Good afternoon!
I am writing a review in the hope that it will be useful to people who have planned their vacation and are now choosing a hotel. And the second, but weak hope, is that the hotel management still somehow monitors reviews and monitors the opinion of its guests about their hotel and will already begin to take measures to improve its condition.
Traveled with my husband and children aged 3 and 6.
Check-in: arrived almost at 23-00. We were settled for 1 hour on floor F (I will make a reservation that when I read the reviews before the trip, someone wrote: “God forbid you will be settled on floor F” and when we were sent there, I, of course, was upset). What I saw in the room is not included in any framework:

- on the walls there are bloody traces of dead mosquitoes, the corpses of mosquitoes themselves, visible to the naked eye - that is, the room was not cleaned. I started scrubbing it off the walls myself. In the bath - tiles are chipped in places, the bath is not washed, hair, sand left over from previous guests. Broken door frame. I went out onto the balcony - the view from the window was “fascinating”: right below us was a kitchen with a broken roof (either someone fell, or something was thrown from the balcony). Since it was already night, I did not change the room - the children were sleeping on the go. A hell of a night awaited us - mosquitoes gnawed at us and our children (fumitox did not work on them, + we beat them all night with my husband). My children were crying that they couldn't sleep, they were being bitten. My children are allergic - my daughter had at least 50 bites in the morning, she got up all swollen. The room smelled terribly of slop, at five in the morning they began to rattle tanks (either the garbage was taken out, or something was brought to the kitchen), they woke up the children again. At five in the morning I went down to the reception with a request to change the room. They said it's not possible right now. I asked during the day - I began to offer money. They found a room for us, they said that after 14-00 they would move us. I insisted that for the next - morning - shift of administrators leave information about our move. Reluctantly, the note was written.
What struck me the most was that the second shift asked: “What didn’t you like about the room? ” Despite the fact that they know about the problem of floor F - we were told by an elderly neighbor that all families with children immediately run away from there because of mosquitoes, stench, noise - it is impossible to sleep in principle.
We moved to the second floor. Mosquitoes turned out to be less - a couple per day))) But a new bonus was waiting - the ceiling was leaking in the bath. I contacted the front desk again. They called us a technician. Received champagne and fruit apologies. The problem could not be solved, and we washed under a double shower all the days of rest - very unpleasant. It was leaking from the ceiling into the shower, but it was leaking somewhere else - because the trash can was constantly floating in a puddle, the floor was wet, I went to the toilet with the children - I was afraid that they would slip.
The following is a brief description of the general service at the hotel:
- old furniture, shabby, even in the hall (old circles from glasses, stains)
- places in the hotel unkempt area with garbage, dried grass
- the beach is poorly cleaned (gobies, napkins lie in the sand for several days), near the volleyball net there is a strip of uncleaned garbage (building stones, rotting grass) - stepping on, and generally walking there, is not pleasant

- there is no animation for children (only 4-5 songs on a mini-disco in the evenings - the songs are the same, in the same order). You can’t leave children with a teacher in the playroom, they don’t look after the children, but apparently they just guard the dilapidated contents of the room. There have never been any performances, competitions, games for children. And no one tried to somehow organize the promised entertainment for the kids. There are no animators. The girl-“animator”-watchman didn’t even know how to play twister, I explained the rules to her and other children. By the way, the roulette and the playing field were from two different games - the colors did not match... In the game room there were half-broken toys, high chairs for children without seats and there were not enough high chairs for everyone. All the hoops, when the children tried to spin them on themselves, were revealed. On the street playground - broken children's equipment. Next to my daughter, a door from a plastic house fell down (2 times heavier than my daughter) a couple of centimeters from her head.
- the room is not cleaned daily until you tell the reception (people put garbage bags in the corridor). Accordingly, do not put toilet paper and water in the refrigerator. A couple of times she took paper from the maids' carts. We got our own water from the bars.
- linen, towels are dirty, there are holes. The spots are huge yellow, orange - it's disgusting to sleep.
- There was no wi-fi in the rooms or in the lobby. On the seventh day of our vacation, he earned.
- about food - there is no children's table, although the hotel positions itself as a family hotel with children. My kids have been eating french fries and pasta all these days (and that's if there was pasta without spices). And so, everything peppered and spicy is not suitable for children. The fruits are of medium quality and not enough for everyone. Unwashed fruit - you can’t eat it right away in the dining room.
- sometimes there were no free tables, there were queues for food. They tried to come later, but in this case the food was no longer cooked in front of us - they were forced to eat COLD leftovers.
- the dishes are chipped, dirty. Cutlery, plates, mugs had to be looked for clean, so that there were no traces of food or greasy stains on them.
- at sleep-hour, some lucky ones had room cleaning (maybe they cleaned before the arrival of new ones) - the rattling of gurneys, vacuum cleaners, the doors slam terribly - it's hard to sleep. Wheelchairs torn through the walls in the corridors.
I have never seen such dirt in my life. I think this is disrespectful to myself and to my guests. This is unacceptable.

When we were at the pool - with us, the waiter poured waste from the coffee machine tray directly onto the floor - not from the side of the waiters, but from the side of the vacationers. And all the waiters laughed together. When I saw this, I felt terribly sorry for myself, but I realized that nothing will change here until the leadership changes. As you can see, they do not value either the property or the prestige of their hotel.
Drinks (cola, sprite and other diluted, the taste is far from the original).
I was terribly upset on the first day of rest, but there was nowhere to go. The children did not want to spoil the holidays, so we spent a lot of time by the sea, walking along the coast, and only spent the night in the room.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It just couldn't be worse.
I concluded for myself that an excellent “troika” is better than a fake “five”. And also that the reviews of real people should be trusted and read before buying a ticket, and not after, as I did.
I wish all vacationers a great holiday!
