulls on Ultra All. The first days we went to the beach along the lake promenade (up to 10 minutes with 2 small children), then we got lazy and rode the hotel’s minibus - it doesn’t go, as many write on a schedule, it ujyztn back and forth if there are people (even if this is 2-3 people), so you won’t have to wait long - it’s 2 minutes to go. Animation and evenings are good, but our youngest is very tiny and could not be at the mini-disco and performances for a long time.
