A tour to this hotel was booked by our tourist, who bought it not cheaply for the period of the May holidays. In addition, a tourist has a birthday at the hotel during the holiday period and we, as an agency, booked not an economy room for him, but a standard one.
However, upon arrival at the hotel, the tourist was settled in a room that did not correspond to the category - worse than in the economy room. The air conditioning did not work in the room, it was smoky and the view of the whole room did not match the photo on the Intourist website at all. At the request to the administrator on duty named Mardan to change the number to the one indicated in the voucher - the tourist received a categorical refusal and a boorish answer "if you don't like it, you can go where you came from! ". The name and badge were missing, Mardan himself did not introduce himself. His name was learned later, from the guide. And all this happened at 2 am, as there was a late arrival, and the room was paid from 14-00 the previous day in a 5 * hotel for ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE !!!
