Great area, lots of entertainment, carousels, pools, water slides (for extreme teenagers! ), good animation (sports, shows), SUPER pier (one of the best! ), sandy beach, lots of sunbeds, villas with private pool and Jacuzzi ("safe haven"). . . AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! Hotel staff - EVERYTHING! - and the administration, and the maids, and the waiters - LAZY, brazen, rude. They think about anything, but not about the guests of the hotel! Ask guests to enter the position of administration! Our plane (U-tair Tatarstan airline) was delayed for... a day! The hotel administrator, pointing out to us that we were late, said that "our room is busy" and provided villa-garden-toilet instead of the paid villa-pool (that is, with a view of the toilet! ). (In general, initially it is better to take either a villa-pool (exit from the balcony to the pool with an individual jacuzzi) or a standard room, villa-garden - sucks! ). The room was changed to a villa-pool the next day (I had to quarrel, but without money).
