I want to tell you about my unsuccessful vacation in the new Colors West 5 * hotel, which opened on May 27.2013.
We stopped by on June 03, the first impression was that we were dropped off at some construction site. Inside the hotel is nice, the room is also very nice and nice. It is true that there is a lack of staff everywhere. We settled for about 2 hours, there are no rooms with a sea view at all, do not overpay for it !! ! Reception staff is impolite. Repair work was carried out in the main building on the 4th floor, we were settled lower, on the 3rd floor.
Beach towels turned out to be free, but at the same time there are few of them and they are changed every 3 days, if they get dirty, then also reluctantly, I had to present ice cream stains, unrolling dirty towels in front of everyone at the reception.
The restaurant had to go for the staff to get a spoon or fork. Few fruits, variety in food, which does not correspond at all to 5 **
There is no a la carte restaurant at all.

There are almost no shops in the hotel itself, you can only buy ice cream and toys, shampoo, etc.
My child of 5 years old liked the pool for kids with a small slide - an elephant. Swings and slide next to the pool. Animation during the day in the pool, and in the evening.
