I will write a lot, because I myself like to be ready for anything : )
We traveled as a family of three, including a 2-year-old child.
1. Settlement.

We went to rest from Coral, we liked everything, friendly guides, well informed about everything that was happening. We had a night flight, a little inconvenient, although we did not lose the day, because we arrived at the hotel at 10, but still very tired. The settlement took place immediately, at the reception there was a Turk who spoke both Russian and English. A friendly reception worker settled us in room 1222 (building 1.2nd floor), view of the main entrance. Since we read in the reviews that it was noisy there at night, you could hear the disco, we immediately asked to be relocated, but the "friendly reception worker" (I call it that because I didn’t remember his name) assured us that this was a very good room, a little if not the best in the hotel, his quote is “I would live there myself”, and you can’t hear discos there, because discos are no longer held. Okay, settled in.
The room is small but normal, large balcony, there were two separate beds and one cot with an orthopedic mattress was placed for the child. In principle, the norms, but we still asked to change at least the mattress to a solid one, because our child can climb over to sleep with us, the "friendly reception worker" said that there were no such that a double bed was needed. Well, OK, we agreed, in the end we came to the sea to relax ...
A surprise awaited us at night, the disco sounded until 2 am, it was impossible to sleep even with the door closed. (Even in the room with an open balcony, there was a constant noise of arriving buses both day and night). In the morning, not sleeping, a little annoyed, they went down to the reception, there was already another employee (by the way, later we can say that this is the best of all the reception workers of this hotel), he really practically did not speak Russian, they spoke English.
They said that we were not satisfied and the administrator immediately said "no problem" and already at 11 the next day we were in another room and building. They moved to 3408 (this is the 3rd building, they also call it the "horseshoe", on the 4th floor). The room is identical to the previous one, only a smaller balcony and a double bed with a solid mattress, as we wanted. The rooms are cleaned every day, normal, clean. The nuance of this room, it was the sunny side, the sun was scorching in the afternoon (it was stuffy, the air conditioner was not turned on, since it was hinged and they were afraid to catch a cold from its breath), our windows overlooked a clearing, the villas, the view is much nicer than before room. Discos are not audible, calmly, we slept with the door to the balcony open, there are nets, so that the insects did not bother.
2. Hotel area

The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, gardeners work all the time, many pine trees, wonderful air. 5 swimming pools, 2 of which are for children (one near the pool bar, the second on the territory of Kids World).
Kids World - includes a playground, trampolines, a playground for small children (a labyrinth with trampolines, completely soft), a pool with a slide for kids (by the way, there are cameras near the pool and in the children's rooms, you can watch what is happening on TV in the room) , children's rooms (we were told that it is possible to leave children there for a couple of hours with children's animators, but the time is up to 17, and we were at sea in the morning, slept during the day, so we did not use such services), amusement park (attractions cost 4 $ for 5 minutes), children's toilets.
Near the large pools there are water slides.
Near the hotel there is a lake (well, like a lake - a swamp, because it is dirty), there live some birds that look like ducks.
There is a zoo (they saw chickens, a peacock, rabbits). One evening, rabbits ran out of the cage onto the lawn, my daughter ran after them, played. Hotel guests come to feed the animals.
There are tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.
There is an opportunity to play mini golf (near the amphitheater), clubs to take at the reception.
It is possible to rent a bicycle.
There is a Spa-center, but did not use the services. There's also a gym and an indoor pool with Jacuzzi.
3. Animation
We really did not like the animation, the animation team consists of Turkish men, the contests are vulgar, I would say with a blue tint. Based on ridicule of men. We have something to compare with, not the first time in Turkey, the animation team is "limping". As for children's animators, claims are "0", smart girls are trying their best, kids love them. Once in the evening a magician performed (he worked out very well, laid out to the fullest, a charismatic man brought the audience). Once we watched the show "Mongolian Circus" (the guys on tour can be seen as young students, but they also tried very hard, they liked everything).
4. Sea and beach.
To the sea 450m.

If on foot, then the closest thing is from the 3rd building, about 10 minutes to walk along the lake. There is a shuttle to the beach every 10-20 minutes, depending on the time of day. He goes from 9 to 17. Of course, I would like at least until 18.
The sea is clean, the depth is gained quickly, to be honest, it is not very convenient for a small child. In the last couple of days there was a storm, there were big waves, the sea was unclear, but very warm. On average, the t of the sea was somewhere around 26°. Air 28-30°. It was windy for a couple of days.
The beach is clean. The problem was with sun loungers, many vacationers take several sunbeds, so it is very difficult to find a free one at 10-11. There is a bar on the beach (drinks - beer, juices, coffee, water, tea). A little further from our beach, on the beach of the Otium SEVEN SEAS hotel, there was a Snack bar restaurant, one hotel chain, so it is allowed to use.
There are playgrounds on the beach.
Towels are issued all day, exchange until 11 am.
Towels for each one on the cards, sometimes came across not very clean and all short, enough only for the head and ass. If I had known, I would have taken at least one big one with me.
The biggest negative is the dirty toilet on the beach. It's scary to go there, but once they saw the hotel manager come, so they licked him. And all the rest of the days are just awful in the toilet on the beach. This is my BIGGEST CLAIM TO THE HOTEL.
Although throughout the hotel all the toilets are clean and there are hand sanitizers.
5. Restaurants
The food is varied, very tasty, there are also diet food and barbecue, delicious mashed soups, meat (turkey, chicken, beef), fish (river trout - a very tasty grilled fish), a variety of sweets and fruits. For children, a separate restaurant with children's tables and chairs, dietary food and purees and soup and cereals and compote ...In general, everything is thought out for children, there is even a microwave, a blender and children in the refrigerator. milk and juices.
True, in the children's restaurant purees and soup are not salty. Even cartoons are played there on a large plasma.
The main restaurant has high chairs and disposable bibs.
Big minus - sometimes came across dirty dishes.

The chefs and waiters work very hard.
You can also eat near the pools.
The best bar in the lobby. There, the bartenders make better cocktails and the range of alcohol is more interesting. Good quality Baileys and brandy. All other locally produced alcohol is so-so, as elsewhere in Turkish hotels. About the beer, the husband said that it was diluted, but on the beach, when it was hot, it went fine.
The A la carte restaurant was not visited, there was no need, such an abundance of food in the main restaurant that they did not even think about it (and even the A la carte restaurant is paid).
Ice cream was from 11 to 16, delicious, ate only on the beach, like there is still on the territory of the hotel.
6. Smile service
The service is round the clock, provides most of the needs for children.
It was free to take a footrest in the bathroom and a potty and a stroller and a crib. Babysitting $. The girls there are all friendly and helpful. There is an opportunity to call a doctor, according to insurance it would cost us $ 15 (this is the deductible indicated in our insurance, probably depending on the insurance conditions).

AND FINALLY...
I'll tell you about a few pleasant things that happened during our vacation.
The hotel has a lot of vacationing children with SARS. The hotel is focused on children, 90% of holidaymakers with children
On the third day of our stay, our child developed a runny nose and subsequently a cough. Also on the third day, my husband and daughter were poisoned, accompanied by vomiting, fever and diarrhea. But since I took a large arsenal of medicines with me, my family felt better on the fourth day after dinner. Only the daughter stopped eating their food, barely persuaded her to eat whatever she wanted for a couple of spoons (upon arrival home, she began to eat better).

By the way, when I contacted smileservice and the chefs of the restaurant about a thin rice porridge on the water and asked them to cook a fresh hard-boiled egg, they kindly helped me, Thank you so much for their care. The child had a cold until the end of the holiday, I got sick on the 6th day. In general, my daughter and I returned sick. At a local pharmacy, we bought cough syrup for $8, and we got better with a cough.
In general, about our diseases, I can say the following:
- I heard from parents who came to rest that some of them already come with ARVI, because they can no longer endure the rest, so a vicious circle turns out: when healthy children arrive, the sick leave;
- Regarding the poisoning, I can’t say that it was poisoning, I immediately began to give my family antimicrobial, rehydration mixtures and absorbents. This horror lasted only a day. Maybe it was acclimatization...or ate on the beach...
I don’t know, they didn’t call the doctor, because it got better. But still, I recommend the hotel administration to pay attention to the CLEANNESS OF THE DISHES.

In general, I liked the hotel. The service staff is friendly, cleanliness is present, but not everywhere, very beautiful territory, WiFi is bad (in the room it was good only on the balcony and in the lobby. Skype or Viber could not communicate via video, only correspondence).

We went once in Side (minibus $ 1 per person), on the way from the minibus a beautiful ancient city, I highly recommend visiting. There are also many pavilions with souvenirs, clothes, etc.

We also went to Manavgat, I also recommend it for shopping. I only advise you straight to the main street, many shops with excellent prices (good quality at low prices) there are Waikiki, LTB, excellent pastry shops with baklava (it is in the pastry shops that I advise you to buy sweets), souvenir shops, a cool shop for children's quality clothes made of 100% cotton at low prices Aykon bebe, etc.
In the Novada shopping complex, as for me, there is nothing to do, the prices are the same as we have in Kyiv, well, maybe 5-10% cheaper, but you will no longer have the opportunity to return. But on the main street is really worth a visit!

The attitude towards Russian speakers, as well as in all hotels in Turkey, is secondary, Europeans are a priority.

And yet, from the experience of traveling for the first time with a child, I will say that your child is fully resting, and you are running after him, so the recommendation to parents is to take grandparents with you, who will insure you and you will have the opportunity to relax with the whole family. Have a nice holiday!
