Great room with a modern design, everything works, even Wi-Fi was free on the balcony. From our room there is a gorgeous view of the pool and the sea, convenient location, close to the beach (the beach is excellent sand, comfortably equipped, sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas, tables)
From what I didn’t like, the food is monotonous for 5 *, animation for - 3, nothing is provided for children, they entertained themselves, since there are water slides and a clean pool on the territory of the hotel and a cafe with sweets.

The entire staff of masseurs is trained in the same way, and if you do not have a thick skin, then after a certain number of procedures you will feel how they will rub you with methodically practiced movements one by one until you feel bruises and corns, so asking to change the masseur to another does not make sense at all (trains will ride on the same rails)...
After 3 procedures, I already decided to give up so as not to endure this sado, but first I asked for relaxation, the masseuse began to do a little weaker, but the same massage, which proves their incompetence and narrow focus. The request for a refund for unfinished procedures was refused, supposedly not accepted as if I had already been provided with a service. So if you want to buy a pig in a poke, your choice, you will not be refunded 100%!! ! My rating for the intrusive service and services, as well as the room, which is in an unsanitary state - 2. I mean dampness and mold, which has firmly settled in the relaxation room, so I do not recommend it for allergy sufferers! I have an allergic cough. Repairs are needed to remove this mold and install ventilation to eliminate the emergence of primitive life on the ceilings and walls.
