Because the neighbors constantly had soap and it was dirty. Hair from the rooms lay in tufts on the stairs. Okay, TV is not supposed to be needed, BUT a small Soviet box and torn wires and white noise in the room... It's just something.
There is no meat there. Do not give. Soy and waste. Semi-dry food from the leftovers of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The water smells like bleach, you wash your face, corrodes the skin. We were also lucky with the decoration of the room - a hole with wires in the wall, probably like a cherry on the cake of this interior.
The staff does not speak Russian well, and does not understand English at all.

Here I would like to note that there is a free hammam. In which there are mops, a plastic ceiling and in general it looks more like a toilet at the station, in smell and in appearance.
Therefore, we tried to only sleep there and left as early as possible. For the money, it's just kapets.
