I am writing in hot pursuit. We were in this hotel with a family (3 people) in May 2018. I immediately note the main thing - the hotel is wonderful: the price / quality ratio is one of the best I have seen. We are all delighted.
Those minuses that are, absolutely do not affect the overall excellent impression and a good rest.
Further I will describe in more detail for some who are used to having their tails swept right at the turn, and well . . wiped right on the go - this will not happen. Take expensive hotels for 1000 bucks per person, and demand there. Everything is simpler here, but still at a very decent level.

Check in was almost instantaneous even though we arrived at 1 am. Our entire group (not just us) was settled immediately, and where it was agreed. Nobody cheated, didn’t tell that there are no numbers - pay extra, etc. They immediately took the suitcases, and also brought food directly to the room (at one in the morning !!! ). No one demanded baksheesh, everything was fast, calm, friendly. Everything worked in the room (air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, safe, etc. ), I never had to call anyone to fix anything. A big plus is the free safe. Another plus is free Wi-Fi. Some very smart ones complain that it is slow. Yes, slow, but so what? Have you come to rest or download gigabytes? But it is everywhere - both in the rooms and on the territory of the hotel, and it is free.
The room (we had a family room) is large, 2-room, beautiful, everything you need is there. Cleaning is done every day, quite decent. We didn't notice anything bad. Tipping is not required, we left it once - they laid out towels for us with hearts and other figures, otherwise everything is the same. Towels are changed every day. We took it with us to the beach - they added more, as a result it turned out even more than necessary : ) Everything is in the shower - soap, cotton pads, ear buds, a cap, but no shampoo. Some complained that there was no toothpaste. . . What kind of hotel do they give toothpaste in? I haven't come across anything like that.
By the way, the non-alcoholic mini-bar is also free and replenished daily - very convenient. If you want something to drink (or drink) at night - please, everything is there. Plus tea and coffee.
We liked the view from the window - on the one hand the steppe, and in the distance - the mountains. Very picturesque. And on the other hand (we had 2 balconies on the corner) - a view of a beautiful hotel, previously described by one young lady as a "sanatorium". It has now been renovated and looks impressive.
The pool is large, long - it is convenient to swim and not feel like a sardine in a jar - there is enough space for everyone. The water is very good, there is no chlorine at all.
The biggest disadvantage for me personally was the entry into the sea - a strip of 1.5-2 meters of extremely unpleasant pebbles. Although, as far as I saw, for most people this was not a problem. But for sick or sensitive feet - very hard. But then a nice sand. The sea is very good and clean. 30 meters fine and sand - suitable for children. True, due to the fact that it is shallow, there are no big waves - it will not be possible to ride the waves (I am an amateur, and for me this is a minus).

There are stones 30-50 meters from the shore. Some say they saw fish and even crabs there. Personally, I did not see, although I swam with a mask. In general, if there is, then very little and there is no need to talk about diversity.
The beach is wild. Near the bar, and where the sun loungers are all decent and civilized, the rest is more like the steppe, and this has a peculiar charm.
The road to the beach may raise questions, 600 meters on the dirt road. But the bus runs VERY often, literally every 5-10 minutes. And if he sees that a lot of people have gathered, he goes right away. That is, there are no problems with getting to the sea.
Overall I liked the food, although it could have been better. Some reviews that "you won't stay hungry" are not an indicator, it's clear that you won't stay in all-inclusive, but I wanted more variety and taste. It's good that there is a lot of greenery. The choice of meat is not bad, but not very large, and it is not all tasty. In general, there are no complaints about meat.
There are practically no delicacies. 3 times there were mussels, one of them was completely tasteless. Grilled fish is primitive. In fact, they don't know how to fish.
For breakfast, if you do not like eggs (they are there in all forms) - you will simply have nothing to eat. Turkish sausages are just awful. It's not for people. It would be possible to make a green salad, but there are no dressings for breakfast, and for lunch they appear, although they are no longer needed at all. In general, the breakfast is very weak. But there are pancakes) Lunch and dinner are much better, the choice is not bad, although not brilliant. Had delicious lamb and good grilled chicken a couple of times.
Some praised the selection of cheeses and olives - I can't agree, most of the cheeses are TERRIBLY salty, hard to eat, a couple of cheeses like feta cheese - not very salty, edible, but not of the highest level. Almost the same olives, there are many of them, but they are all some kind of "under-" or "over-" - I am a fan, but I could not eat them.

Of the benefits - surprisingly delicious rice and dolma. A lot of grilled vegetables, amazing red peppers, eggplants and tomatoes. Naturally, there are all sorts of rolls, pasta and french fries, but we did not take this. Going to all-inclusive to eat pasta and potatoes is a crime. Although many did just that: a mountain of pasta, a mountain of rolls and potatoes - for such people, no choice is needed at all.
The main disappointment is the sweets. Here they were praised by many. Bullshit. There are really a lot of them, they look beautiful, but LITERALLY they are all completely tasteless. Dumb sweetness, no taste. There is almost nothing to choose from. But my wife and child liked some - they love it. From fruits, apples and oranges, a couple of times there was something local like an apricot.
There are no complaints about alcohol. There are 4 bars: in the lobby, by the pool, on the beach, and at night - in the disco bar. The most normal - in the lobby. Here they can even make something similar to a cocktail. If we get lucky. There is one guy who understands, the rest just pour on the eye, peeping the composition on the menu : ) But it's inconvenient that it's far from the pool, not to mention the beach. By the pool - light beer (the main and only plus is cold), filthy wine, and if asked, they can do something like: "gin and tonic sprite" or "whiskey cola". On the beach only beer and wine. By the way, there are snacks on the beach - you can not even return to the hotel for lunch. Small selection, but you won't leave hungry : )
Slides worked at first only an hour - from 14 to 15. The most stupid time. It's either lunch or right after dinner. Who climbs the slides right after dinner? The last few days - extended - from 14 to 16. The biggest most extreme slide - does not work.
Another disappointment is that there are no a la carte restaurants, although they are declared.

Billiards paid - 5 dollars / hour and then an American. There is a table for n / tennis, but the rackets are bad - you have to take your own. Darts, although announced, but it will not be possible to really play it - only with an animator and a bunch of other people according to some strange, ever-changing rules. More than 3-4 times it will not be possible to quit. In short, this is more show entertainment than a real game. Sometimes they gather teams for water polo in the pool (quite funny), and on the beach - for volleyball. In general, the animation is weak, but we were not interested in it.
The location of the hotel is far from civilization. That's what we wanted, so we liked it. There is no special party, there is a disco bar after midnight, but it does not rattle, everything is decorous and noble. Nearby there are cooler hotels "Kumul" and "Jacaranda" (we looked at the prices: each is 3 times more expensive). There is certainly more abruptly and more territory. We went there, as in the botanical garden - "Kumul" and the fairy tale 1001 nights - "Jacaranda". Very beautiful, beautiful plants, huge roses. But getting there is not so easy - they may not miss it. Once in Kumul we were lucky - they passed at night, they took us for their own. When they came to be photographed during the day, they didn't let me in. In Jacaranda there were no problems - with a stone face they went through the reception directly into the garden.
Everything else is very far away. Bazaar - 1600 m. Especially you can't run, especially in the heat, the more expensive it is.
We went to Side. I liked it very much. Beautiful ancient city. I recommend. It's not far - 17 km. Very often there is a minibus - 2 dollars / person. Taxi there 15 dollars, back - 17. If you go by minibus, then before reaching 100 m to the final one, there is a circle (landmarks Burger King and McDonald's). There is a good exchange office on the left. Be sure to change the lira, otherwise you won’t enter the amphitheater (20 lira / person), they don’t accept dollars, and there are no exchange offices nearby. And on the right - a discount supermarket - there is a small selection, but what is there is cheap. Magnets cost 0.5 dollars. The rest of Side - the same as in the hotel - an average of 1 USD.

It was surprising to read the reviews of some about the bad attitude towards the Russians. Yes, there are almost no others! The hotel is focused almost exclusively on Russian speakers. 60-70% Russians, the rest - Ukrainians, Kazakhs and other Russian-speaking Central Asia. Of the foreigners - the Turks, Iranians, and a couple of Germans accidentally wormed their way. They must have been in shock themselves, because I didn’t see anyone else from Europe - everyone lives in cool neighboring hotels. There are many Russian-speaking Kyrgyz among the servants. So there is no question of a bad attitude in principle. Another thing, if you behave like a pig - then of course they will take action. There were a couple of characters: one of the crustaceans climbed into the elevator, throwing everything in a row, the other, in principle, did not move further than 10 meters from the bar, and always sat with glassy thoughtful eyes. Chelyabinsk people, as they say, are harsh people : )
But in general, as I said, everything was fine. Staff attitude is excellent. Here's an example: it was a little cold at night, we asked for 2 blankets - they immediately brought us, first, thin ones, and then winter ones. They filled it up quickly and didn't ask for a tip. By the way, in principle, no one extorts tips, but if you give them, they are very happy, and they can do something "special" at the bar. In addition, a "holiday" was made for us several times - a separately served table with rose petals and whole roses - it was very pleasant.
I recommend this wonderful hotel, and if you take into account the small non-decisive disadvantages that I described, you will not regret it.
