There is a kettle and a minimal set of teas in the room, everything can also be taken in the lobby. ENTERTAINMENT. Every evening something happened in the amphitheater. The most interesting evenings are Miss and Mr. Ramada. But they also depend heavily on the participants in such competitions. They take tired people with a politota - they invited teams from Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and what other country prevails during your week of rest at the hotel. The best thing is, the people were all adequate. These competitions went well, participants from different countries interacted absolutely friendly, in one evening the audience agreed and simply shouted the maximum for each country. Other evenings - dancing and live music, to be honest, were so-so, skipped them, changing to a trip to the lobby bar.
CONTINGENT. people are mostly Ukraine-Russia, but everything is quite adequate. Of course, we (I’m from Ukraine) were once asked: “How is the Maidan there? But about the contingent, I would like to say not about the countries, but about the fact that mainly families with children come here. And children from babies to schoolchildren. Just keep in mind that if you want to spend a really quiet holiday and without running around you, there are a lot of children here. But if you have children, then they actively got acquainted here (again, from different countries) and occupied themselves with games. Well, mostly slides.
EXCURSIONS. necessarily. because just lying by the pool here and only going to the amphitheater will get you bored. even if you are very tired. From the guides, I recommend a trip to the Green Canyon - unrealistically beautiful, a boat trip-fishing-restaurant - a classic, but very good. The coolest thing is swimming in this canyon. In fact, this is an artificially created reservoir - they made a dam, the flood was filled with water. Therefore, there is clean water, very deep (it’s not scary to step on something), a beautiful view. Even if you are a super swimmer, I recommend taking a life jacket at least at the second swimming stop (there are two of them). Do not drown, you can sail away from people near the pier. Lepota. The main attraction is the Temple of Apollo - just down the road. it’s not a long walk to get around everything, but if anything, a tram runs there for a few liras. Be sure to bring water and caps. A bunch of streets with fur coats-gold-gelato-magnets and whatever you want. Local restaurants, cafes. There is a small (just 15 meters) beach, you can wet your legs, take a picture on the spit. Take a picture in palm trees, take a boat around the shore. I recommend walking along the coast near the Temple of Apollo and you will find a cool photo gate with a view of all these buildings. We rented a car at the hotel and went on an excursion to Side (a very beautiful city). There is a bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel, you can get to Side by bus. From nearby excursions: Green Canyon Reserve (40 minutes drive), where you can enjoy the beautiful nature, fish and swim in zinc-rich water. Excursions can be ordered from a guide or there are several local travel agencies near the hotel where the price is cheaper.
The hotel has a SPA-salon, good specialists work. You can take a course of massage, hammam and other beauty treatments up to an agreed price. We really enjoyed the SPA.
We had a late check out. On the day of departure, the room was handed over at 12.00, and things were put in the luggage compartment near the reception. All hotel services were used before departure.
Our vacation was great! The kids also really enjoyed it.
The hotel area is small. To the beach 600 m, no problem to walk 10 minutes. The bus to the beach went regularly at intervals of 5-10 minutes. The nature is steppe, the mountains can be seen from afar. Beach: a combination of sand and pebbles, a little to the side - a completely sandy beach. Sunset in the sea is shallow, the children were comfortable. The sea was clean and very warm (over 30 degrees). Swimming pool on site with water slides. Slides worked every day from 10.30 to 12 and from 14.30 to 16, despite the fact that there were few vacationers due to quarantine. The food is good. 1) The staff showed complete disrespect for the rights of vacationers in the Russian Federation, saying that we are not interested in anything that you do in Russia, neither your rules, nor your laws, nor your papers.
You are not welcomed as a customer of a five-star hotel, you are not allowed to wait as a weary traveler from the road.
At the entrance, a fat young lady grabs you by the collar and pushes you away, which terrifies small children. The staff must keep their distance. After that, a female administrator appears, claiming that all children must wear masks, and the question is - why do vacationers do tests and everything else, if all Russian certificates have no role for Turkey?
The female administrator, I don’t know her name (quite thin with a bob haircut), also in an incorrect form did not grant us the right to check in.
Within a few hours we resolve this issue, despite the fact that we had no problems either at the airport or upon arrival at the airport. ONLY IN THIS HOTEL!
2) Nevertheless, to our horror, we settled in Ramada Resort Side, because we were not offered other options.
The first thing that catches your eye is construction around the entire perimeter of the hotel.
A spotlight from the construction site shines into your room all night. This is of no interest to anyone.
3) Dirty tables and traces of spilled alcohol all over the lobby. We rest with children.
4) The fundamental question of the presence of the Internet, it is useless to discuss. As if the hotel did not pay for the package of services of the Internet provider, in anticipation of the start of the high season. THE INTERNET, AS IT SOMETIMES APPEARED, WAS NOT GOOD EVEN FOR CHECKING MAIL. We agreed in advance with the tour operator that the hotel must have free good internet in order to be able to work and study.
5) Low-quality disco music that pounded in our wing and penetrated through the thin walls of the hotel right into our rooms interfered so much that it was not possible to talk on the phone.
6) In the dining room, there is no attention to a large family and to customers in general, overseers are watching you, as if you owe them all money.
7) The DJ, in a grubby red mask on his face, apparently works part-time in the dining room. Hamit and threaten clients.
8) At night, construction work is underway under the windows, asphalt is being laid.
9) The pool is naturally cold.
10) Maybe this is a good vacation for an alcoholic expelled from a vocational school who needs free alcohol, but not for a family that knows what a normal hotel service is. For families with children, this hotel is strictly contraindicated.

He came into conflict with customers, directly in front of us with obscenities closed the door at the entrance to the dining room, when I was with a small two-year-old child in my arms and cursed obscenely at us in Russian. Thus, he greatly frightened the children, despite the fact that the elder was already in the dining room, from where he did not let him out.
This was the completion of all the problems after which we could no longer be within the walls of this ghetto.
Having checked out on 03/29/2021 a week earlier, we were forced to leave the hotel and fly to Russia.
The Turkish Hotel RAMADA RESORT SIDE has demonstrated the maximum ability to spoil the impression of the country, the people and the culture of its people.

The room was a bit small, cleaning C grade, let's say. The territory is small, practically, it does not exist. The food is 3.5 out of 5. The beach is normal, nothing special, I would like better. The main reason is the opportunity to get pleasure and health from communication and super professional massages in the spa of the hotel. The main reason is the opportunity to get pleasure and health from communication and super professional massages in the spa of the hotel. Thanks to Mahmud for a pleasant and very friendly attitude towards all vacationers, regardless of age, the desire to help and find a compromise. And special thanks to Lyuba for a wonderful professional massage, which restores health for a whole year and makes you come back again!

I can agree with other vacationers about very decent food both in the restaurant and on the beach; pleasant attitude and willingness to help the staff at the reception and in the bar.
But there are problems on the beach that, in my opinion, you should pay attention to:
1) People, first of all, go to the sea. And I would like to comfortably get to the beach and be able to relax there. Even compared to last year, there are deteriorations. The transfer began to run less often and the most unpleasant thing is that the last flight from the beach is at 17.30. That is, when the sun is the most pleasant and beneficial, you have to leave, and if you didn’t have time, walk along the sandy surface (road) to the hotel for 15 minutes. Well, at least until 19.00!
2) Replaced the awnings with "straw mushrooms", which are very low, small and completely non-functional. In order to create at least a little shade, you need to constantly move the sunbeds. Very uncomfortable and bad for health!!!
Also, there is no control over the state of public toilets both near the pool and on the beach: there is no paper, cleanliness, etc.
In general, everything happens, as everywhere, where managers of a certain direction do not work well. They start doing something when the boss appears... and if he is not there, everyone is relaxed.
