good hotel but not 5*
I traveled with my 7 year old daughter.
family hotel. this is a big plus. absolutely everything with children. my daughter had a company every day in any side of the territory (beach, main pool, water park). 75-80% of vacationers are Turks. I was glad about it, because we did not observe Russian comrades with a child a la "Tagil"... )) locals told me that it was in August that the vast majority of vacationers were Turks. the rest of the months - almost all Russians rest...
the staff at the reception does not speak Russian at all... )) they understand broken English quite well.
settled in the number fund "eco" - near the water park. the other end of the hotel, but that didn't bother us at all. it is quieter there than at the main building, and everywhere there are pools around the buildings. swim until morning. . .
The room was cleaned daily with the change of bed linen and towels. I left every day for a tip of $ 1 and everything was ok. )

upon check-in, the safe was broken, to which the employee accompanying us to the room promised to fix everything in the morning (we checked in in the evening), but no one touched our safe all the time)) I did not insist...
water park is great. the staff of the water park keep order in the swimming areas well, they are friendly.
Amusement park visited 2 times. there are few attractions, but it is enough to entertain a child for half an hour.
I also give restaurants 5. Anatolia's restaurant is not bad, located on the street next to the water park, but we preferred to eat in the restaurant of the main building - there is more choice and it is cooler in the room. The food selection is huge. it's impossible to stay hungry. there is something to feed the children (like me, for example, because my daughter cooks everything that is not greasy and light).
A la carte restaurants are not recommended. are booked a day in advance, it makes no sense to pay money, because despite the fact that there are 5 of them with different cuisines, the food does not differ from the daily meals in restaurants according to the UAL system. it's just not different at all. We did not feel any gastronomic buzz. ))
I liked the beach in general. of course, entering the sea was frustrating, because. after the sand, pebbles come closer to the water... but they are quite small. when entering the water - after the pebbles there are some kind of stone formations... in some places they are smooth, but sometimes very sharp - take care of your legs.
Bars have no complaints either. in principle, any cocktail of your choice will be prepared for you. beer is ok. wine is so-so.

on the territory of the hotel there is a shop "market" with the necessary assortment and souvenirs on vacation. expensive. I recommend for shopping a shop on the way to the beach! world guys work there - the Turks - Baha and Farid. say that you read my review (Olga - Nizhny Novgorod) and ask for a discount - they will do it for sure! )) Prices are initially lower than the hotel store by about 40%. they speak excellent Russian. Prices are NOT inflated to bargain with you later. discounts do themselves, especially if you take more than one product. very decent and nice people.
in general, there is no negative.
everyone is very friendly and helpful - both vacationers and staff.
