He did not understand a word of Russian or English. We were placed in a 3-storey building. The appearance of the room is terrible, the renovation has not been done for a very long time, the windows do not close, the furniture is horror - a painted wardrobe, a broken nightstand, sheets instead of curtains, bed linen was never brought to us, we slept without a blanket, the mattresses were stained yellow . The bathroom did not meet basic sanitary standards. The shower was located next to the toilet without partitions, without a tray, with a hole in the floor. When taking a shower, water spilled all over the room. The smell in the bathroom was just disgusting "old rotten sewer". In general, not a room in a 3-4 * hotel hotel, but an old Turkish hostel, some vacationers there even said that this was actually a camping for truckers. No room service.
The area near the pool is not equipped and life-threatening, i. e. the pool was at a height of 3-5 meters from the ground, but was not fenced. There is no pool bar and there is no bar on the beach either, although, on the Natalie Tours website, in the hotel infrastructure, it is written that all this is available. Drinks were issued in the main restaurant, if you can call it a restaurant, without permission to take it outside, which was extremely inconvenient. There was no entertainment, no table tennis, no animation programs. There was a disco, but the presence of drunk hotel staff on it was very depressing. At night, bats fly in flocks there. My husband and I stayed in this hotel for only a day, but there were sooooo many impressions left.
