Good afternoon, dear tourist!
I hasten to share my impressions of the first visit to Turkey, the Mecca of a Russian vacationing citizen. Before directly reviewing the hotel, I want to give a few introductory. Over the past 7 years, I have been to about 20 countries in Western, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia. In some, more than once. 40 percent of trips - at their own expense on holidays, the rest - business trips. I visited about 40 hotels and apartments of different stars.

Further to the point.

Hotel building and grounds.
I couldn't write the exact address because I don't remember. Regarding the city, it is 90-100 km from Antalya (airport) to the east. The travel agency said that in Side. However, in reality it is 30 km to Side towards Antalya, to Alanya - 30 km away from Antalya. So some kind of countryside between Side, Manavgat and Alanya.

One 6-storey building built in 2004. Three wings. Half of the rooms have a sea view.

The second half - on the sides and on the road. She's pretty close, by the way. The building is in good condition. Not a Hilton, but by Turkish-Egyptian standards, apparently fresh. Lobby is cool. The rooms are clean. The corridors are in a normal state of disrepair, given the three years of use of carpet as flooring. Analog keys (non-electronic). Towels drying on the balconies are a hallmark of the humidity of the local climate. The territory is average, 250 by 400 meters, as it seemed to me. Large swimming pool. To the sea - 300 meters on foot from the building or a minute by electric car with a Turk at the wheel (he is alone, not enough for everyone). All Inclusive is open from 10 to 24 throughout the hotel.

There is a small water park in the pool, 4 slides. At the very left (dark red), if you look at them from the side of the pool, the lower support from moisture and constant vibration cracked a lot at the base.
Of course, it is impossible to give guarantees for the service life of such a metal, but lying on a deck chair a meter away from this design is not very comfortable. Showed the Turkish animator - promised to tell where to go. Apparently postponed until the off-season or until the birth of the welder. Haven't seen anyone around in a week. And the children ride on the slide with a frequency of 10 people per minute.

Public catering.
There are four bars - in the lobby, on the second floor, by the pool, on the beach. The restaurant is one, but large (under the roof and on the street). Various snacks from 10 am to 5 pm are available both there and in the bar by the beach (if you can call snacks hot dog sandwiches filled with sausage-cucumber-cheese left after breakfast). Alternative - donuts (cool!! ! : -)) and pizza (didn't try). Drinks - beer, which can be drunk in gallons (it is not clear, maybe a special series for Russian on all inclusive, so as not to get rowdy). It is better to drink it before it warms up, otherwise you can safely pour it out.
The wine is not bad (considering the unlimited system of consumption). The food is modest, in my opinion, compared even with Egypt, constant queues for hot drinks, the need to wander around the hall in search of a place (Ultra All Inclusive makes it possible to have a reserved table for all occasions).

Service.
Leave the janitor a dollar tip in the morning, and he'll lay swans out of intricately twisted towels on the beds. Many speak Russian (except cleaners and security). You understand this by the flags painted on the badges. Cleaning is meticulous. So they can cut a piece of gold, frivolously left in the bedside table (compatriots suffered). But more about that in the chapter "Cons".

In the bar you will meet different attitudes. One will look at you as an enemy who kills his personal time. The other will have fun chatting and joking, wondering where you are from and how long you have come.
Both relationships on my part were not provoked by either rudeness or tips. It's just that they are people too, apparently, regardless of who pays for the holiday. They don’t grab hands like the Egyptians (this is especially important for ladies traveling alone), but they won’t forget to sell at a higher price, if possible. But this is the east, a delicate matter.

Animation.
I never felt like participating in their activities. Dry facts - they do something, both during the day by the pool and on the beach, and in the evening on the stage by the same pool. I wasn't thrilled, but I didn't insist.

Pros.
Who was on the Russian sea only, will experience euphoria and orgasm. Because there is no owl. I spent 2 weeks as a vegetable (I was fed, watered, my room was cleaned after me). I always find pluses everywhere, I don’t let anyone spoil my vacation. So for me it went great, no matter what. But it was better. This same hotel is not the only bad or good one.
It reflects all the advantages and disadvantages of Turkey as a tourist country in a single hotel. Given the prevalence of our brother in this region, there are already 2 Russian channels. Many Russian-speaking hotel workers. There is no open confrontation and negativity towards Russians (probably it would be dangerous, given that 85 percent are Russians).

Minuses.
About cut gold. Firstly, they will be asked to prove whether there was a boy (that is, a little gold). Upon presentation of a photo report in this hotel with these objects on the body, they examine the surveillance cameras. They find out that only these guests and the cleaning lady were in the room. Moreover, they do not interpret this fact logically at all. They say that it was the guests who could steal, but the cleaner could not. As the conversation continues, it is mentioned that accusing the cleaning lady of theft can lead to filing a counterclaim accusing the guests of slander. In general, the safe should be taken.

By the way, it is paid, despite all inclusive, 2 euros, please, per day. Your humble servant did not become greedy, and took the safe almost from the very beginning of the holiday. The only pity is that the safe is small, and only a modest part of the items that enemies can encroach on can be removed there. So, the wife did not count a knitted dress (no one expected such a situation, although the damage was scanty, but the sediment remained).

The girls at the front desk are nice too. One girl, named Marina (I won’t give her last name, but she’s the only Marina there : -))), looks at you like a fiend, doesn’t react to questions addressed to her, if attention is stuck, she answers sharply and with pressure. Eyes protruding. Bad character. It's like she really doesn't like what she does in life. Another girl, Marta (the surname is complicated, but remotely Russian), on the contrary, is very friendly and sympathetic. The third Russian-speaking girl, Turkish, is also very positive.
However, if something is stolen, they will never be on your side. It's good if they don't get rude : )

Safe - 2 euros per day, as I said. There is no clean drinking water in the room. In the minibar for 1 euro bottle. It is not clear, given that teeth also need to be brushed with clean water, and in Turkey you don’t want to use tap water. In Egypt and Thailand, water is supplied and changed in the rooms free of charge and daily even on the bed&breakfast program. I almost forgot - there is nothing to do outside the hotel. Nearby there is nothing but a short street market and shopping. All external life, if any, is in other places!

Conclusion.
If you have never been to Turkey, nothing of what I have described will upset you, provided that you carefully keep your material values and do not get nervous over trifles. If you are a sophisticated Turkoman, my advice is useless to you.
If you have not been to Turkey yet, but have traveled around Egypt-Tunisia, talk to your friends - maybe they will not share my views on Pemar, or vice versa.

Good luck everyone!
Boris.
