We spent 10 days of June 2012 in this hotel. We were here for the first time, before that we rested, for the most part, in five-star hotels in Belek. The classic five for a family holiday - a lot of greenery, well-groomed territory, polite staff. 80% of Germans, the rest are British, Swedes, some Russians and Ukrainians. Befriended many. The food, as in all five, was excellent, the fish assortment was a little less than expected - otherwise it was super. But there were little things that did not spoil the rest, but unpleasantly surprised:
1. Paid Internet (throughout the territory).
2. Paid towels (the first one is free for the subsequent exchange of 1 euro).
3. Paid safe 1 euro per day.
4. Paid fresh 1 euro.

5. There is a reef along the entire line of the beach and, in fact, there is nowhere to swim. I had to go further along the coastline to the Crystal Resort hotel and swim in their territory, it’s good that it’s not far at least. Bravo to the managers of the Crystal Resort hotel - they installed a pontoon for swimming (but only for their guests).
6. There are no towels in the spa at the hotel. For the first time I see this in a five-star department - if you want a sauna or a bath, bring your own.
7. In the complex, the SPA employees smoke nicely at the entrance, and then they will massage you with these hands? From the outside it looks like a joke.
8. There is no water, no scales, no clock in the fitness room. Usually you spend a clearly defined amount of time in the gym and it is very important to look at the clock, be able to drink water and periodically weigh yourself.
It turns out that there were no floor scales in the whole hotel. All decent fives have scales in fitness rooms, spas, and at the reception to weigh luggage.
It seems that this five saves on matches and is a little tired.
If you are ready to put up with these little things - the hotel is for you. No other cons were found.
