The hotel was chosen for a very long time and carefully - the main criteria this time were price-quality because we went with a friend and she did not have the opportunity to overpay for the hotel.
From the reviews on the Internet, I learned that it is in this hotel that the owner of the entire Sural chain is very often located, and therefore the service and food here are on top.

In fact, it turned out that the kitchen was beyond praise - a very wide variety of everything: there was strawberries every day (for comparison, at the Sural Resort hotel, where my other friend had a rest, there was never a strawberry, although there are 5 stars, but we have 3*! ), peaches, apricots, melons, cherries, plums, watermelons, several types of apples, turkey, chicken, beef, fish, delicious Olivier salad, 6 types of cheese, delicious stuffed peppers, where there is a lot of meat, not just one rice with carrots as usual. I was pleased with the abundance of fresh herbs: parsley, dill, watercress, green onions, lettuce, basil. Every day something was cooked on the grill. There were shrimps several times. In general, everything is insanely delicious! and respect!
Personally, I was a little sad on the sweet table because I am a lover of puff pastry (its abundance in Egypt), and here are various Turkish sweets that I personally do not like - cookies soaked in sweet syrup with nuts and coconut, cakes with whipped cream, but they were very delicious gingerbread and cookies with nuts, such as kurabye, so I also found something to eat. The restaurant in the photo in the catalogs is ugly, some kind of canteen. In fact, everything looks much nicer. . There are small children's tables with small chairs.
My child was never hungry. He ate chicken, beef, pasta, pizza, mashed potatoes (very tasty, there is a lot of milk and butter), fish, cheese, cereals, drank cocoa and milk.
There is access to the terrace and it is very cozy there - you sit and eat surrounded by palm trees. Amazing view!
Guzlime cakes are baked on the beach, they seem to be called. Delicious. With meat. Yum!

I really liked the rooms. It's cozy and I would say that not every 5-ke has such rooms.
Good, soft carpet on the floor, good beds, good clean and not washed-out bed linen and towels, cozy chairs and a table in the room, refrigerator, TV with Russian channels, bathroom (in the bungalow building there is a shower everywhere), the bathroom has hair dryer (which is rare for a 3 star hotel), there is liquid soap in the dispenser above the bath and above the sink, above the bath is not a rag curtain, as usual, but a plastic partition. All this is an ordinary standard room !!!
I reviewed a lot of rooms because I wanted to choose exactly what I like. I’ll say right away that the rooms differ in the building only in that somewhere there is a large 2-bed, and somewhere there are 2 lorries, there are rooms where they also still stand wooden 2-storey beds for children.

Another difference is the view from the window.
Balconies are the same in all rooms.
There is a clothes dryer on the balconies, which is also a very pleasant surprise. Usually everyone dries clothes on the railing of the balcony, and here is the dryer!
There was FREE WI-FI in the lobby at the reception! Those who had their own laptop sat there and chatted. I have WI-FI on my phone and I also easily accessed the Internet. The Internet is also great in a restaurant. It's nice to sit at dinner with a cup of tea and surf the world wide web

Since I always travel with a small child (the first time we went abroad when my son was only 7 months old), I choose hotels where it would be convenient to relax with a baby.
I always chose large areas so that I could walk around the hotel with a stroller so that it would not be boring, but now I really appreciated the small area of ​ ​ u200bu200bthis hotel - the child was constantly in sight. It was very convenient.
I really liked that when I told the reception that for some reason they didn’t have curtains from the sun and that my child could only sleep in the dark, they hung dark blue curtains for me. It was a very pleasant surprise for me because I didn’t insist, but I just said that it was strange that they didn’t have such curtains. .

I really liked the work of the receptionist. When I arrived, as a present, I gave them a box of chocolates with views of St. Petersburg and said, this is my city and this is a present for you as a keepsake. The employee was very touched because this is not a bribe in money, but a gift , which is especially nice. Although they would hardly have refused money either
When I left, I also gave a box of chocolates (there was already another employee) He was also very pleased.

When we arrived, they asked me to give my friend and I rooms nearby. I was offered rooms to choose from, they asked what floor I wanted. I went to look and saw that one room was near the passage to the stairs, which means that vacationers will go there, talk will create additional noise. Therefore, this room did not suit me. The other room was in the middle and it suited me. We lived there for 4 days and mosquitoes ate us. I told the reception about this and asked to change the room to a higher one. corner. We really liked the rooms. They were connected by a door and in the evening when we put our children to bed, my friend and I opened this door and went to visit each other. We were very glad that they did not show our sons (they were 2 years old and months) this door because they constantly wanted to play together, but since our daily routine did not coincide, it was not convenient. One needs to sleep, while the other is still cheerful and cheerful
There were no mosquitoes at the top. By the way, we took a fumigator, mosquito repellant plates and liquid from home, but they did not help...
The advantage of this hotel was also the fact that it was not on the sunny side and it was not so hot here.
The air conditioner worked only if the balcony was closed.
The rooms in the bungalows are the same. Only they have bigger balconies and no baths, only showers.
We were offered a large bungalow of 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children completely free of charge, but I refused because I love a bath - for me it’s important and we would have a shared bathroom with a toilet, but there are still four of us, so 2 different rooms it was more convenient for us personally in the building, and if you are a family with parents, for example, then you might be more comfortable here.

The only big surprise for me was that they didn’t set the table for lunch in the main building, and all the food was ONLY on the beach. I don’t eat it all). There was normal food: meat, various salads, rice, pasta, potatoes, a lot of fruit, pastries.
My child always sleeps from 12-15 o'clock - this is lunch time and therefore we rarely got lunch (only when we sit up on the beach), but I took instant porridge from home and fed her baby when he woke up. I myself ate fruit for lunch that I took at breakfast - 2 peaches, a cup of tea and I ate
After the baby sleeps, we went to the pool. The children ate their instant porridge, which we brought with us, ate ice cream and drank tea.
various teas: herbal, green, slimming, black, tea with various flavors, coffee, cocoa, milk.
I was very pleased and surprised that when we asked for milk for children at the bar, they gave us a whole unopened pack.
We took it to the room, put it in the refrigerator and then gave water to the children.
I am not a fan of milk, but there it is unusually tasty and fatty. The children drank with pleasure, although they do not drink milk at home.
I remember how I tried to persuade me in Egypt to give me a package of milk in my room to drink the child, no, that’s all. They didn’t give it, but then they themselves said, take it with you !!!

I also really liked that there is a room where you can rent inflatable circles and mattresses for free. Some vacationers leave air mattresses and circles when they leave, and this hotel has allocated a room on the 1st floor, next to the hairdresser, where you can take it and use it .
We were very surprised and pleased with the prices in the shop at our hotel. We went to the market. We went both in the evening and in the afternoon (we were told that there were no people in the heat and there were big discounts. Only there really weren’t people, but there weren’t any discounts either) When we compared prices -very surprised. The market is not willing to trade, which is somehow strange for Turkey. A large towel costs $ 8. They give it for 7. Even if you take 10 and 100 pieces! 7 and that's it! , for 32 they give, for 30 they don’t, and certainly not for 20!

In general, we stocked up to the fullest. I brought a lot of gifts to my husband, daughter, dressed myself and the baby.

When we arrived and went to the Mega shopping center in St. Petersburg and saw exactly the same (compared) Lacoste shirts for 4000 rubles !! ! which we bought there for $ 14, we were very surprised to say the least because we found absolutely no difference - all the seams are even, nothing faded from several washes, we didn’t see any difference at all. Although when you buy things there you need to look because, as the owner of the store told us, they have 3 types of fabric and you need to watch what you take. You just might run into not clean cotton, but cotton , where there will be 50% polyester, but the model will be exactly the same...
We looked carefully and bought everything very successfully.
We were also very surprised and pleased with the prices for children's toys. For only $ 10, we bought the children a set of 3 large, yellow construction vehicles: a dump truck (the body recoils), a concrete mixer (spinning), an excavator (it works in 2 modes). the quality of the plastic! In our Healthy Baby, 1 car costs about 800-1000 rubles, and here for all 3 pieces it’s only 300 rubles !!!

So even though the market is located next to the hotel, it’s a 10-minute walk, but we bought almost everything from ourselves because it was cheaper, and the owner gave us T-shirts just like that.

They clean well. The carpet is vacuumed almost every day. The floor is washed, the linen is changed, towels are brought. The maids try. I leave a tip, but not always, sometimes I just forgot. I was cleaned in the morning because my child sleeps from 12-15. It's just that for some reason they always cleaned me by 12. Now I immediately warn you, but recently I generally ask the guide to write in the local language that from 12-15 I sleep I’m a child and therefore I ask you to clean the room in the morning. I already did this in Egypt, in Tunisia and now in Turkey. I also ask you to write on a piece of paper - do not take this piece of paper and every day it lies on my table - as a reminder because shifts change and you won’t write papers for everyone, but I don’t know Turkish and Arabic
I liked that there are sun loungers under awnings on the beach and there are always a lot of them, so even if you come at any time, there will always be a place, but we didn’t bathe. We didn't need awnings or sunbeds.
Towels for the beach were issued at the hotel with plastic cards. Free of charge. Even when the towels flew away from the wind from the balcony, you come and say, my towel flew away, they give you a new one without any problems. No penalty is required !!!
The pool has a small water park-2 slides.

The hotel has an elevator. You can get to the reception by the main stairs and the elevator, but then you have to go around the building and go inside from the side of the shops.

There is an excellent children's club in which there are many books, toys, soft flooring and a girl is engaged with the children all day. There is a second playground at the children's club. Another playground is located behind the pool.
The large pool has a bar, toilets. Everything is clean.
Ice cream is very tasty and of different types. They give it to everyone, both children and adults, as much as you want.
I liked the playground behind the pool. Very cute. A large double slide, a house, a sandbox, rocking chairs, several swings, floor and on chains, a table, benches.
In the hotel opposite (Syural Saray) there was no playground at all, there were only outdoor exercise equipment.
The coolest playground was at the Sural Hotel. It was on the grass. There were also 2 complexes with different slides and a castle and a house. An excellent playground!
A big plus for us was that we could use, in addition to restaurants, the entire infrastructure of the Surals for free: pools, playgrounds, beaches.
We liked the beach. The sand. The entry into the sea is excellent. No stones.

We went for a walk to neighboring hotels (we hid our bracelets). Not the Syuraly. They have a huge territory. Cozy houses, but the prices for these hotels are... Sky-high.
It's super lucky that on the way back the driver forgot to stop by the sweet shop. The prices there are more expensive than in the market and local shops, although the guides tell you that those sweets are REAL and tastier than those sold everywhere. It takes 35 minutes to drive from the hotel to the airport , but when they stop by this store, everyone sits there for about an hour, which is annoying because even if the departure is at night or early in the morning, they still take it to this store. It’s not cool at all, but this is a mandatory program. one woman breathed a sigh of relief when we skipped this shop and immediately arrived at the airport.
I would love to come here again. Only next year I will most likely go to Sural Hotel only because of its beautiful, large playground.
My girlfriend could not get a ticket to this hotel and rested in Sural Resort 5 *. I didn’t like it. Compared to us, there was little food, meat and fruits were sorted out quickly. The reception staff also could not accommodate them nearby (like us). that there are no places, although the hotel was not completely full.
So the conclusion is that a five is not always better than a three!
If for someone the hotel was boring, people went to other Surals for animation and a disco in a bar near the bazaar.
We needed: silence, comfort, a homely atmosphere, a sandy beach and good food, and we got it all!
In general, the holiday was a success!
