I am writing a report a few months after my arrival, incl. it will turn out to be quite calm)) if I wrote it right away, there would be much more negative.
PERIOD-OPERATOR-FLIGHT
We traveled from September 11 to October 7, two adults + a child 3 years old. TO - Anex-tour.
The flight was a nightmare, or rather, we were shocked by the plane (Boeing 757, round trip): seats - 3-pass-3, but the seats themselves and the distance between the rows were so small that I (size 48) did not get into the seat too much freely, and people who were fatter in the area of u200bu200bthe priests would simply sit down with difficulty and there was nowhere to stretch their legs.
The road to Turkey: the takeoff was normal, but the landing made me tense: apparently, because of the mountains, the angle is too obtuse. My husband even burst a vessel in his eye, but my daughter didn’t even make a sound either back or forth, although I was very worried about her.
We got back VERY well.

I want to make a reservation right away that we flew back better: although we asked at check-in for a seat away from the toilet, we were seated right next to it, but, fortunately, there was an emergency exit right there, i. e. we had about a meter of free space in front of us. We were extremely happy, because. for some reason, my daughter didn’t want to sleep at all, and she jumped and jumped there, without disturbing anyone. Yes, and we could stretch our legs calmly. If anyone is interested, then we were sitting on the 31st row, but I do not advise ANYONE to the 30th: it is by the toilet, but on the other hand, i. e. not only can’t you recline your chair, but people will always stand next to you in the toilet, including rows from 27 to 30 it is better to avoid (I’m only talking about the Boeing 757). People also stood around us a couple of times, but since there was a lot of space, it didn’t bother us.
I also saw that those who were sitting behind us, i. e. 35-40 row, could not breathe in their places, they walked around the cabin all the time and fanned themselves with everything they could - problems with ventilation. And the flight attendant said it's always like that. But maybe only in this plane.
The flight back was delayed for 40 minutes, but I think that this is not fatal.
ACCOMMODATION
They settled us on the first floor of the villa, the second from the main building, although we had paid for the standard in the main building. At first, of course, we were upset, because. wanted to pay extra on the spot for a villa overlooking the pool and not the first floor. But over time, we realized that for us this is almost an ideal option:
- if we lived on the first floor from the side of the pool, then we would definitely not let our daughter out of the room even for a minute;
- if we lived on the second floor, then my daughter would also not go out alone to the balcony. An indicator - we somehow went into a room on the third floor, my daughter immediately rushed to the balcony to the railing, and after her I jumped a doe, tk. she was afraid that she would fly down from this balcony out of habit (we also live on the ground floor at home).
And so the child could safely play in front of the house on the lawn while we were going.
The only thing that bothered me was the passage to the utility rooms, which was right next to our "balcony", because. in the evenings, when my daughter fell asleep, my husband and I sat there, played cards, drank wine, but there were no bushes just from the staff path, and we were in full view ((
By the way, in fairness, I want to say that the garden view rooms are larger than the pool view rooms, about 1/3. And the bathroom in them is simply gorgeous - huge, bright, with a window . . in general, chic!

But at first, we still really wanted to change the room either to a pool view or to the second floor, for this we constantly approached the reception and hinted in every possible way that we would be happy and grateful to move to another room, but all these requests were answered with a polite smile and the answer is that there are no available rooms AT ALL... well, people are leaving, aren't they? so the rooms are free, we approached again, but the answer was the same.
Then somehow Esma (a girl from the guest relations department) asked us to bring vodka from Russia on our next visit (if we go), and we just had a bottle of vodka with us in case of gratitude if we were treated well (Victoria , thank you). We Esme and said, they say, the bottle will be at least right now, but we want to change the number. You should have seen how galloped Esma rushed to the reception desk!!! ! After talking there, she said to come tomorrow, because. right now, it's night, but tomorrow morning, go to the reception, we will be given SEVERAL rooms to choose from, but it's better not to take family, because. these numbers are located on the side of the Alibey cooling plant. Here is such a concern)))
The next day we went to the reception, but because we didn’t remember exactly who Esma was talking to, then we went up to the first boy we came across, the answer was standard - there’s not a single number AT ALL. We laughed, and with that the attempts to change the number were completed.
Cleaned in the room normally, I will not say that it is excellent, but it is quite acceptable.
By the way, there was a rather strong audibility in the room: somehow, in the next room, a Turkish couple arranged a debriefing - the whole villa was not sleeping.
GUEST RELATIONSHIP AND AIR CONDITIONING
One of the reasons why I myself will no longer go to this hotel and will dissuade others is the attitude towards guests, which we fully experienced when the air conditioner stopped working!
When we booked the hotel, we were prepared for the fact that the hotel had central air conditioning, and it would not work at night.

But on September 22 (in memory! ) there was a strong drop in temperature - from 35 to 22-25. Naturally, the air conditioners were turned off that day, because. they were absolutely unnecessary. But they were not turned on either the next day or the next day, when the temperature became exactly the same as it was before. More air conditioners in normal mode did not work even once! They were included 3 times a day: from 7 to 9 in the morning, from 17 to 19 in the evening and from 22 to 24 hours. In principle, everything is logical: in the morning people got up - it's not hot in the room, in the evening they came from the beach - it's not hot in the room, they came to go to bed - it's cool in the room.
BUT! My child sleeps during the day, and in the room HEAT! Sleep is impossible! Sleeping on the beach is not an option. the child sleeps quite sensitively, but there are still people around making noise.
They approached Esme (the guest relations department), approached her superiors, approached the reception, wrote letters to all addresses that could be found on the network - zero response! They just don't care! At the same time, the employees of the guest relations department themselves sit under the fan, and at our request to provide us with a fan, they also refused, they say, this is one fan for the entire hotel. To our proposal, to give the child the opportunity to sleep in gazebos on the beach for 2-3 hours a day (it is still quieter there than on the main beach), the answer was “For God's sake! Certainly! 40 euros a day and sleep as much as you want! ” Shut up the approach!
The demand to give an official paper on the mode of operation of the air conditioner was refused, “we will not give such paper”
- why?
- we have no right
- who has?
- Chief
- Aren't you the boss?
- I am the boss, but I cannot give such a paper, another can give
- take us to another boss, we will talk to him
- he's gone, he's at the funeral
- ok, we'll come tomorrow
- you can not come, then he will go to the wedding
In general, after 7-10 days, we talked with them only in raised tones, sometimes even with obscenities (I know that it’s impossible, but they did it! ).
By the way, the AnexTour guides did NOTHING to somehow defuse this situation, at most - they offered to translate from Turkish a couple of times, but my husband speaks English very well, incl. The "help" of the guides was not needed.
Bakhtiyar and Rustam, (if I remember the names correctly) you get a deuce for your work.
AKASYA
We personally liked the main restaurant: there is a lot of food, varied for our taste, they are fed around the clock)).

But in fairness, it should be noted that mostly food is still stewed, there is not very much fried food. But we just love all sorts of stewed vegetables and meat, incl. we were more than satisfied with everything. There were not very many fruits, but we are calm about fruits, so this did not upset us.
On the terrace, really, almost everything is the same, only there are many times fewer people, unlike the main hall, where there were often queues. By the way, in the mornings on the terrace there is a free orange juice.
There are different waiters: there are those who barely work, and you can see how it all got to them, and there were a couple of very quick guys who flew like bees at their tables, ran for drinks without reminders, immediately cleaned the dishes and were generally welcoming. This is how we tip regularly. In the end, we already got to know them and tried to sit down at their tables, if there were places.
By the way, the waiters do not serve the same sector of tables in the hall, they constantly change with each other, incl. you will have to look for a waiter that you like in the hall))
SIDE STREET
Ate several times on Side street. In principle, the idea itself is good - to eat normal food in the shade on the street, without going into the main restaurant, where, of course, you need to change clothes after the beach... although... this did not bother many, and they went to the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch directly in bathing suits.
So about Side Street - everything would be fine, but it is very unsuccessfully located: the tables are right along the road to the beach, i. e. you eat, and people ALWAYS scurry past you.
But you can have a bite to eat there: there are soups, all kinds of pasta-potatoes, chicken-beef, shawarma-hamburgers, crumb-potatoes, fruits and ice cream.
BEACH
The beach, of course, in this hotel is just a fairy tale! Posh! Both for adults and children! Sunset gentle-gentle! A wide strip of sand between the sunbeds and the sea, there is a place for children to run.
There seem to be a lot of sun loungers, but after 11 o'clock there are not enough for everyone, incl. come early. Quite a large percentage of broken sunbeds, but still they are on the beach.

Each umbrella has a mount for a small ceramic pot for garbage, however, these pots are not everywhere, incl. there are enough cigarette butts and any small debris on the sand in the area of u200bu200bthe sunbeds.
By the way, it is unrealistic to catch the first row of sunbeds near the passage to the pier. No matter how early you arrive, these sunbeds will already be occupied... and not by early tourists, but by the beachboys themselves, who will then sell these places (I personally saw them several times). In general, I have nothing against it, everyone is left-handed as best they can, but not when there are no free sunbeds on the beach. On the last day we came to the beach at about 11, there were no places, NONE. We walked back and forth along the beach a couple of times, there were no places, then we spat and took the sunbeds that were staked out by the beachboy (these sunbeds could be immediately distinguished, because one towel was neatly laid out on two sunbeds... and such sunbeds were only in the first row). When, after a couple of hours, we began to gather for lunch and began to put things in bags, then a whip boy ran in from somewhere and frankly began to push us away from the sunbeds, as if he was wiping the dust from them, while he expressed something rather indignantly in Turkish. My husband put it in its place, but there was no longer any desire to go to the reception to express my “fi” . . and so there was enough showdown about the air conditioner.
FOOTBALL COLLECTIONS
The second moment that just finished us off was the football competitions of Russian football teams of some incomprehensible division.
It seems that what is so terrible about football players, because they are athletes and all that?
The terrible thing is that about 20 teams came and at the same time almost everyone was drunk in a black way (I'm not saying that all, but the vast majority). Do not ask me how they managed to play in the morning or afternoon, if before that evening they reached an absolutely incomprehensible state, we could not understand this. But the evenings were pretty fun: these athletes got drunk, yelled obscenities, bawled songs, generally had fun as best they could.

Later, I looked for information on the Internet, and it turned out that this happens regularly in Sueno in September-October. Incl. if you want a quiet family vacation, you definitely don’t need to go to this hotel in autumn.
At the entrance to the restaurant in the evenings, there was often such a situation: for dinner, they were still asked to dress more or less civilized - not in beach clothes, but for some reason the players decided that this rule did not apply to them, and went as they wanted. A couple of days later, people were already put at the entrance to the restaurant, who at the entrance said that it was impossible in this form. Those who were more sober (or more conscientious) turned around and left to change clothes, but several times we saw how drunk athletes, in response to a remark, simply sent and went further into the hall.
In general, these athletes completely spoiled the already not very positive impression of the hotel. I understand that the athletes have nothing to do with the hotel, they also bought vouchers, like us. They only buy every year, and since the hotel constantly sells them vouchers, it means that everything suits him.
