We decided to go on a honeymoon trip and were very surprised... Let's start with the fact that no security measures (due to the situation in the world) are observed in this hotel !! ! The rooms are terrible and they are not cleaned, they cleaned them once in two weeks, but after cleaning the room smelled of urine and feces. Toilet paper was brought only once in two weeks, and they put it on the floor next to the shoes (you understand, of course, that no one used it after that). The rooms are full of horror, the photos of the rooms on the site do not correspond to reality!! ! There are also buildings on the territory of the hotel and there are good rooms, but only (their) Turks and Europeans are accommodated there, and Russians are accommodated in an old building built God knows when!
All the lamps are without lampshades (that is, Ilyich's light bulb is everywhere), the wiring seems to be torn out of the wall (the wires stick out). But all this fades and pales in comparison with hot water, which is not there!! ! The water pressure is minimal - it barely flows from the shower (washing under the tap is our everything))), the staff was very pleased when we showed them all this crap that they have in the room, the bald Turk said that the bed is big here, for now. Thank you very verbose. Wi-fi is paid, but free does not catch anywhere. There are 2 pools on site and alternately and sometimes together they turn green and don't get cleaned until people start complaining! About the toilets near the pool is a completely different story, it is so dirty and smelly that it's hard to imagine! During our stay there it was not cleaned. Never, although I asked 4 times!!!
The hotel has its own beach (very dirty) and there is also a minibus that will take you to the beach and then take you back, but it doesn’t say that the driver can just forget about you or be an hour late !! ! As for food - almost everything is either very sour or very salty - in general, for an amateur! The only good employees (who brightened up this horror a little) are the bar and dining room workers, they are very patient and smiling, which cannot be said about the rest of the staff !!! ! I did not understand at all why 4 stars, there are too many stars here. I don't recommend this horror to anyone!
