Good day to all and good mood. We rested as a couple in April 2019. Upon arrival, they asked to wait until 12 noon, and we arrived at 10 am, because there was no Russian-speaking representative at the hotel and there were no free rooms, but we put on bracelets for services immediately, so we didn’t feel any inconvenience. The Russian woman Olga works, a very good person, if anything it is better to contact her. They settled in room 3219, on the 2nd floor, in which no one had probably lived since last year - the hair dryer did not work, the sink was leaking, the drain in the toilet was constantly not working almost every day. All the time they asked at the reception to fix it, they asked 5 times, they did everything quickly. For some reason, door frames fell to the floor in the room 2 times, but they also quickly fixed everything. The balcony had a view of the mountains and the main entrance to the hotel. Downstairs there is a large open veranda with an exit from the lobby bar with many tables (probably when the season is very noisy there). The minibar in the room was updated every day.
The linen was changed every day. There were Germans, Italians, many compatriots in the hotel, Arabs with their ill-bred children, Estonians, even Finns. They drank all day and walked some kind of crooked. The food at the hotel is very good, there is a large selection of different delicious dishes, something new every day, many different desserts. From fruits they gave stone apples and pears, grapes, oranges. Dirty dishes were quickly removed. I slipped a dollar to the waiter boy, so he hovered around us all the time every day, regardless of our desire, brought wine, whiskey, in general, showed all kinds of attention. The service staff is very friendly and accommodating. We have never seen any dissatisfied face, even the owner of the hotel (such a small man in glasses and a suit) constantly watched and watched that there was order. All the time they walk with panicles and a scoop around the hotel and remove garbage.
The hotel has a large pool with slides (even in April they were turned on during the day), two heated pools (there were always some Arabs with children and wives who swam in hijabs), a spa center. They took a massage of the collar zone, but did a general, hammam, face masks - I really liked it, cervical chondrosis passed and my general well-being improved a lot. You can arrange to sit with your feet in an aquarium with fish. In the spa center you can and should bargain. Separately, I would like to say a big thank you to the owner of the salon Mahmud, manager Tufan, masseuses Budi and Lyuba. They do a wonderful massage! (I do not advertise, they are really professionals in their field). Hamam liked it very much. The lobby bar is open until 2 am, the pool bar is open until 6 pm. From alcohol there is white and red wine, very tasty beer, Turkish vodka (terrible disgusting), whiskey, cream liqueur. There is plenty of drink there. Animation is very weak

by the outdoor pool you can play darts, sometimes water aerobics. Animator Maxim, of course, somehow tried to keep everyone busy with something, but it didn’t work out very well. One evening they invited a dance group with belly dancing. To the beach from the hotel about 500-600 meters on foot, about 15 minutes, if you walk lazily, a minibus runs every 10-15 minutes, at least one will be taken and brought. By the sea there is also a snack bar where you can have a good snack, drink wine, beer. An elderly Turkish woman works there, who makes delicious cakes. The sea is the sea, beauty, it’s better to go a little to the left, despite the April weather, my wife swam every day for 10 minutes, because the water is still cold. It rained twice, but it didn't dampen anyone's mood. We took a sightseeing tour of Side for $ 35 per person with a catamaran trip along the Manavgavt River with lunch, with a stop at a waterfall, very beautiful.
Free of charge from the hotel provided a minibus for a shopping tour in Side, chatted around the shops, there are sales. In large stores it is customary to bargain, you can buy good things.
We rested very well, treated every household detail with humor. A hotel for a relaxing family holiday, 5 ***** does not roll, a solid 4 is just right.
