We rested at the Venus Hotel in September 2011. As soon as you enter the hotel, it immediately becomes clear where you are. . .
The hotel is very old. Built in 1988. It has apparently never been refurbished since. The furniture is old - the sand is pouring in. .
We paid 20 euros for the room. It did not help. Our room was very decrepit, like everyone else, with access to the pool. Air conditioner circa 1985. The bathroom was constantly clogged. There is no soundproofing. There is animation by the pool. By the way, animation, service - everything is only for the Germans! What does the Germans have a rest here 10-15 times, since the hotel is a club - that is, privileges for regular visitors. This is openly declared at the reception (an advertisement in German hangs in the lobby).
The average age of vacationers is 45-60 years. In "Venus" everything is designed for them. The music is old german pop from the 70s and 80s. Always the same. Plays around the clock by the pool, in the evening 10-15 times louder. It is impossible to fall asleep before one in the morning, even if all doors and windows are closed. Elderly Germans sit drinking beer, enjoy jumping and fawning in front of them Turks and animators from Georgia. Russians and Poles practically do not exist for service personnel. They might not even say hello. The Germans behave with Russians and Poles extremely unfriendly. They feel superior. The Turks actively help them in this, constantly proving their devotion, licking up various places to them.
