"We have a calm, friendly girl, why would she cry, " we thought, but ran to the club. And what do you think? The animator girl took her daughter out, closed the doors and left somewhere... It's so simple... Whether she needed something urgently, or in the afternoon they close the club at a certain time, I don’t remember, but the fact remains. . . It's so easy to take the child out, leave one and dump....Is this normal?? ? In general, we didn’t want to spoil the nerves of ourselves or people, we talked with the girl, heard her arguments and decided not to go in cycles
Case 2 (after which I no longer left my daughter with these wonderful "animators"): some activities were planned in the pool that day, we first sat watching the children play in the water and by the water - everything seems to be normal, the pool is shallow , we approached and warned Noma that we would leave for 10 minutes to plunge into the sea and come back, then we repeated the same thing to her Russian-speaking assistant, then we repeated to the child that we would leave for 5 minutes and be back soon. In the days warned everyone!
Upon returning, they found a crying, frightened child on a sunbed by the pool. There is no one nearby. After questioning, it turned out that when playing the relay, an older girl pushed her daughter into the pool, because. it was unexpected, then the child got scared, took a sip of water, burst into tears, but thank God he remembered that dad and mom promised to return and sat waiting for us by the pool.
When we returned, there was not a single animator at the pool, they left with the rest of the children to be more active...

I am a wife and two of our children for 10 months and rested in this hotel from 06/26/18, On the fifth day of rest on the night of 06/30/18, my wife and I became ill, both had severe nausea and repeated vomiting of the contents of the dinner ( they mostly ate meat), had diarrhea all night, stomach pains, body temperature 38.5 ', chills. All night long we suffered so in the room, treated with our sorbents, enzymes, antiemetics. In the morning, my wife felt even worse, her head was spinning, she was cramping and breaking her arms and legs. She is also breastfeeding her youngest child. We repeatedly complained to the administrator of the hotel Lilia about what was happening to us and asked for help. I must say that we lead a healthy lifestyle and absolutely did not drink alcohol. Our children, thank God on horseback, because of their young age, did not eat the ill-fated meat and therefore did not get poisoned and were healthy. The shameless administrator Lilia, in order to shield the hotel and absolve herself of responsibility for this poisoning, constantly claimed that we were allegedly poisoned by water from the sea or even worse by the sea air, as she says, it often happens with tourists in their hotel! I must say that during these 5 days we never went outside the hotel and, accordingly, did not eat other food than food in the hotel restaurant. On the morning of 30.06 we went to a restaurant to take chamomile and brew it, but after the first sip I vomited right in the restaurant, so as not to stain the room I asked the service. personnel bag under the vomit and after the end of the vomiting asked the waiter to throw out the bag of vomit, to which they refused to throw this bag away and said that I myself should take it out of the restaurant. Then we somehow got up and hobbled with the children to the reception, in order to once again call the insurance doctor. While we were walking along the path, other tourists met us, asked us what happened to us, offered help, medicines, and in the conversation it turned out that about 30 people were poisoned in the hotel this morning, and the symptoms turned out to be exactly the same. Upon arriving at the reception, some kind of administrator ran up to us and began to suggest to us that we were poisoned by sea air or sea water from the sea, that is. because we did not swim in the pool. At this time, other tourists with similar problems approached the noise, we exchanged contacts just in case. Tourists who were poisoned, like us, lived in rooms: 1313.1314 Natalia, 5211 Tatiana, 6301.2207, they declared it themselves! After lunch, we were finally picked up by a Turkish ambulance, taken to the clinic with our little children, who by this time were also very tired. . . In the clinic, we were given proper assistance, both of them were diagnosed with food poisoning, acute gastroenteritis, dripped, antibiotics. An experienced Turkish doctor of the clinic said that "taking crops and doing a blood test for the present pathogen does not make sense, the diagnosis is already clear from the clinical data and symptoms, this is food poisoning !!! ! The fact that the Turkish doctor (you will see the name in the photo of the conclusions) is absolutely right says that immediately after the treatment we felt noticeably better: nausea, vomiting disappeared, the temperature dropped to 36.6 ', abdominal pain disappeared, hellish weakness and body aches disappeared. And closer to the night we were brought to the hotel. The next morning there was a slight weakness, we dressed the children and went to breakfast. And then the second wave of hell began !!!! ! We were defiantly stopped by the administrator Lilia and in an order form demanded to leave the hotel immediately, supposedly this was the decision of the hotel director after the rumors that had reached him that DURING ILLNESS AFTER FOOD POISONING IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT WE TALKED ABOUT THIS TOPIC AT THE RECEPTION WITH OTHER POISONED TOURISTS and this is not discussed " THE DIRECTOR DECIDED YOU WITH SMALL CHILDREN TO KILL OUT OF THE HOTEL FOR WHAT YOU DISCUSSED POISONING AND ASKED FOR HELP WITH OTHER TOURISTS THEREFORE UNDER THE HOTEL'S REPUTATION ". In response to this lawlessness, I said that they do not have the right to do this to us, we did not violate the rules of conduct at the hotel, we did not insult anyone, we only discussed with other tourists what is the best treatment in this situation, that I will call the police. From the beginning, we thought that Lilia had joked so unsuccessfully, because a sane person would not have the mind to do this with a family with babies that had suffered through their fault. Oh no, when we returned to the room and tried to open the door with a card, we found that Lily was far from joking - the door was blocked, the lock did not open. We again came to the reception to unblock the card, because. the children were crying and had to be fed. But at the reception, two hotel guards with weapons and a maliciously smiling Lilia were already waiting for us with a cold-blooded repeated demand to leave the hotel immediately, otherwise the force of the guards would be used against us! The children were frightened by the escalating situation and began to cry. I think such atrocious injustice and arrogance is unlikely to allow themselves other hotels. After that, we were literally forced to dump all our things in disorder in our suitcases for 10 minutes and literally kicked out with our babies into the burning sun by pushing us behind the hotel barrier, leaving our suitcases on the roadway near some market. All morning we called up representatives of the tour operator Tui, which also did not affect the eviction process. Travel agent Tui Kurenaya told us at the meeting that "YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TALK ABOUT POISONING WITH OTHER TOURISTS, NOW YOU MOST MOST HAVE TO BUY TICKETS AND FLY HOME TO RUSSIA AT YOUR OWN ACCOUNT WITHOUT HALF A REST" Imagine our state with my wife this a moment with a baby in your arms? We got poisoned at the hotel with hotel food, we were sick together with small children in our arms for almost 2 days, we wandered around the clinics, were rudely kicked out of the hotel and we are also to blame !!!??? ? In general, this situation happened to us in this hotel, we went through such a hell that you would not wish even an enemy. ! Kind people never consider this risky hotel with mean employees for recreation, it will cost less! Then some tourists on the street explained to us that when they rested in this ill-fated hotel several years ago, the same outbreak occurred in it, and supposedly it happens every year, due to some violations of the norms in this particular hotel, and the hotel employees naturally know and understand everything, and therefore they tell different tales like - you got infected from the sea air, they rake it away from you, and then you can see that the norms are still not observed. Even if we imagine that, let’s say the hotel is not to blame, they were poisoned, for example, as they said with sea air and discussed it with tourists, what right did they have to throw us out like helpless kittens on the street ?? ? On arrival, it resumed and we were treated for another month. I have experience of holidays abroad: Egypt 10 trips, Turkey 5 trips, Thailand, Maldives.
