The travel agency touted the hotel - and that it is for a family vacation, and that you will like it very much, and everything is just super. Upon arrival, we were met, put on the bus, taken (40 minutes to go). They settled on their own. This is where it started. In a travel agency, when concluding a contract, a famile room was implied. Upon check-in, they gave me a standard room (two small beds and an armchair). They brought a crib for the little one. there was no space left in the room. I turned to the guide with complaints - they assured me that the room was already big. And what then is a small closet? At the reception, they try to talk less with Russians, like, say thank you for being accepted at all. Ants walk in herds in the room. As soon as they were not poisoned. And I have small children! Flying flies, mosquitoes.
The hotel seems to be old and has not been restored for a long time. The furniture is shabby, a la the seventies. Carpet is tattered in places. The territory of the hotel park is large,
but four gardeners do not have time to keep an eye on her. Pine trees hang like dead branches over the vacationers. Can't you cut it. Flowers don't get enough water. Everything dries up. Hire a decent park designer! Sun loungers on the beach, around the pools are few, not enough for everyone. Get up early and run to borrow.

About the restaurant is a separate song. Remember canteens, constant queues, noise, din. If you have nostalgia - go there. Do not push through while standing behind one - the other ends. Products are the cheapest, no variety. There are few fruits, mainly apples and watermelon. And it's in season! A friend put herself lettuce leaves - there are stones in it. She went to complain - they took away her plate and with the ends. the next day I found plastic shavings in the child’s plate. Called the chef. at first she began to speak to him in English, but as soon as she switched to Russian, he TURNED AWAY and WENT Away from her. Like, you should say thank you for this.
And he didn't even apologize. Do not wait until the plates are removed, but the garbage is constantly swept out from under the feet. The only place where you can sit quietly is on the terrace.
We had a tour - 14 days 15 nights. On the last day at 12 o'clock kicked out of the room. We do not care about your children, your contract, we have no places, and new guests are waiting for a room. Do not call the guide. When he appeared in the evening, he said yes - there is such a law here. But I have paid until tomorrow! And they can't be convinced. The holiday was completely ruined. Never had such service anywhere else. In other hotels, they met halfway - they provided either a new room (at no extra charge), or left it in their own. And many Russians who were in the hotel (according to conversations) were very dissatisfied with the hotel. A lot of Turks. Everything is done for them. The prices are high and the quality is low. We won't be going there again and wouldn't recommend it to others!
