A situation similar to ours was repeated in two more hotels, where unsuspecting tourists also had to wait.

It took less than half an hour to check in. Our room was in an annex building. Luggage is delivered to the room by a porter. You can also take a shuttle with him.
The first impression of the location of the additional body, like that of S. Farada in "Magicians" - Ay! People. . . who build like that. . . But later, you will understand its advantages, because of the silence and birds singing outside the windows in the green garden. Especially if you are traveling with children and you need silence in the evening. A small fly in the ointment in the "silence" category - audibility in the rooms from the corridors.
The territory of the hotel is not gigantic, but not small either. Lots of greenery, palm trees, all kinds of flowers.
Between the buildings there is a swimming pool, the revival of which we saw throughout the rest. The first two days are a pit lined with tiles and littered with garbage. Further painstaking work on its cleaning and restoration of damaged areas. And finally, in the last days, a full-fledged swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas.
All day life takes place around the main pool. Here - water gymnastics, boccia, darts, table tennis. Near the pool with slides, but with us it worked very rarely.
By the time we left the hotel was full. I don’t know how in percentage terms, but for lunch and dinner I had to maneuver between tables in search of free and, most importantly, clean, because the waiters did not have time.

Probably the first time I paid attention to food. For lunch and dinner, it's really monotonous - the same salads, side dishes, meat (only chicken and turkey), fish. And everything was so repeated that after a couple of days it was possible to walk through the rows with a plate with your eyes closed - you can't go wrong! Fruits: apples, very rarely pears, slices of oranges, grapefruit and lemon. In the early days, there were strawberries, which were laid out among fruits and sweet dishes, and which the "especially active" scraped into bowls. Perhaps this food is due to the out of season.
The restaurant has high chairs, ramps for the disabled.
Territorial binding of the hotel to the lake Titreyengol and the village of the same name. For me personally, the place is absolutely not attractive. And, if you choose a hotel closer to the lake and the legend around it, it's pointless. The lake itself with a not very beautiful shade, and how beautiful it should be if liquid is discharged from neighboring hotels. Surrounded by a concrete embankment, but only partially. Therefore, it will not be possible to fully walk around the lake, since you will have to walk part of the way along the dirt road. No boats or catamarans were found on the lake. But what can be credited to this place - a very green area, the hotels are surrounded by forests. Only if you prefer an active evening life - you are not here. Uncle Au settled here.
The bustle of the city and shops can be reached by regular minibuses for $ 1 in Side and Manavgat. Stop at the hotel barrier.
An independent walk around Manavgat after sightseeing ended at the Wallkiki store. In Side we saw the ruins of the ancient period. Their territory is not particularly large, so you won’t have time to get tired. Inspection of the Amphitheater with entrance tickets (20 lire / person). You can visit it "for show", but it does not make an impression, especially since, except for the bowl, the entrance is closed everywhere.
Beach.
Formally, the hotel has the 2nd line. But in fact, the path to the beach is not blocked by anything, only a promenade. On the beach there are awnings, sun loungers a lot. One day there was an "invasion" of tourists on the beach, there was a shortage of sun loungers. Within an hour they brought additional.
The beach is sandy, in front of the water 1-2 meters small washed pebbles. There were no stones in the water.
Entertainment is standard and nearby: scooter, parachute, plate, volleyball. The bar has water, coffee and beer.
Conclusions:

In general, the hotel left a favorable impression, if you do not consider it as the declared 5 stars. No frills or frills here. Solid, gradually eliminating the results of "wintering", with respectful smiling staff.
