I put before the fact that there is no blanket and will not come in handy, as soon to leave. Do you know how she reacted? No way. "Screw everyone. "

2. A separate plus, surprisingly, is the guest relations staff. We turned to them, as they left a beach bag in a coffee shop on site. Yes, God be with her, with a bag! The only caveat - inside the bag there was a comb we needed so much (and nothing else, by the way), and so, one of the employees did not even listen to what was the matter, she just started swearing that no one was responsible and everything that was happening here - our problems, and for all problems you need to contact the reception! I conclude that it has already been swayed with constant appeals to the account of losses on the territory of the hotel. It is clear and understandable that tourists would not be interested in a bag in which even the zipper does not work, with a comb. I don’t want to think so, but most likely the staff is stealing!

It is, of course, a gigantic figure! Like two hotels on the same territory and that's why everything should be so cool. Well, first of all, let's subtract:

You can use these fields, of course, if you bring a ball with you or buy it in the nearest store. If you ask the animators for a ball, they will certainly refuse you, with the words: we have one ball for two hotels!

Since the residential area is several times smaller than the declared figures, the rooms are located next to each other, so if wild noise (!!! ) bothers you until 2 am from discos and parties in neighboring hotels, then there will be no point in moving! Noise, it is noise here and in Turkey.
In previous reviews read that the area is full of biting mosquitoes. We didn't see any, maybe it depends on the season.
As for the cleanliness of the territory - there are no complaints, they are constantly cleaned, washed, cleaned.
The only thing that annoys me is the cars of technical services that run on diesel and stink : (

Secondly, just about the quality, if you just change the towels, without even filling the beds, without adding toilet paper - this will already be considered cleaning. And the remaining dirty floor, apparently, is a cost! Therefore, 2 days without toilet paper in the room is most likely a normal practice. Perhaps such overlays occurred due to the large number of guests - after all, the season.
Basically cleaned up well. We even left tips.
Sea and beach:
The beach is large, there are enough places. Purely.
Separately, I want to talk about entering the sea. I advise you to buy special slippers for swimming, because the bottom is rocky, it is easy to hurt your feet on the stones. The entry itself is quite sharp, because the waves wash up a hole near the shore. My height is 164 cm, literally two eiders from the shore and I already have water up to my throat.
When there are no waves, the entry is softer, but there is a break in the hole, although not critical.
