Terrible, not a hotel
I traveled with my husband and 10 year old child. We arrived at 18.00, they gave a room 1021.16 sq. m without a balcony overlooking the noisy installations of a neighboring hotel, went to swear, offered room M1, a closet without a balcony with a small window and a shower, went again to persuade, they offered a room for the disabled !!! ! !!!!!!!! ! We paid a lot of money for the ticket, we didn’t expect such mockery. . . they just grinned so openly at the reception desk. . . As a result, the next day the Chef (as everyone called him) changed to room 3063. Exit directly to the entrance to the hotel and to a noisy cafe , all the time slept in earplugs. Horror.
Pros: entry into the sea, large panton, wide beach, lots of fruits, delicious ice cream near the fish restaurant, Kyrgyz people work (very friendly and speak Russian well), children's town, adult water park (good security), SPA center, amusement park.
Cons: dirt everywhere, carpets, glass, windows, elevators; in the canteen there is really nothing to eat for a 5 star hotel, three types of Suluguni cheese, the same cakes, there is one fast food on Side street. I got poisoned on the second day, suffered all the days with my stomach, ate all the medicines. A week later, my husband and daughter fell ill with terrible laryngitis with fever. Horror. Very cold conders everywhere. Everywhere cats, everywhereeeeeeeee, the stench of them, sleep on chairs, 80% of vacationers are Turks, they are just dark darkness, horror in the amphitheater, a solid Turkish bazaar. These tables and chairs are standing, you can't get through. Everyone smokes right in your face. All day only Turkish music, a couple of times I just heard something European, shows only Turkish artists are only understandable and well-known to them (probably cool), the hotel is run down, and most importantly, no one cares about anything. The pools are small and full of people.
