The staff is friendly at first, but in fact they care more about the benefits of the hotel than about the convenience of the guests. The administrator of the dining room was indignant when he saw that I poured tea into 2 paper cups and took one away. To my excuses that it is inconvenient for the child to drink tea from the 1st glass, he said “imagine if everyone takes 2 glasses instead of the 1st”. Every waiter felt it necessary to touch my daughter's head. When asked not to touch, there was a stupid question “why? ”. They gave us a room with 2 tiny rooms. Back room with air conditioning. The window overlooks the street, the noise from mopeds and buses was very audible. The door to this room did not close. The mattress on the bed creaked terribly - it was impossible to sleep. When asked to change the room, I heard that we had an excellent room and the director would not allow it, although there were empty rooms. Bathroom without extractor, very small. Middle room without air conditioner, stuffy at night. You can't fall asleep before 12 - you can hear music and conversations. The room was cleaned 2 times (dirt under the bed, garbage and hair in the closet drawers). Bed and towels were changed once. The food is monotonous, mostly chicken in different versions. I found a wire in a piece of chicken - the cook was surprised, but there was no apology. 1 time there was fish on the grill. Beef stew a couple of times. There are few sweets and fruits. Breakfast is very poor: eggs, vegetables, buns, cheese, 2 types of cereal, cold milk. Half of the cups are unwashed, reusable plastic cups are generally terrible. The hotel has a large cage with rabbits and parrots - the only activity for small children. There is no playground, animation too. Folk dance ensemble comes once a week. WiFi is available only in the lobby, and then not always. It is customary to smoke everywhere in the hotel: in the dining room after meals, by the pool, near the cage with hares and, accordingly, next to your child. Nobody cares about non-smokers. To the sea about 7 minutes on the road. The beach is more or less clean, the sea is shallow, just for the kids. For 5 lira (2.5 dollars) a sunbed with an umbrella. Restaurants and shops nearby. Prices are all in euros, so it's better to have lira rather than dollars. There are no complaints about the tour operator NewsTrevel and the air carrier WindRose.
