I visited this hotel with my wife and 2 kids from 18th to 28th Aug 15.
We chose it based on positive reviews, photos, price-quality ratio, on the recommendation of the tour operator.
In my review, I will first describe the cons, which are extremely few, then the pros, which are more than enough, and talk about the problem of the hotel and many guests - infection.
Cons: the zoo was promised, it is there, but not at all interesting;
Watermelon and melon are cut with an "axe"; a lot has to be cut off; the price tag for children's slot machines is high; the tennis court is closed at night and it is impossible to play during the day.

There are many pluses: everyone speaks Russian, the smiley service is impeccable, everything is very beautiful and well organized in the hotel, the staff is an army of professionals, smiling and sympathetic. They cook chic, although there are dishes that are simply not tasty for a Siberian, but there is always a choice. I respect you. The rooms are cleaned tolerably. Various entertainments are organized throughout the territory: archery, mini golf, darts - everything is cool. The animators go out of their way to make sure everyone enjoys everything. Big fellows.
Standard rooms are drawn to a good 3 or a weak four: there are no teeth, toothpaste and razors, they are not large in size, but a good TV and quite comfortable. At first we were settled in 3331, but there was a wild noise from the amphitheater, it was not possible to sleep until 23, and we have children and we asked to move to another room - horseshoe 3137. You can hear music from the bar, but not like that.
We rested 5 wonderful days in comfort and coziness. And then. . .
Suddenly, at night, a 2-year-old boy's temperature jumped to 39. Somehow, after stretching until the morning, we went on insurance with a franchise of 15 to the doctor in jeans and a T-shirt, but with good equipment, he gave the boy a purulent sore throat, wrote out drugs that need to be bought at the pharmacy and then return the money to your insurance. They bought medicines, started treatment - it got worse. By evening, the daughter's temperature rose and both children developed a rash on their bodies: the youngest had a rash on his back and legs, the eldest, 11 years old, all over his body, face, palms and feet. The rash on the feet hurts wildly and makes it difficult to walk.

When we went to the lobby to open our daughter's insurance and go to the same hospital, to show the little one again, Otium helped us. Surprisingly kind and sympathetic Gulnaz from smileservice kindly offered us to go to the clinic from the hotel and cover the costs. This, without false modesty, saved my children. At the hospital, we were received by a doctor in a white coat and an interpreter, we were hospitalized in a separate ward, where my wife and I could stay with our children. The children were catheterized and instilled with saline for 20 hours, adding paracytomol and antibiotics. How they suffered, especially the little one. He screamed day and night, an innocent child never knew about temperature or antibiotics in 2 years. He came to rest at the sea and ended up in the hospital due to an infection with a terrible rash, and a wild sore throat, he did not eat for 12 hours, he could not swallow.
The next morning we were discharged, given some medicines and the hotel sent a car for us. Otium ensured the safety of my children, paid for all expenses and transportation. I am immensely and wholeheartedly grateful to Gulnaz and the hotel management for this help! Thank you.
However, I cannot end on that good note as my daughter, with this rash on her heels, is still unable to walk properly and try on shoes. And the day before departure, the infection knocked me down and in a strong form. First, a day of unrelenting fever and headaches, a wild sore throat - from 26.08 I ate food brought from a children's restaurant (compote and porridge). And then a rash began: small corns are all over the body, and especially on the palms and feet. The feeling that you wear a hedgehog in each cookie, and he constantly dances a break, destroying your palms with his needles. The feeling on your feet is the same until you walk, and when you walk, you step on a carpet of red-hot nails. Swallowing hurts so much that it's easier to spit, it's not at all possible. On the plane, when landing, I thought I would die from a headache and pain in my ears.
I flew in, brought my things and my family home and went along the road of broken glass on coals to the clinic, from where I was taken by ambulance to the infectious diseases hospital.
While I did not know how the infection we picked up at the hotel was tolerated, I experienced only positive emotions about the hotel and their invaluable help provided to our children.

But now I understand that everyone in the hotel is aware of what is happening. We flew 7 people and 5 have already fallen ill: 2 adults and 3 children. All the children got sick. The hospital advised us not to go to the pool, why would I need a hotel with a bunch of children's pools? From the fifth day, we followed all the quarantine rules: we sat in the room, played on the deserted children's lawns. Went once to the sea in the evening. Constantly and everywhere we saw children and adults with a rash, talked to them and understood that everyone had the same thing. Some guides and animators talked about the mowing shaft infection most of the children.
As a result, 10 days of paradise were paid for, 5 days of paradise were received, and 5 full sleepless days of painfully long observations of how your children suffer.
I agree that the hotel did not bring infectious children to itself and it is not the fault of the Otium chain that they started the described events. Otium eco club side itself became a victim of infection and everyone knows about it. And representatives of the hotel and the operator.
I believe that in this situation, when checking in, it is necessary to warn that the hotel has an impressive number of children with a rash. Colds: cough, runny nose, sore throat - you can survive, it would not scare me; but the symptoms I listed would make me change my plans and urgently choose another hotel. I would have paid the penalty and calmly left, but Otium took health and rest from my children, everything they had was destroyed, the memories are vile, the consequences are dangerous, the pain is unforgettable. Otium knew about what was happening and did not warn about it.
I recommend this hotel to anyone, but first, you need to make sure that at the current time there are not a large number of people with symptoms similar to the coxsackie virus.
Once again, I thank Otium and Gulnaz for saving lives, prompt and free assistance in their hospitalization. Without you, dear Gulnaz, everything could have ended worse for us. But I can't forgive the hotel lobby staff for not being told to at least be wary of a rash. I can't forgive Coral for not telling us about this when choosing a hotel - we could have gone to any other, we came directly to the operator.
I am ready to confirm all the information with facts: photos and medical documents, for confirmation, call or write to vibervotsap + seven923 stoodin2141
I also ask those who have visited this hotel to respond and are ready to confirm the presence of many children and adults with a characteristic rash in it.

In our economically difficult time, organizations and people in the pursuit of money often compromise moral principles, but there is a limit to everything. Let's not allow more and more batches of Russian, Ukrainian children and children from other countries to experience all the terrible consequences of this infection.
In Russia, any organization would have been closed for 2 weeks of quarantine long ago, but in Turkey, a developed European country, you can continue to infect more and more batches of small ones? I do not understand this.
Otium - do something! Hang banners, divide everything into zones. You should have instructions for this.
Please, write to me.
