Due to the fact that at each station (vegetables, hot dishes, desserts, etc. ), the staff puts food on their own, and none of the visitors gets into the common food with their hands: there are no queues, there are sanitary conditions.
And this is very pleasing. At each meal, separately packed cutlery, napkins.
Side Street is generally a separate pleasure. All dinners we hung out exclusively there. Pros: no dress code, sit at least in a wet bathing suit (everyone is outside, on wooden picnic benches-tables), in each stall there is a separate type of food = the restaurant is unloaded, everything is in the open air, there are no queues, there is variety. Some places with pool view and good music.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Nice big hotel. Everywhere clean and tidy. Nice sandy sloping beach, has its own pier, there is a shower on the beach. Food 24 hours a day. You definitely won't be hungry. There is a water park of 6 slides, children's and adult animation. Everywhere free Wi-Fi. For children there is a children's menu + they can cook what you ask.

The hotel looks beautiful, BUT with serious shortcomings.
Disadvantages:
1. The risk of settling in additional buildings (there are two of them) about which nothing is said in contact with tour operators.
2. The risk of settling into the rooms of the main building, located directly above a series of transformers buzzing around the clock, located along one of the outer sides of the hotel.
3. Meals that do not correspond to a 5* hotel.
4. Focused on Turkish vacationers.

He answered our arguments that they did not detain us and we could leave the hotel. This is the first time in 10 years that we have encountered such an attitude towards customers in Turkey.

The main hall of the restaurant resembles a dining room in Soviet sanatoriums.

We arrived at 18.00, they gave a room 1021.16 sq. m without a balcony overlooking the noisy installations of a neighboring hotel, went to swear, offered room M1, a closet without a balcony with a small window and a shower, went again to persuade, they offered a room for the disabled !!! ! !!!!!!!! ! We paid a lot of money for the ticket, we didn’t expect such mockery. . . they just grinned so openly at the reception desk. . . As a result, the next day the Chef (as everyone called him) changed to room 3063. Exit directly to the entrance to the hotel and to a noisy cafe , all the time slept in earplugs. Horror.

These tables and chairs are standing, you can't get through. Everyone smokes right in your face. Everywhere cats, everywhereeeeeeeee, the stench of them, sleep on chairs, 80% of vacationers are Turks, they are just dark darkness, horror in the amphitheater, a solid Turkish bazaar. These tables and chairs are standing, you can't get through. Everyone smokes right in your face. All day only Turkish music, a couple of times I just heard something European, shows only Turkish artists are only understandable and well-known to them (probably cool), the hotel is run down, and most importantly, no one cares about anything. The pools are small and full of people.
In general, a nightmare. I can only advise to enemies and those who have never been anywhere.

I was horrified! I paid for a month of stay in THIS?? ? Not being able to take a shower from the road, having somehow changed clothes, my son and I again trudged to the reception ...Under the scorching sun, not really orienting ourselves in the territory, the hell out of what the hell, we again came to the same manager ...I believe that he knew very well WHAT number he gave us ((He categorically refused to change his "GIFT", he spoke not just disrespectfully, but frankly rudely, but, realizing that I would not leave him behind, he gave out the key to room 6615 in another villa .

I decided to write a review after reading the negative reviews. Well, as if reading reviews about one hotel....., but as if I was in another hotel. Everything looks different.... I immediately want to make a protest to those who wrote that the staff is only Uzbeks and Kyrgyz. That's when we approached the reception and I saw that the staff was from Asia, I was very happy (because we live in Germany) and used to live in Kazakhstan. Everything is in Russian and attentive to your requests, everything is solved instantly. We were in the villa and to our surprise when we checked in we found that there was no kettle. I called reception.... I was told your problem will be solved within 10 minutes. I tell my spouse, but that means you can forget about it.... before we had time to open our suitcases, a kettle was brought to us with apologies. Someone wrote there for food.... some kind of avocado. . . and we, even for the abundance of everything, did not notice such a trifle. This is not an exaggeration, but there really is as much food as in Turkey or anywhere else. In my opinion, there is no break so that somewhere there is no food on the territory. Somewhere they bake cakes with cottage cheese and meat, then kebab, barbecue, sushi. , ayran and drinks throughout the whole day, This is all during the lunch and dinner break, And lunches, dinners are a separate issue.... what is not here. . . fry and grill in front of you, in addition to that, there are so many ready-made dishes, I can’t even name their number. The territory is very large well-groomed and everywhere is very clean. Yes, there are cats, but they are all so clean and well-groomed, we did not notice a problem in this. And so that they don’t see them walking around the dining room, they have cups of food and water everywhere on the street. . . The sea is cool, clean and smooth entrance, the sand does not boil in the water, even if there are waves. The furniture in the villa is a little old, but you notice it only on the first day when you move in.
