Main restaurant:
The choice of dishes is small. But everything is delicious. From seafood - fish.
Fresh fruit is paid ($ 2).
Alcohol (UAL) is a fairly normal whiskey (BEll's).
There is champagne, but tasteless.
Also a large selection of cocktails. cognac, gin, tequila, martini… great choice. The beer is delicious.

Standard rooms overlook the neighboring hotel. Very close. And a little noisy.

In fact, this review could have been positive, but since 06/22/2021 Turkey has been open to our neighbors - citizens from Russia. The leaders of this hotel apparently decided that they should take "their own" and squeeze it to the maximum due to the lack of tourists during the lockdown period. In general, greed worked, and the hotel was completely filled with vacationers! But at the same time, these same leaders did not appreciate their own capabilities or did not consider it necessary to deal with such a trifle. As a result. . .
There was not enough staff: they did not have time to cook, they did not have time to clean the tables, they did not have time to clean the rooms, etc. There weren't enough places to eat in the restaurant. What was going on in the restaurant - you should have seen it yourself once. No one was wearing masks anymore, vacationers were also already putting food on themselves. We somehow asked for buns, so they were served to us with bare hands instead of what was supposed to be - with food tongs. I gave them back to that restaurant worker. So he answered me that he is a chef, so he takes everything with his own hands - he can do everything !!!
There is no compliance with generally accepted measures against COVID-19 in order to save the life and health of vacationers!
They were so unable to cope with the flow of tourists that they received that they even closed the restaurant during dinner and did not let anyone else in, because. there were no places.
I also want to note that dinner is until 21.30. We returned to the hotel from the tour at 21.00 and there was no food in the restaurant. We were told that all the food was over! Cool!
This is us resting in a 5 * hotel on the ultra all inclusive system.
There were also not enough sun loungers and places on the beach for all vacationers. For a place on the beach, they are almost ready to fight with each other. They removed all the small tables and put the sunbeds so close to each other that, of course, there is no question of any distance. The beach worker, at the request of the vacationers, wore sunbeds and installed them where they asked, and it doesn’t matter that there are already sunbeds on which there are vacationers, they put them right on the heads of others! Terrible service! Someone gets up early in the morning to take sunbeds closer to the sea, and someone comes at 11.00, gives a dollar to a beach boy and gets a place by the sea and almost on the heads of other vacationers! On neighboring beaches, nearby hotels, there are no such problems. There are places and free sunbeds on the beach!
Large stray dogs roam the beach, lie down near sunbeds with tourists and swim in the sea. Nobody is chasing them.
As far as I understand, the open sea is here and therefore there are always waves on the sea. They just happen to be small and sometimes they are big. In general, the sea is calmer than with big waves that knock you down. The entrance to the sea is a pebble. Then there is a rocky sandy bottom in the sea, on which not everyone can walk barefoot, besides, the bottom is not even, it is immediately deep. This is along the sea.
We used to rest in another country in hotels with small star categories, but we received much better service and a more friendly attitude from the hotel staff!!!
The food in the restaurant is extremely consistent. Who can say - every morning they gave fried eggs - so they were always undercooked !! ! How can you ruin such a simple dish? They don't seem to know what an omelet is! They were given extremely rarely and together with tomatoes. There were more tomatoes in this omelette than eggs!
Room cleaning was very mediocre. There is a tea set in the room - tea had to be begged from the maid. Water was also provided, but even here the maid managed not to deliver water to the minibar. Everything had to be checked for her.
The hotel does not care at all about the preservation of the life and health of vacationers in today's time of a pandemic!
Separately, I also want to write about travel by buses that run to the nearest cities. Count in lira. The fare is 5 lire per person. Moreover, if you have dollars or euros, then in this case the fare will cost 1 dollar or 1 euro per person. Course: 1 US dollar - 8.5 lira, 1 euro - 10.3 lira. Imagine, we gave the driver 1 euro for two, so he said that we need 2 euros! I took the euro and gave the driver 10 lire. You should have seen the expression on the driver's face!!!
On excursions. Our meeting party was FIT Holidays. We bought tours from them. I do not recommend this company! If you have the opportunity, then buy excursions from other companies! Below is a description of the tour we bought from them!

Tour of the Green Canyon. We were told that the departure at 14.00 to 18.00-19.00 the tour will end, i. e. We will be at the hotel for dinner. They said the tour was very easy.
And in fact. . .
When we were picked up and we drove to the canyon, it really took about 30 minutes. Then it turned out that neither the guide Victoria nor the driver knew the route and brought us to the abandoned yachts on the pier, from which no one takes tourists on an excursion. You will not believe, but the men who were on these yachts laughed at us out loud!! ! Our bus has already left! We stand in the terrible heat and wait for the bus to come back for us! For you to understand, the road is steep and serpentine!
The bus picked us up and took us, in the end, to the right pier. But what is happening? We were put on a yacht, and we are standing at the pier and not going anywhere..... Until the vacationers began to resent. And then they took pity on us and said that we would go around the district while we were waiting for 44 more tourists! Everyone was in shock! As a result, the tour of the canyon began only at 17.00!! ! We were just waiting for other tourists for an hour and a half! I understand that we arrived at the pier at the wrong time due to the fact that no one knew where to go, we were late for an earlier flight of the canyon tour. Nobody waited for us and they just left. This is clear!
To all our indignations, I received just a "brilliant answer" from the accompanying guide Victoria: "Speak all questions and dissatisfaction to your hotel guide !! ! It was he who sold you the tour, not me! ".
But that's not all! Okay, the tour started at 17.00 and ended at 19.00.
Further, instead of taking us to the hotel first (we were the last to be picked up from the hotel), 30 minutes drive. We were taken to all regions for 2 hours and brought to the hotel penultimate at 21.00. For two hours we suffered in the bus, in which, moreover, the air conditioner did not work and everyone was almost suffocating!!!
And on top of that, they still didn't have dinner!
We began to resent where we were being taken for an hour. The guide told us that, at the request of other tourists, she was the first to take them to hotels! What is it like? There is a certain route that is always followed!!!
To be honest, this is the first time I have met such a swine attitude towards vacationers!

I don’t know how they say it, but the beach is normal, there are sunbeds and enough for everyone, the sea is very successful, even taking into account that it’s deep right away, when entering the sea there are pebbles (it’s clear that it is washed by the waves).
Canteen, food
Dining room is normal in principle, killed a little like the rest of the hotel but normal. The food will also go (you won’t be hungry), but there is no choice, all the dishes are the same and repeated (the choice is big, see french fries, sausages, french fries again, sausages - like that). I was pleased with the second dinner (I chose the hotel only because of it) french fries, pasta, cucumber, tomato, apple and bread. You can’t sit where you want, they are transplanted and understand all the waiters are looking at you with such a look, let’s eat the shortage faster.
Bar, drinks
The bars are open at good times. As for the rest, I can't really say much. From the four margaritas made, they are all different (where there is a lot of alcohol, but or not to understand, where the salt was forgotten, and the last one was generally with some kind of juice). The only thing that the bartender guesses with the capacity of alcohol is beer (it's also draft from a bottle). Empty glasses are taken away, but there is no napkin and garbage from the table, the ashtray is not changed (rest in the garbage).

In principle, it’s normal, although we choose Miss Turkey on Saturday and Monday (every other day today is Tuesday - we just can’t choose in any way).
Results of staying two days in this hotel
If you do not pay attention to the shabby and dirty hotel, poor quality service, room cleaning, meeting residents, entertainment and other troubles, then in principle it is normal. Let's wait and see further. I'll tell you at the end of my holiday.
I do not recommend this hotel for such an amount, I paid 1067 euros for seven nights, my opinion is not worth it, but you think it's worth it or not.

The air conditioning did not work in the room, it was smoky and the view of the whole room did not match the photo on the Intourist website at all. At the request to the administrator on duty named Mardan to change the number to the one indicated in the voucher - the tourist received a categorical refusal and a boorish answer "if you don't like it, you can go where you came from! ". The name and badge were missing, Mardan himself did not introduce himself. His name was learned later, from the guide. And all this happened at 2 am, as there was a late arrival, and the room was paid from 14-00 the previous day in a 5 * hotel for ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE !!!
What a shame for the hotel and for its positioning as a 5* hotel!!!
The tourist had to be pretty nervous, call guides, who, after long negotiations, were able to move to the STANDARD room.
And it's all for my birthday!
I myself was in this hotel and of course I did not meet such a reception. As the director of a travel agency, I really would not like to receive such a review from my tourists again. After all, we fell in love with this hotel, as it met all the requirements and requests of our tourists.
We earnestly ask the hotel management to remove the Mardan administrator from work with clients, as he does not correspond to his position and dishonors the reputation of the entire hotel!! !

Check in room:
When a family room is purchased, we are offered to settle in a room of a category below for a day. As it turned out later, we are not the only ones who are occupied in a room for 2 + 1 by 5 people until the next day. I asked for an upgrade, but apparently, they have a well-established scheme and everything was already ready for us in the usual standard. We would not be embarrassed by anything, except that we simply could not fit our 5 suitcases + stroller, because the whole room was full of beds and a cradle for the baby.
Well, it’s clear that you want to wash, change clothes from the road, and this is extremely inconvenient to do.
— We moved to the family room 5556 overlooking the pool. This is 1 room with a large single bed, sofa TV, toilet and shower, air conditioning and a balcony. And another room with 2 single beds, TV, air conditioning and another bathroom and shower...
Everything is not bad ...but the repair was done terribly ...the interior door falls out, the shower in the adult room is clogged so that water poured out and flooded the entire floor in the room. Very dark in the room. Ceilings with stripped plaster.
Well, the view of the pool from the family room is also not the best option, since there is no territory near the hotel itself, and the amphitheater was right under the windows and all daytime and evening events were held there (until 12 at night) For families with children and just for those who love silence, this option is unbearable, since the audibility is excellent.
But at the same time there are Russian channels on TV - this is a plus)

ROOM CLEANING:
The main thing to remember is that everything is on demand here. You need to ask to change bed linen, put clean towels, to wash the floors, to fill the mini-bar.
Once a pack of cigarettes was emptied from my husband (2 pieces were left).

MAIN RESTAURANT AND CATERING:
The downside is that the hotel is very dirty, like everything in the restaurant (Dishes, cutlery, tables, high chairs, children's utensils - everything is dirty, and from all sides, also broken)
I can't say the food is terrible. OK, but no choice. Grilling on the street (get ready for kilometer-long queues) Increasingly, turkey and chicken are fried.
Soups are pureed. The coffee is disgusting from the machine. Turkish coffee is brewed in the lobby, but it is also not very good. Juices only from the device. There weren't even packages. Only tomato in the lobby and sometimes.
Alcohol is average. I do not understand what is the meaning of the concept of this hotel ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE.
They give out ice cream once (you have to go through the queue), cook pizza at the pool (there was always a queue and it’s not in season), they fry the guzlema, they gave 3-4 chopped watermelons to the whole hotel right after the ice cream (many people didn’t have enough and it’s October)
- A separate story about the CHILDREN'S TABLE. There are diet food. And there is a separate children's area with children's tables and a TV with cartoons. But it is impossible to cook anything for a small child. 4 children's dirty dishes, one blender (also dirty), microwave. I didn't know what to do with it. Alternatively, take your blender with you and wash it every time. But this will have to be done in the room or in the toilet, as there is no washing in the restaurant children's area.

HOTEL TERRITORY:
She doesn't exist!! ! Pool 1 is not very big for everyone, 1 is for children, and one is near the slides. The sun does not fall into the children's pool at all and I have never seen children in it. We didn't go there either.

There is no ATM in the hotel. But in stores they accept cards at a not very favorable rate.

For my 6.11 year old kids it was boring. The animation is casual. Slides are small, worked by the hour. There was no foam party in 2 weeks. Representations are so-so. My husband and I were also not very interested.

Hotel location:
It is located in the so-called dead end zone, where there is no village and shops. From the front there is a road, from the rear there is a river. Clamped "Riolavitas" between the hotels "Port River" and "Zhador". Up to one 25 m. , and up to the other 8 m. !! ! To the right of 150 meters there is also the Diamond Hotel. To the beach 300 meters. To the nearest hotel "civilization" you need to go towards the hotel "Kaya... " and the lake about 1.5 km. , Well, or by bus.
Location, comfort and view from the room:
The architectural and planning solution of the hotel is not in favor of the comfort of vacationers. There is not a single room that would provide you with silence, lack of dust and smell of the street and a good view.
45% of the rooms overlook the balconies of the neighboring Zhador hotel. In this 8 meter gap between the hotels, a check-in is organized for the cargo transport of these two hotels. Therefore, you will constantly hear the noise of loading and unloading operations, the noise of the compressors in the kitchen, the voices of the hotel workers. All this noise resonates in this inter-hotel conyon like a tin can. Therefore, you will be forced to keep the balcony closed and the curtains drawn to somehow reduce this discomfort, but because of this, a constant feeling of lack of fresh air and daylight in the room. Also, due to the close location of the hotels, these rooms do not receive the sun's rays at all. From the point of view of insolation of the room, this is simply unacceptable. Going out onto the balcony, on the left, through the gap between the hotels, you can see a little bit of the mountains in the distance, and on the right, also in the distance, a piece of the sea. You won't want to sit on the balcony itself, it's not clever somehow.
The view from other rooms is better, but you will hear constant music and noise from the pool of this and neighboring hotel until late at night. And from a room with a sea view, you first of all see the road, along which buses and cars constantly travel.
Hotel and room condition:
Do not expect to see it as new, newly built. A cursory glance from a distance looks modern and new, but upon closer inspection, you notice that the hotel's decoration is of poor quality and sloppy, and in general there is a feeling of cheapness. Finishing from plastic, from artificial materials and simple painting of the walls is not pleasing to the eye. Looking closely, in many places you will see some kind of grease, smudges of “liquid nails” glue, uneven plaster, peeling of finishing elements, flaws in joining finishing materials. Many interior elements are pasted over with tinted mirrors. On YouTube there is a video of how some people in the room had a mirror peeled off at night and shattered. You can't help but wonder how safely the other mirrors are glued, given the quality of this hotel's finishes. Plus, those mirrors are all smeared everywhere.
The materials chosen for finishing cannot be classified as wear-resistant. You will notice the knocked down corners in the restaurant, on the floors, in the room. Peeling and swelling of the plaster in the toilet on the ground floor and in the spa. The floor on the floors is covered with carpet, which is already in various stains of pollution and on which any debris is clearly visible.
Of the breakdowns in our room, the toilet lid, brush, watering can holder were broken. The soap dispenser was leaking. When taking a shower, some of the water seeped onto the floor in the wash basin.

The staff is friendly and smiling. The waiters in the restaurant work hard. With the high occupancy of the hotel in September, with difficulty, but found a place to eat. I noticed that bartenders and cooks often do not immediately understand the request of a tourist in Russian.

The interior, furniture and utensils fully comply with the Dining Room category. A tight food search area and a small number of pots immediately make it clear that do not expect a variety of dishes. To eat this, I was looking for already on my first visit. This is the first time. One chicken and turkey. Rarely beef and lamb. Almost always overcooked and burnt. There were no good salads. Basically, this is the usual cutting of vegetables and herbs in various combinations, and for some reason they were always winded, unlike salads in a beach bar. Seafood and fish were missing. A small, very bony river fish. The table with appetizers is what is left from the last time and is made in the form of sandwiches, and they are mostly spicy, windy, stuffed with something incomprehensible. Puree soups are edible. Of the fruits were apples, oranges, grapes, grapefruit, sometimes plums, in the evening watermelon. In general, you just stuff your stomach with something acceptable to your taste and do not get any pleasure from it. You just won't be hungry. I never had the thought, ... mmmm, ... delicious, I want more... One of the chefs was a clear lover of spicy dishes. I was glad when it was not his shift, as the choice of what to eat became even more difficult with him. The icing on the cake of the feast was the small flies, who considered it their duty to land on the prepared dishes and offer you to taste them.
There are no bowls for children. Their parents feed them here with pasta, potatoes, boiled vegetables, dry breakfasts, fruits.
Dishes are not washed very well. Many already chipped plates
Sea and beach:
The sea is clean. Entrance on small smooth pebbles. There are no stones. A depth of 1.5 meters is already 3 meters from the shore. There is no Pantone. I did not like the incubator view of umbrellas with tightly spaced sunbeds. Somehow uncomfortable. There are enough beds for everyone. Visually it is more pleasant to be closer to the beach bar, but if the wind is towards the sea, then you inhale not the sea air, but the smells of burning from the kitchen of the beach bar. The cleanliness of the beach is more or less okay.
How to entertain yourself:
Near the hotel you can rent electric bicycles. The price is $8-20 per hour depending on the model.
Animation: Modest. The curly-haired bespectacled animator did his best.
Excursions, as always, in their "fabulous" description do not correspond to the real reception of emotions and impressions. Often tourists end up feeling sorry for the money spent on them. Excursions can be bought at kiosks behind the lake
Outcome:
The hotel did not live up to expectations. I was not pleased with the food, its low-quality finish and condition, the layout of the space, the lack of territory where you can take a walk admiring the scenery or landscape. It was uncomfortable because of the gloomy lighting in the room, because of the tinted mirrors in the room that made it impossible to see the face, and the need to constantly keep the balcony closed and the curtains curtained. The hotel is simply imprisoned for maximum savings in everything. Many of the disadvantages of the hotel are due to the fact that it is squeezed between two hotels.

They paid extra for a room with a side sea view immediately so as not to look at the neighbors from another hotel after 20 meters. there is plenty of food in the restaurant, but it’s problematic to get a table if you come after the opening in 30 minutes. even sea cream every other day and with a queue. animation is like everywhere. the sea is wonderful and warm. water, the beach is cleaned badly. as a result: poor location of the hotel, a little expensive for 5 stars, no ulra ol in no (one name), communication with the guide via whatsapp, we refused his excursions and became completely uninteresting to the foreign tourist.

There are queues for hot meals, but these are not those queues in which you have to wait a long time, but those that simply streamline people. Children for hot meals are skipped in line. Among the fruits there are many watermelons and melons, often plums, sometimes peaches. The last 2 fruits are sometimes greenish. Either you choose a riper one on the spot, or you “stick” into the room and they ripen in 1 day. Delicious Turkish tea. For tea, all sorts of Turkish cakes - there are almost no Russian ones. It was very nice when they brought cakes. OUTSIDE for dinner, they cook part of the food on the grill - a cool idea and it turns out very, very tasty. Beer is like water, bitter. Of the minuses - on the stage near the restaurant there is a passage to the service room - when a child runs around the stage with other children after dinner, he constantly tries to escape into this passage. and there is a 50 cm height difference.
The pools are cool - set correctly - always in the sun. 3 downstairs (one of them for children with constantly cold water, one for water slides), and 1 upstairs on the terrace.
Football and volleyballs had to be obtained after persistent requests. But playing these games after dinner under the scorching sun is hard.
The beach is very close, buggies run constantly - 9 local electric cars. There are enough sun loungers. With food on the beach, too, everything is fine. The shore is partly sandy, partly pebbly, the descent into the water is smooth, without extra large stones.
Their WiFi is very poor. loss of network packets up to 15%. As a result, very slow.
The staff is very polite, understands Russian well. If I were the management, I would give them a double bonus, because they smooth out many of the flaws in the hotel well.
The design is pleasant, but sometimes traces of unwashed putty are visible in the corners - this is always the case with new hotels, but the furniture is in excellent condition. By the way, our ottoman and chair stood unevenly)))
The air conditioner blows great.
If you get a view from the window of a neighboring hotel, then be prepared that at 3 am there will be some time to unload the garbage (the neighboring hotel made a noisy area for this). If the windows overlook the pool and the lawn, then discos are possible until midnight.
Below is a shop with popular goods - the price tag is not very high. Table for ping-pong. Children's room for children over 3 years old - there is drawing and beads.
There is a lack of infrastructure for infants under 2 years of age.
In general, everything is fine, but they have room to grow. The price tag seems a little high to me.
