Sueno Hotels Beach Side.
We rested in this hotel for 1 week from August 4 to August 11.2007, a family of 3 people: 2 adults (30 years old) and a child 4 years old (gag-tyumen@yandex. ru).
A ticket was bought in Tyumen in the travel company "Azhur", the tour operator "Elsenal", the flight by the airline "UTair".
Flight and transfer to the hotel. Moved to sueno from another hotel - Sunrise Park Resort @ Spa, moved in a timely manner and quickly. I’ll make a reservation right away that the hotels are of a completely different level, I will characterize it with one phrase: there is no desire to go to Sunrise again, while we want to go to Sueno next year.
Accommodation. In many reviews, they were afraid that the accommodation takes 2-3 hours. However, we did not encounter such a situation. After waiting 10 minutes we were given the key and escorted to the room.

Hotel, territory and room. The hotel was only in its second year, so it's still practically brand new. They write a lot about villas with lakes, but in fact they are ordinary small bungalows with small pools. At what these "villas" are located behind the main building closer to the road, so that the main building is located more conveniently.
The territory is not very large and green, everything is planned very well. The hotel was built in the shape of a horseshoe, the pools were taken out of it, so even with noisy evening festivities, the room was quiet. I liked that almost to the very beach you can walk through the hotel in the cool air, they did not save on air conditioners in Sueno.
The room is standard, there is everything you need (2 single beds pushed together, one nearby one and a half "children's" bed, bedside tables, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, soap, etc. ). The only remark is that there was no shampoo.
The minibar was replenished daily with 4 bottles of beer (free of charge). There were no special complaints about the cleaning of the room, but sometimes we had to remind and hang signs.
There were no Russian-speaking employees at the reception. The waiters understood perfectly well within the standard phrases.
The hotel is located next to Side, a taxi ride takes 3-4 minutes, it cost about 8-10 dollars one way.
The contingent of vacationers. Everywhere they write that 90% of vacationers are Russians. Nothing like this. It seemed that there were no more than half of our people there. The rest are Turks. Moreover, the Turks in the worst sense of the word: walking and lying with whole families (from young to old), i. e. crowds of up to 10 people and leaving the most unpleasant impression (unkempt, dirty, dressed in overalls), which can be compared with the impression of the gypsies in the market. There were cases when such a person, all wrapped in a hoodie, came to the beach, buried herself somewhere nearby in the sand and sat like a mummy all day, which put a lot of pressure on the psyche.
This is what left perhaps the only negative impression about this hotel.

Nutrition. They fed normally. For breakfast and dinner we went to the main restaurant. Lunch was "on Side street". The choice of dishes is quite sufficient, for drinks it is better to go to the nearby counters yourself, since during the 2 weeks of our stay we managed to order drinks to the waiter only once. Alcoholic drinks are very diverse, up to martinis and Baileys. For breakfast there was freshly squeezed carrot and tomato juice (it could be poured in the main restaurant near the fish dishes. As for ordinary juices, there were no packaged juices, during the day the child was given diluted UPI. In this respect, everything is the same as in other hotels.
Fruits included watermelons, melons, apples, oranges, plums, peaches and grapes.
Dirty dishes were cleared from tables quickly. The waiters also paid attention to the daughters, constantly flirting, kissing the hands. It was felt that they were not hackneyed with work.
Children's table was present, there were even tables and chairs for the kids. But since my daughter is already 4 years old, we did not use the children's table.
Sea, beach, pools. The beach was perfect sand, after the Sunrise pebbles, the legs simply rested. I really liked building sand castles. The entrance to the sea is smooth, 15-20 meters you have to go to the depth. But there are comments about the purity of the sea, periodically found any floating rubbish.
The garbage on the beach was cleaned regularly, the urns were taken out, the mattresses were relatively fresh.
The pier is cool, has fences and ladders for descending into the water. At the end of the pier there is a bar, next to it there are sofas and pillows. It was very cool to relax there, but there was not a full selection of drinks on the pier.
Pools are ordinary, but a lot of people. There are water slides, but they are made on separate pools, we never even went there.
There were no problems with missing towels. By the way, in Sunrise, a towel was stolen from us, we had to make up for it in the same way.
Many people write that sunbeds should be borrowed very early (7-8 hours), but we realized that this only applies to the pool, there are always free sunbeds on the beach, so we didn’t strain ourselves and came to the beach at 10 o’clock.
Entertainment. The animators were normal, arranged both entertainment by the pool and on the beach. Moreover, there were even team games: Russians against the Turks.
About the children's room, it should be noted that they really worked with children there. We have not seen this before in any of the Turkish hotels.

The playground is located very competently - in the shade of trees, so that in any heat you can spend time quite comfortably there, and it is well equipped.
After dinner, every day we rode the rides (very diverse), there were 8 of them, of course, not much, but for the resort it is quite enough. At the entrance they gave 10 free tickets, then you could buy 1 ticket for 1 dollar (compared to Tyumen prices, this is very cheap).
There is also a room with slot machines, where I even pulled out 2 soft toys for my daughter, there is a bowling alley.
Very well equipped and decent sized gym.
2 volleyball courts, as in all hotels there are many who want to play, but in this hotel it was very difficult to do it, since the bulk of those who wanted to were Turks, and it was very difficult to compete with their herd.
Transfer from the hotel. The tour operator picked up from the hotel on time. We got to the airport quickly, we were at the airport by the beginning of registration, i. e. about 3 hours before departure. Here at the registration we were in for a real shock. It turned out that the tickets for the Turks do not mean anything, since we were not on some list for registration. Clarifications between the registrar, a representative of our airline (UTair) and the charter holder took about 2 hours of sheer hassle. We must pay tribute to the fact that the representative of the airline worked out his job well. But the tour operator simply scored everything, reassuring that everything will be fine.
As a result, we were the last to check in and then we had to run to the landing with a 5-minute run in duty free.
Overall ratings and recommendations. A lot of Turks. But we want to go there next year. The best ratio: price - quality.
