We were in hotels with my family in late July - early August. I will describe in detail the entire holiday, all the nuances that hotel guests will have to face. So, in order:
Settlement. Arrived in the evening, the number was given immediately. We got a room on the first floor of the hotel. Very small, stuffy, I would say the basement is in a terrible state, everything would be fine, but we arrived with a small child, the music played so loud that it was, and even more so there was no way to sleep. I went to the reception, asked to change the room, hinted that he was ready to pay extra. A porter came up, quietly asked to step aside, wait 15 minutes until the rest of the guests were settled, they would solve the issue. After 20 minutes we were already in another room on the 3rd floor, overlooking the street. The cost of this service is $20. When we moved from room to room, we met a couple also with a small child, they were also settled on the 1st floor in terrible conditions, they persistently asked the administration to relocate, unfortunately they received an answer that there were no available rooms ((. In other respects, the situation in Turkey is quite standard, if you want fit well, pay extra.
Number. The rooms on the 3rd floor are slightly larger than those on the first floor, but still very small. We saw other tourists rooms with 2 bunk beds and folding beds, however, apart from this, there is no free space left in such a room, people left strollers, inflatable circles, mattresses, outside the room, in the lobby and on the street. The condition, appearance of the rooms is very poor. Everything is very very old. All the photos and horrors that tourists photograph are all true. Shabby and dirty walls, ceiling, painted over with door handles. The ceiling in the bathroom and a tiny corridor is greatly underestimated, if you are taller than 180 cm, it will be inconvenient. A couple of nuances of our room: a large hole in the bathroom, in the ceiling, through which you can in all details, while taking a shower, consider the communications of the bathroom, the air conditioner worked, but very strange, sometimes it did not turn off, from 5-10 attempts it only made noise, it started rattled like a tractor, 2 days before the end of the vacation, it began to drip from it, because it was hanging over the bed, it dripped on the head, a very unpleasant feeling. If you close the door to the toilet, you can open it only with 2 hands with considerable effort, a child or a girl is unlikely to be able to get out without outside help. The TV, tiny, was noisy, there were no Russian channels. It’s stuffy in the room, they opened the balcony door for the night, because the rooms faced the street, they live in the house opposite, as I understand it, the hotel staff, they were usually very noisy going to work at 6 in the morning, I had to get up to close the balcony so that they wouldn’t wake me up child. Safe in the room - for a fee.

Room cleaning: daily.
Territory. Everything is old, not repaired, somehow faked, nothing more. There is no elevator, dirty, garbage, always open doors to utility rooms, broken children's kochels, a rickety fence, and a lot of things. The hotel has a shop, everything is much more expensive than across the street in the bazaar.
Restaurant. Dirty plates, tablecloths, spoons, forks, it is advisable to additionally wipe before eating, so as not to get an eating disorder. What surprised me is that one of the walls is covered with large spots of mold, so blinds were attached to it from above, however, also not evenly, and this view is very conducive to eating). Everything is shabby, dirty, old. The restaurant is small, but there is enough space.
Food. Meat: chicken and turkey, sometimes small pieces of beef, turkey liver, alternated by day, let's do one thing. Fruits: watermelon, oranges, nothing else was seen. Fish, was 2 times in 11 days. Salads 3-4 types, always the same. French fries, pasta, rice, have always been. Sweets, monotonous, the choice is small.
Beach: from the hotel to the sea 10 minutes on foot, or every hour there is a free bus. Sea beach, sunset, everything is very very good, suitable for families with children. On the beach, sun loungers, deck chairs are free of charge, from the hotel, the tents are also free. Bar on the beach, water, drinks all the time, from 11 o'clock - beer, from 12 o'clock they start to feed, cakes, many liked pizza, salads, fruits (watermelon and oranges). Everything is delicious. For a fee: orange juice - $2, pomegranate juice - $3, cocktails.
Pool bar: beer, not tasty, bitter, the quality is very low (subjective opinion, based on personal experience, compared with hotels that used to visit the same price range). The wine is white, rose, red, also of very low quality, alcoholic cocktails, as elsewhere in triples in Turkey, nothing special.

Animation: This is not animation. It is not there during the day, there is no entertainment for children, in the evening: there is a mini disco for children in the form of a charge for 20 minutes, all 11 days are the same)), at the end, before our departure, only a couple of kids who were not tired of it already participated. For adults, there are performances (not every day), the duration is 1 hour, sometimes participation is paid, depending on what happens. A foam party, for example, cost $2. Once the animator drew pictures with children, participation was also paid, for those who wanted to entertain their child. Personal opinion, what such an attitude is, it is a frank disrespect for guests who came to the hotel, paid for the entire service, or who do not have the ability or desire to pay for evening entertainment, I have not seen this anywhere. I was struck by the fact that the animator constantly asked for money, and was frankly rude when he did not receive it. The phrases "if you didn't pay, don't come to my animation" is not a joke, it's quite normal here. The rest of the evenings, they turned on the music, it was boring. Teenagers, youth, young couples, families with children will not be interested here.
Internet: free - very bad, slow, constantly cuts out, I would say almost none. There is a paid 2 euros a day, I didn’t take it, because I was tormented by doubts that the quality was also not high.
The area next to the hotel: a bazaar, a couple of shops, frankly there is nothing to do, you have to go somewhere.
Guide from Tez tour: I was once, briefly gave information about the hotel, asked if I was interested in any excursions. She warned that the hotels are very rare, and that's it, we didn't see her anymore. I compared it with a representative from Coral, who was constantly at the hotel, gave a lot of useful information to his tourists, and described the proposed excursions in a very detailed and interesting way.
Personal opinion: a weak triple, I was very surprised by 4 * in the name of the hotel, this is frankly not true. Hotel services are overpriced. If you have a choice, would recommend to stay in another hotel.
