We rested at the hotel from May 28 to June 7.2017, two adults and a child 10 years old (almost 11 years old). A few words about the tour operator. This year we rested with Coral-travel (host - Odeon - tour). Never traveled with Coral, but were satisfied with his work. The transfer was carried out by minibus and only to our hotel and the Otium Seven Seas hotel, so we were not particularly tired. Now about the guide from Odeon - Leonida. I've read mixed reviews about it. Now your opinion. I liked the informational meeting, I gave good information on the hotel and services. As for excursions, where without them. Of course, he offered and advertised, but no more than other tour operators (he is not original in this). Of course, a lot is being done to ensure that you come to the information meeting with all the vacationers (so there is more chance of selling the tour), it is said a lot that if you want to go outside the hotel, you need to have a certified voucher from the guide, but we know why believe))) But in general, I can recommend Odeon with Coral.
Now about the hotel. Why is the title of the review "Hotel of a Thousand Smiles"? Yes, because from the first minutes we were fascinated by the hotel staff and this impression did not leave us until the end of the holiday. I give the staff a solid five. Friendliness, positive, attentiveness - these are the qualities of the hotel staff. Everything is always done with love and a smile. I would especially like to note the work of Gulnaz Karataeva - this is the face of the Otium Eco Hotel and the face is beautiful. Smile service can get two fives for its work (not a pity).
We had a late arrival, but the restaurant was open (there is a late dinner). In general, for food, we also put a solid five. We liked the food. Still one five put for drinks at the hotel. Plus for: freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, packaged juices in bars and small packaged juices with straws for children and the same packaged milk for children, on the beach - ayran, near the reception - wonderful lemonade, wonderful latte (Lavazza coffee) - in the lobby bar and in the evening by the pool - excellent fruit cocktails. We are not lovers of alcoholic drinks, so I won’t write for alcohol, but non-alcoholic ones are just fine. Here I want to note the excellent work of the nutrition manager Ezhder Odabasi (he managed to do everything))).

There is nothing special to write about the room. The room is good. We lived in the "Horseshoe" building. The view was on the tennis court and the river. Very quiet and calm. Cleaning is great.
Now about the territory. Very beautiful territory, green, many flowers, fruit trees, there is a mini-zoo, a garden for children. Three peacocks are let out for a walk around the hotel.
The hotel is really very childish. We didn't go to the kids club. But only positive reviews about his work were heard. Lots of playgrounds, trampolines, good water slides for kids.
The beach is about 10-15 minutes walk. The road along the river, it was not hard for us. The bus to the belt was used regularly. The downside is that it runs until 16.10 (this is the last trip from the beach). Of course, it’s not that far to go, but sometimes you don’t really want to.
Now about the beach. Sand, pebble entrance, close depth, there is pantone. Minus - there were not always free sun loungers. But it's not a problem. The nearby beach is also the Otium Hotel (Seven Seas). There were always free sun loungers. Many of the Seven Seas Hotel were located on Eco Beach, so take where there are free places. Entry into the sea is better at Eco, at Seven Sias there are plates at the entrance (I didn’t really like it). You can eat on the beach (Seven Sias beach bar). Several times we went for lunch to their main restaurant. Also, if you evaluate the beach, I want to withdraw points for dirty beach toilets.
About the evening animation. Worst animation team I've ever seen. You can still watch other people's shows, but your own... What I liked and what I would like to note is the foamy disco on the beach. It was great, thanks. A bus took us to the discotheque (we didn’t walk in the evening).

And now I want to write a few words about Otium Seven Sias. This hotel can be visited by vacationers in Otium Eco. At the entrance, tell the guard the name, the number of people and the room number. I really liked the hotel, a lot of beautiful places. There is a pool with a gentle entrance for children, a large pool with different depths (in Eco, the pools are modest in size), an interesting descent along the crazy river, but the slides are very dumb (not for every adult, they are better for children in Eco). Food (I can only rate dinners) on par with Eco. But, of course, the big plus of Seven Seas is the first line.
I liked the rest, despite some comments. I can recommend the hotel. But keep in mind that this is not the first line. With small children, it’s probably better in Eco, with older ones in Seven Seas.
