Three of us went; two women 35 and 31 years old and a child, a girl of 8 years old. We flew from Vnukovo, "Soyuz-Atlant", no complaints, everything was on time and quickly, according to the schedule. Host "Tez Tour", from Moscow "Coral Travel". We were brought in second, so we did not experience any difficulties and after 45-60 minutes we were at the hotel, local time it was at 14:00. We were registered, since we had T-shirts with the inscription Sueno, which were handed out at the hotel last year, we were joyfully greeted and settled in a good room, we didn’t pay money, we spoke with the reception in Russian, everything was very comfortable. The husband called several times from Moscow to the room, they connected the first time everyone understood everything both in English and in Russian. There are a lot of Turks, about 60%, Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Dutch.
The view from the room was on the villas, the sea is a bit noisy: according to the experience of last year, when there are concerts, no double-glazed windows help. Near the hotel, on the right side, if you look at the sea, the construction of the Ali Bay hotel is underway, if last year it was frozen, then this one is in full swing, but the main work has been completed, the territory is being finished and inside the buildings, we don’t make much noise heard what will happen next, it's hard to say. The staff is sympathetic and if you don't like the room, it can overpower you, if not on this day, then the next, you just need to be more persistent, but not be rude. With us, a family of 4 people just made a scandal at the reception and the Turks were shocked! Smile, everyone is happy about this. While our room was being prepared, we were asked to take a walk for 30 minutes, we went to dinner, since everything is already familiar, there were no problems. The room is standard, comfortable, the three of us had enough space even for ball games.
Rooms are cleaned daily, bed linen and towels are changed every day, water, beer, gas drinks are all included in the bar, plus min. water upon check-in. In general, there are no problems with water in this hotel, throughout the territory! and it is not small, there are refrigerators with water, including on the beach. Food according to the Al system, there are no imported drinks, we took red and white wine, beer. Everything is normal, not diluted, light. If you like it stronger, bring it with you.

The restaurant has freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, though this year only orange, no tomato. Juice is not diluted with water! Breakfast buffet, continental. There is a diet table. FROM fruits were watermelon, apples or pears. The child ate cereal, porridge, eggs, in general, you won’t stay hungry for a day. We took pastries with us, no one ever grabbed our hands, of course we didn’t get impudent either, for a child a bun, an apple. Lunch takes place on Side Street (this is the main street of the hotel). Everyone has their own impressions of this, but there is a choice! We dined at the bar on the beach: a buffet, soups, side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables, in general, a dinner in miniature, watermelon fruit. Turkish cakes are baked nearby: with cheese, potatoes, meat (until 18.00). Lunch can smoothly flow into afternoon tea and dinner if desired, there is always something open, and a sweet buffet with great puddings and ice cream, cookies and cakes. Dinner starts at 19.00, it is better to come by 19.15, when those who came by 19.00 have already sat down, but the bulk have not yet arrived. We dined on the veranda. The waiters approached without problems, served with a smile. The choice of dishes is varied, if compared with last year, the kitchen has changed a little, there was a slight impression of economy, but a person is arranged in such a way that he does not have enough time all the time. There was also fish, poultry, lamb, almost every day. We visited 3 of 7 restaurants Ala Carte: fish, Italian, barbecue. We recommend good wines, everything is very tasty: from appetizers to magical desserts. A very good Turkish cafe: they brew incomparable coffee on the sand, but with ice cream and pudding.... !!!
The special pride of the hotel is the beach, pier, concert hall. The beach is sand, in its purest form! though this year it must be admitted that the beach was cleaned a little worse. The pier is very well made: sunbeds and pillows, and armchairs, a large bar, descents into the sea, a shower. In the evening, after sunset, it is nice to walk around and feed the fish that are going to light up. A huge concert hall, there is a balcony that stretches over the entire main square. All shows and children's discos are held there, except for the days when Turkish singers come (with us 4 times). The shows are colorful: both the circus and the Turkish night, the guys from the animation themselves showed two shows at a very good level, the children's club showed musical colorful show, competition of seminal couples. One word should be said about animation: excellent! If you are not lazy, then you can participate from 9 am to 3 am. There is always something going on. A lot of sports: mountain biking, volleyball, shooting from weapons, archery, water polo, water gymnastics, morning exercises, step, Pilates, water bicycle, not counting darts, football, small and large tennis, competitions during the day, on Thursdays the Olympic Games, with medals. You can take balls and play in the sea and in the pool and on the beach, please. 4 days of oriental dance festivals, two lessons a day for 40-45 minutes, great, returned with a keen desire to enroll in a dance studio. us a professional, recorded us a CD with music, free of charge. We caught the kite festival, made it ourselves, all the material at hand was attached, launched, there was no limit to joy, not only for the child, it’s a pity that they were leaving. The kids club is open from 10 am to 10 pm. The guys there are interested, the team of animators is large, 7 out of 9 people speak Russian. And crafts and games and dances, and the show was done. Separately, I would like to say about the area for feeding animals, in particular cats, children are just crazy, those who love pets.
There is a water park, decent, the pools are clean, large, there is one under a canopy. The hotel has an indoor.
There is an amusement park, we went almost every day, it's very fun for a child. An arcade and computers in the hotel. Bowling.

Nightlife: there is one round-the-clock bar, there is a disco, I can’t say anything in detail, we sacrificed this for the sake of morning swims, we got up at 6 in the morning and met the dawn. The sea is the most beautiful, warm and clean. I advise you to swim in the pool immediately after the sea, the contrast is palpable and pleasant.
In general, in general, the hotel is very good, designed for families with children. We highly recommend it! We flew "Trans Aero", morning flight, breakfast at the hotel from 4 am, for those who leave completely and on excursions. I took milk for the child at the bar, breakfast was sufficient: cheese, vegetables, ham, bread, pancakes, jam, butter, jam, tea, coffee, apples. The flight turned out to be 1 hour earlier! Airport, in general, took off 40 minutes earlier than stated. The guide accompanying us did not know about this, and there were no changes the day before either. So thanks to "Tez Tour" only for the fact that we did not delay the transfer, but we did not have time to make purchases, we just went through customs, announced boarding the plane.
I also want to say a few words about the host "Tez Ter": the hotel guide left much to be desired, the story about the hotel is slurred, if you didn’t visit again, you would have lost three more days until you figured out what was happening. Everything about the tour is very modest, without details. By tradition, we went to the bathhouse, to the questions: where are we going and is the bathhouse the same as last year, we didn’t get an answer, took a chance and went, paid 35 dollars. from a person. This year I didn’t like it at all, the place is different, the service is bad, even at -2. Rehabilitation took place in the hotel SPA, I highly recommend it, and hammam, and procedures: especially chocolate massage! We went fishing in the mountains, we liked it, and caught trout and looked at the caravanserai, and bathed in the mountain river. For lunch, a salad bar, our catch, a lamb saddle. There were also mud baths, but we were better at catching fish, because we couldn’t tear ourselves away. The place is very beautiful, especially when you climb the mountains in the morning, we recommend keeping your camera ready. We left all the wishes to our hotel guide, although we are not sure that all this will reach the addressee.
The first time I wrote a review about Turkey, although I was there 4 times, 2 in Belek and 2 in Side. The most important thing is to go with the mood, do not be lazy and the rest will be unforgettable!
