Instead of two standard double rooms ordered through the Pegas travel agency, they gave one four-bed family room, which is in fact the same standard, only the beds there are bunk. Such a hostel for guest workers. To my indignation, the hotel employee, smiling into my eyes, said that there were no available rooms and he didn’t care that I bought the tour six months ago. In front of me, the same employee “imperceptibly” took the 50 euros invested in the Lithuanian passports of those who settled in and promised to put them in the best room.
The Pegas travel agency gently stepped back from solving the problem, promising to write a complaint to the quality control department, but I did not feel any help from them. In addition, there are no contacts of the Pegas hotel guide in this hotel, I had to solve the problem myself.
After negotiations with the hotel management, I was promised a second room, but only the next day (in fact, the room was given only in the afternoon of the next day), and I was promised a late check-out as compensation. This is where I got scammed for the second time. I agreed to a late check out as I was with two small children and the plane was leaving at night. In fact, I was evicted already at 15-00, although late check-out everywhere is 24-00. The hotel employee, smiling, told me that this was a “gift” late check-out, and it was only until 15-00. Prior to this, promising a late check-out as compensation, none of them said that this flawed gift was only until 15-00. If I had known about such a deception on the part of the hotel, I would have resolved the issue with a late check-out in advance, but I was put before the fact.

In fact, the rest in the hotel itself: already from 7-30 all the sun loungers are occupied with towels and most of the sun loungers are “booked” all day, although there is no one on them. Hotel employees, when you approach them with this question, abruptly cease to understand not only Russian, but also English.
The tiles throughout the hotel are terribly slippery, all the tourists are barefoot and in flip flops constantly falling. I walked in small steps holding the hands of the children, as they constantly slipped.
There is only one point of issue and exchange of towels, and a very short interval in the morning and a short one in the evening. In fact, I approached several times at the indicated time, but the stall was empty, as a result, we lived for 2 weeks with the towels received at the very beginning.
The snack bar is very poor, coffee machines are filled with cheap instant coffee, but for some reason very often instead of coffee they drive either pure water or slightly tinted brown. Ice cream is issued only in one place, for a limited period of time, you have to stand in line, while the local ice cream man is VERY stingy - he has 2 scoops of ice cream much less than one in any normal cafe.
The restaurant, where breakfasts, lunches and dinners were held, constantly flowed from the ceiling (buckets and dirty rags for water were placed among the tables), and once we had to wait more than an hour for the employees to fix the leak, as a result, the restaurant was crowded with vacationers, which the hotel management did not even tried to destroy. As far as I understood, the air conditioning system was leaking, since the air conditioning in the room also did not work and it was terribly stuffy.
In the bathroom, the tile joints were covered with black mold, the soap dispenser was empty (I contacted the cleaning lady, but she said it was broken, so she did not fill it), the water in the toilet was constantly flowing. The room itself was dark and damp. Several times I went to the reception to reprogram the card key, as they suddenly stopped opening the doors of the rooms (2 rooms at the same time).
Several times I rested in Side in other hotels, there are much better hotels for such or even less money, where the quality and service are much better!
