I would like to add a couple of strokes to the previous comment. Hotel guides from the Anex tour work disgustingly.
We arrived at 7pm and no one was there. They settled in rooms with a view of the construction site. The reception said all questions to the tour operator, all rooms are occupied. The next day, the guides did not have time for us, because brought two buses of new tourists. As a result, a small child, under the noise of construction, had to sleep for 10 days. The hotel is very large and it took at least 4 days to explore it. We found a coffee house and fresh juices only on the third day. We went to Pamukalle from the hotel with the same Anex, out of 8 hours we were taken shopping for 6 hours, the answer to all objections was the same: "You should have been warned. "
Technically the hotel is excellent, everything is in its place, and in huge quantities, food is available around the clock. But here's the service... a lot of food, but all tasteless. There is a children's pool with slides, but for some reason there is the coldest water. Cleaning is only from 12 to 14, if at this time the child is sleeping, you will live in a dirty room. The bar began to be replenished only after a complaint at the reception, in the evening, no animation out of ten days, it was only interesting twice, the Mongols and Chinese performed, the rest of the time, boring and stupid Turkish comedians in Turkish.

As for the Turks, there are a lot of them, but the attitude of the staff is absolutely equal to all tourists. The fact that they were arrogant and crazy, so a couple of ours more than outdid them.
In general, the conclusion is that a hotel with such a service should cost half as much...
And with the Anex tour was the first and last trip. . .
