So, I have just returned from Pemar and, based on fresh memories, I will try to write a short review.
To begin with, I note that, as the guide from the tour operator told me, the hotel does not belong to Side, but to Alanya. Communication on this topic with other residents of the hotel confirmed this information.
So.
The hotel is wonderful, with rooms overlooking either the mountains, or the pools, or the sea (this is as indicated in the documents for the tour). I came across a view of the mountains and this very view turned out to be quite pleasant.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The minimum necessary (at least for a man) is available. True, the enterprising Turks made the use of a safe and a mini-bar payable. But the cost of using the first is not so high, and I personally did not need to use the second. The room was cleaned regularly. Regarding the washing of beach towels for $2 (read in the report), we were told that this service costs $1. But I never used it, because the cleaner (a nice Georgian woman) changed them for me for free. Although for the sake of objectivity, I note that other guests with whom I spoke on this topic did not observe this. Apparently you have to be polite even with the cleaners : )
Nutrition. Diverse. Haven't tried it all. There was non-chicken meat. Mostly in the form of goulash. The chicken was regularly, each time quite tasty. Grilled fish was also regularly served for lunch. Very tasty. A variety of salads, sweets, fruits - watermelons, peaches, apples, pears, plums, grapes. Drinks - "yupi", cola, sprites, gin and tonics, local wines, good beer. Maybe there was something else, I don't know. I'm not into alcohol : )
The territory is huge. A bunch of palms, some pines, and other trees, between the trees on the hills there are even sun loungers so that those who wish can lie under a palm tree away from the noisy crowd. There are many different entertainments on the territory. I will not describe, if you are interested - ask, I will tell.
The animation is rather weak (daytime in the sense) for those who like to be active near the pool even in the afternoon. In general, as for me - the animators did not interfere with enjoying the rest. Everyone could find entertainment for himself, if there was a desire. By the way, the animator girls danced various oriental dances well, which could not but rejoice : )
Beach. The beach is large (or even huge). Sand and pebble. There are few large boulders. I saw only a couple of pieces, and even then in the water. The sea is clean, the beach too, cleaned regularly. It will be really difficult to enter for pampered feet, but for such there is a pier from which to go down into the water is a pleasure : ) For me, getting in and out of the water was such an entertainment, fighting waves (which were quite large for a couple of days). There were enough beds with mattresses for everyone. I often came to the beach at 4-5 pm and found a sunbed under an umbrella without any problems. But on the pier, you need to take places early, even before breakfast. But this is for fans.

By the way, I read in one of the reviews that the amusement park is paid and was surprised. I don’t know what you paid for there, but what I rode was absolutely free.
More about the area. There are several bars/restaurants, but my favorite was the covered area "on the second floor", next to the pools. There you can smoke a hookah and enjoy a quiet conversation in a pleasant company. With live music during dinner : )
Here is such a short review turned out. If anyone is interested in something, please ask.
