We flew from Kyiv from the Pegasus tour operator. Met quickly in Antalya and taken to the hotel. After relaxing in various 4-5 star hotels in Egypt with many conflict situations, I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed by the Turkish Sayanora hotel and I wanted to write a positive review and give it a high rating for hospitality, respectful friendliness and homeliness. I'll start with the check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 10 am, they measured our temperature, offered coffee, cold drinks, we filled out a questionnaire and settled us within 3 minutes... This is a record and the fastest check-in in my travel experience. The room was on the second floor N 204 with a beautiful view of the pool, the air conditioner worked quietly, the renovation in the room was modern, the plumbing worked without any complaints. The hotel staff was very polite and friendly, partly speaking Russian. The hotel does not have its own beach, they drove to the beach twice a day, but we did not go. We had quite enough foreign beaches next to the beautiful promenade within walking distance of 3-5 minutes, but you will need to pay for sunbeds. The sea was unusually clean and beautiful with soft sand.
The hotel has a very beautiful and advantageous location near the beautiful promenade and all the sights of Side and beautiful beaches with paid sunbeds and umbrellas.
We were satisfied with the food and all inclusive, a lot of fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner, delicious fish, chicken, meat, lots of vegetables and delicious delicate desserts. For alcohol, the waiters delivered everything quickly and efficiently, we preferred white wine, beer and brandy, we poured as much as we asked. Many thanks to the waiters, the guys are just great, they did not leave anyone without attention and delivered everything quickly with a smile.

About the work of individual guides. I really don’t like meetings with hotel guides, for whom the main thing is to sell excursions, I had a lot of conflicts with them... This time, Mustafa and Said came from Pegasus, wonderful funny guys with a sense of humor, exchanged phone numbers, they said, which stores are open and which are not, how to get to Nova Mall, they kindly offered and organized a transfer from the hotel and back to my favorite Gizia brand store in Antalya. After Gizii we were taken to Nova Mall. We bought two excursions from them, very bright and with adrenaline on a quad bike safari and rafting at discounted prices, that we bought two excursions the same as in the city. In general, the vacation was a success and the impressions are very bright and pleasant, I didn’t want to leave, and I want to return to Sayanory.
